Phoenix Law is part of LPG- DO NOT BELIEVE THEM

My husband hired lpg to help with his student loan in 2019, we would get calls once a month telling us everything was going good. The loan was removed off his credit report so we had no reason not to believe them. Then in 2021 it popped back up on his credit report under a different company. We contacted lpg and they told us it would be took care of no need to worry. Then we get a out of the blue email we are being transferred to Phoenix law. We paid lpg almost 10,000.00 to do this and was told that if they could not get it wiped clean that money would go toward the student loan and they would pay the loan off. Now we are being sued by national collegiate for 33,000 and Phoenix law is saying we have to pay it. I have no ideal how we will get this fixed. They really screwed us over.
