National Family Solutions I paid my $100 havent heard nothing since

I'm just a mother trying to get help for my daughter visitation agreement I spoke with troy 2/7/2017 I was told how the program worked, I agreed to do the program, I paid my $100, 2/8/2017, I was told I would get a email to start the next step, no email. I have been calling and now no one picks up my call. I was able to speak with someone until after I paid my money. I'm highly upset and I want a refund for my $100.

National Family Solutions Divorce and my $800 plus the $100

I am not satisfied with the services I paid for. I send questions in an email to tara nixion and get no answers back half of the time she skips over the important ones and only answers what she wants! I spoke to another male on the phone named eric and he was so rude! Wouldn't let me talk ask me a question I would go to answer and he totally started talking and wouldn't let me explain at all to where he had me crying said I need to be patient that they are doing what they can. I feel they are not helping me in any way and I want my money back. I want to go else where where I am treated respectfully! The $100 you can keep but I want my $800 back!

National Family Solutions Refund of money

This company is a rip off. They call you and email you constantly and then you talk to them and they act like they will help you . They feed you full of crap and then you pay them 100.00 . After they get it they tell you they are not certified Lawyers. and do not go to court with you or anything else. Just give you advice. So you tell them not to charge your account because you don't want to do that. Guess what as you are still talking they have already taken out of your account, and tell you it's nonrefundable. Please do not use these people. All they are therevfor is to take your money.

National Family Solutions Should i hire them

I seriously JUST spoke with the company and I noticed that the man kept interrupting me and not even allowing me to explain anything.. but he sure was very pushy about the $100.00 fee. When I told him I dont get paid till Friday he immediately cut me off and said what time can I call you on Friday. This made me very worried and decided to google issues with the company, . great! right back to square one. ughhhhh! ONE STRESSED OUT SINGLE MOMMY

National Family Solutions I used National Family Solutions

I used National Family Solutions to lift my hold to be able to move out of the current county I was in to another not touching mine... That being said I was nervous knowing I was not going to have legal representation with me present at the time of my court date. The case manager assigned to me answered any and all questions and the court prep that I received was awesome! Keep in mind I am shaking in my boots while talking to the Judge, but I rocked it with NFS help! I recommend NFS to anyone that is living pay check to pay check to get any legal help.

National Family Solutions I cant believe its over

I spent the last 5 months going through a custody case and am happy to say its over. It really did take a lot of work for everyone involved but it was worth it. I got the visitation with my kids that i wanted and the judge made sure the mother knew not to keep my kids from me again. The company asked my to write a review here because of so many negative comments. here. The truth is the process is tough and there will be bumps in the road but it was a life saver to have people to work with through the process. There would be no way i would be able to get through my case without their help.

Please steer clear of this company unless you're looking to throw your money away. Their representative will talk fast and want your credit card number within a couple of minutes of having you on the phone. Before you know it, you've given them a hundred dollars and you wont even be sure what for. A legitimate company would not take money before you have even spoken to someone that's supposed to be able to help you. Only after I looked up the company myself and what services they actually offered, did I realize their services were not what I was looking for. Within an hour of hanging up I began trying to call back to request my money back and explain that. I ended up leaving at least 3 messages to no avail. No one was ever available, and no one called me back until the following day when the appt had been scheduled. May be this company can help you, but this is definitely a look before you leap situation. Know what they're about before you call, because they wont give you a chance to really find out. I wish zero was reviewable option with the way this company chooses to do business.

National Family Solutions not what they said they were

I called National Family Solutions for help getting my daughter back I spoke with a man I don't remember his name right now but he referred me to Tara Mason, after I had given them the $100 for their help I was told even after I pay 1, 00 to 1, 500 for a lawyer that I would have to collect all the information for the case after almost a month I was told I would be charged another $59.00 charge for using their website and I would have to pay that each month. I told them I could not afford that they just kept trying. also I was informed that they would not be going to court with me. So I told them I was not going to pay all this money and have to do all the work and also was not going to pay 59.00 a month. So I told them I wanted my mo ey bavk. So something needs to be done I would like theone to be put back ony sisters card asap.

National Family Solutions Fraud (Legal Services)

A couple years ago I finally decided to take care of some issues with my legal guardianship of my son since I had moved back to Texas from Virginia and his mother had given me sole custody in a notarized and written document. Well, I needed to change his birth certificate to show that I was the biological father and wanted to try and get this done as cheap as possible since I was a single dad working hard to keep our geographical and residential change as minimally harmful as possible. I found these guys online and they seemed legitimate so I gave them a call. We talked a couple a times to make sure everything was on the up and up, so I figured I'd give them my money to get started. They were very quick to call when needing the money and when trying to get my court paperwork in order, but after my first trial date, i could not get anyone to help me out at all. I come to find out from some local lawyers that this company does not even have actual lawyers working and writing their documents. They won't even help you when filing or going to court, but they will never tell you that up-front of course! Well, I had a couple court dates and the judge literally threw out all my paperwork because none of it was up to current standards, and even the judge told me that I had gotten taken by these guys because, I myself, could have found the paperwork they gave me online and I could have filled everything out myself. All they did was find public records online, have some underwriting law student to fill in the blanks and they charged me over $1, 000 of my hard-earned money to keep my impending trial filing in the wind. Two years later, i cannot get anyone to call me back or at least reimburse me half the money they took me for on this issue! PLEASE-PLEASE, PLEASE...find someone local to help you with your troubles even if you have to save the money up-front to get them started on your legal issues!
I still haven't been able to get my legal issues in order and when I do get back on track, i'll have to pay a REAL lawyer to re-do all my paperwork! WHAT A WASTE!

I was upset when I posted my original complaint and have made some untrue statements that I know now I can be liable for. National Family Solutions did nothing wrong and I was just upset about the outcome of my case and posted this review.I wish to REMOVE entirely my complaint against National Family Solutions. This account is under my name and the content that has been provided can cause me legal troubles in the future if NOT removed. Jen Roberts why are you responding to every one's posts defending this company? Is it because you work for them and are trying to save them from having nothing but negative reviews? Stealing money from desperate people is the lowest thing you can do. I hope you never get caught in a bad situation and then get ripped off when you were expecting help.

When I spoke to Walter he was VERY CLEAR about the 100.oo deposit and the 59.99 seven days later and then every month after. I do not know if this is a good company but they are very polite and seem very knowledgeable and are very up front about them NOT being a law firm. I am only sticking up for them because they said they voided my 100.00 and am on low income which is a huge amount of money for me. I would be interested to hear from somebody who has used this company and followed through and what the results were.

I gave them my hundred bucks via debit card then 15 minutes later panicked and called them back leaving 3 voice mails that they need to void my transaction as it would overdraw my pitiful account..and Walter said they had voided it. My bank said check account on line every day and see if they really did so I will let you know..only if they DID NOT. Also if it is a debit or credit card you can dispute the charge as soon as they go through ! Hope this helps at least one person.

i was completelylied to from the bat and tricked into by their smooth talking, told them i wanted my money back right away after they told me they would not be able to show up to court for me or set up telephone conference. then i talked to eric he wrote a letter to the court for me, i had to send though. then they told me the day before i went to court to file for emergency custody which i told the judge like they said. the judge told me i needed new paperwork, i told nfs and they never got the paperwork to me before court so now I've lied to a judge. thanks ifs. you guys screwed me. this is the worst company and is a total scam. i could of paid an attorney what i paid them and already been done. screw job, never use these guys.

When I spoke to WALTER the very first time he told me that it was vital that we, the clients, be very pro active..meaning getting paperwork back to them, supplying evidence, etc. WE, the clients are expected to do alot of work. I know from working with Bender and Bender that to be successful in anything legal it is US that ultimately makes or breaks a case. I worked my butt off for 2 years with Bender and Bender, it was like a full time job faxing and calling and filling out paperwork..but we won and they, like this company are NOT a law firm. These type of companies are better than lawyers. You just have to do the work. Sorry, but I disagree with you all. Enough said

National Family Solutions National Family Solutions

I am planning on filing a child support case against my ex-spouse for continued support and found a link to National Family Solutions while doing some research. I spoke to Steve Tanner during my first conversation with them and was asked to give my debit card information via a recorded call which I felt apprehensive about but did anyway hoping my bank account would not be compromised. I paid the initial $100.00 and the monthly membership fee for $59.00 was debited which was fine. I also completed the online questionnaire which took a while to complete because it was lengthy. Less than one week after I became a member, I discovered that unauthorized charges were made via my debit card which practically drained my account. I had not given my card number out to any other business or merchant between the time I signed up for the membership to the time these charges were made and I strongly suspect there is someone at National Family Solutions who may be involved. My bank is currently in the process of doing an investigation and I have cancelled my membership. I am not only upset about the money but also about the time I spent in completing the questionnaire which is now for nothing. I am going to hire an attorney because I have become distrustful of online companies and their payment tactics. Buyer beware!

National Family Solutions Services not rendered

I went to National Family Solutions to get help with a custody battle. They assured me when I hired them that there would be no problems and that they would make sure that my documents would be sent to the court. After I paid them in full, they sent me the documents that needed to be sent in and filled and told me that I would have to be the one to pay for the filing fee and the serving costs. When I try to contact them to find out what is going on, they either don't answer my phone calls or avoid me all together. The only communication I have with them is through email and my "case worker" only answers half of those.

National Family Solutions Untrustworthy

My daughter went to this company for help for a child custody issue. One of their employees, named STEVE, called me on a Saturday morning. I agreed with him to assist my daughter with the down payment of 100.00 to get her case started. I stayed on the phone with him for quite some time stressing I was only paying the down payment and nothing else. Low and behold...they used my credit card information to bill my credit card several months of charges...THe signature they used for this was my daughters and not mine...I never signed any agreement with them...Unfortunately, I have not been able to recap my losses due to their fradualent use of my credit card. Warning...it is only their word against yours and never trust anyone with your credit card information.Despite my knowing what I agreed to...I have not yet to date recouped any of my losses...I consider what they done credit card theft...I would advise anyone to steer clear of this company...

I believe this company is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are not reliable nor trustworthy. I have had charges made to my credit card that I had to pay...and did not agree to..I dealt with a person named Steve and I would not trust him at all..I have been taken for several hundred dollars by this company. I would not reccommend anyone to use their services based upon the experience I have had with them..To note...they used the signature of my daughter to gain access to my credit card account...even though I told Steve...over and over that I agreed to only one charge...Be very careful and leery of what they tell you...I have learned from expereince.

I totally disagree. They are VERY upfront about the charges. My guy WALTER asked me several times if I understood the billing and was 900 to 1, 300 something I could afford. He also explained, very clearly, about the 100.00 down payment and the 7 day later 59.99 charges each month. He was patient and understanding and knowledgeable. Had my father not forbidden me to go forward I would have used this company to get joint custody of my child. P.S. They refunded my 100.00 when I called back 15 minutes later and told them I changed my mind.

My brother paid them $1600 for a retainer and got screwed. The lawyer we were assigned filled out our petition wrong, didn't file it, and didn't show up on the court date! My brother nearly lost all legal rights to his son. They are a total rip-off. And frankly they are men without morals who take advantage of stressed parents desperate to have access to their children.

National Family Solutions did not follow through with agreement

This company did not give me the correct information for my case, it had to be resubmitted twice, they did not give me complete information about going to court, simple basic information that they stated I should know. My questions were not specific enough for them to be able to help. However I did tell them I had no idea what I was doing and to give me the basic info and they did not do that. And then told me I was wrong, that they did tell me in the instructions I was given over a year ago.

National Family Solutions mis-directed info

My husband went looking for a way to help get his fathers rights adjusted legally, he had been trying for the last few months. We came across national family solutions and for just 100.00 down and 59.00 a month they would totally prepare him to go into court, get his child support dropped and he would be awarded shared custody of his daughter 100% without a problem. My husband put the down payment, not realizing he was giving info for them to take money out of my bank account when they wanted, yet refused to send ANY paperwork or confirm his questions until all the 1050.00 was paid. I told my husband that we needed to go to the courthouse and ask their opinion. Our local courthouse gave us ALL the paperwork we needed UPFRONT..offered at NO cost a rep. to help us fill out the paperwork..and a small filing fee of only 50.00. YES saving us 1000.00 for info packet we could actually see and use in our very own hands...simple..easy ..free...just a filing fee of 50.00..after the help of professionals and our mind was at ease. thank you Laura

Guys, stop complaining. Law suits are extremely time consuming and these people are just liasons between us and a lawyer. Nobody would ever tell you any case was ' no problem' or guarentee a judgement in your favor. I worked with Bender and Bender for 2 years to get my disability after losing with 3 REAL lawyers. These advocacy programs work if you work them right. They were very knowledgeable and HONEST to me. I decided not to follow through and they refunded my 100.00 deposit because I called back 15 minutes later and told them my whold checking account would be overdrawn if they did release that hold and Walter said they had. You get what you pay for. I spent 2 years faxing, phone meetings, filling out report after report for Bender and Bender on a very difficuly disability quest and WE WON. Do your research BEFORE you pay a company. I TRUST these people and hope to work with them in the near future.

Agreed. If you can't afford an attorney don't use NFS, or any other company like it. You will be much better off just going to the court house and asking the facilitator or clerk for custody/divorce paperwork, or just give up. The system is out to screw you. NFS, the judge, the lawyers, everyone... Just run away and watch some must see tv

National Family Solutions - Rudest people

National family solutions are the rudest people I have ever dealt with. They do not listen to what you tell them, they do not know the laws of the states. I what to get guardianship of my step grandson and they told me that a 12 year old can tell the judge where they would like to live. They have you fill out a questionnaire, tell you to write out a stoy so...
