Me and my husband paid LPG from September 2020 till September 2022 we paid $318.63. They was suppose to help with our credit and credit cards. I called them or they call me at least once a month to see how things was going and everytime things were going good and looking good. In June I got sued by a credit card payment for $1572.88 so I called LPG and they said they would sign a lawyer so he could go to court for me. I got the paperwork where he filed a replied to the court and his name was Ray Williams, Esq. State Bar No. 858109. So they gave his number I called left messages after messages he not once replied, so I called LPG and they told me not to worry he would take care of this.. he never showed up for court so they won by default. So I was to pay $1572.88 plus court cost which was $105.00. I was livid I called LPG and they argued with me that the credit card coming didn't win by default I told them that's what the court papers said. To make a long story short I wrote a complaint with the Attorney General and BBB. LPG sent me $2,000 so I used it to pay the court.
Needless to say my husband got papers served on him by Cooling & Winters a collection agency for $2,112.11 plus if we go to court he has to pay court cost. So we ask Cooling & Winters how come they never tried to contact us by phone or mail. They couldn't because LPG put a gag order on them so they could not talk to him. We never knew that cause LPG never told us and they were to send release papers to all our creditors telling them we terminated them as our lawyers but did they? NO! So we had to borrow the money for this to keep my husband out of court. I think they need to pay this since they put the gag order where they could not contact us. LPG is the biggest rip off I have ever imagined. STAY AWAY FROM THEM ! It will cost you more in the long run.
Desired outcome: I want them to pay this $2,112.11 cause this was their fault they could have sent the release papers and Cooling & Winters could have talked to use before filling cort papers.
I was with LPG for almost one and half years they never did anything with my accounts but debit my checking account til I put a stop payment on them terrible company too do business with I want my 3500 hundred dollars back
All of these comments are similar in nature. LPG collected and then fell in the middle of the contract and now everybody is held in some kind of transfer which I have to say never was communicated by anyone included the financial Equity Sales Finance which is my payor in joinder to LPG. LPG responded late on an account and a summary judgement occurred. I believe the service is poor. A refund is due as result of the collapse of LPG. I do not intend to continue and sign on with any of other service companies that occurred in the bid war for all the accounts.
If LPG have closed down then why not be upfront about the situation. My complaint is when I was told my files were sent out to a company in Manhattan that I will be receiving a welcome call which never happened. I got with my financial institution shut down all future payments then I get a call when no money can be withdrawn from Phoenix law saying my files were with their firm. I asked why no welcome call it seem like they were only interested in keeping that money flowing but I explained I have been sue and no one was there to handle the situation when I needed help . So I declined to do business with them because really I don’t know what in heck is going on .
