I work for a sleep provider and Lincare is by far the WORST durable medical equipment company we deal with. It is impossible to ever get anyone on the phone and if you get lucky enough for one person to answer, you get left on hold for 20 minutes, then transferred to another department to wait another 20 minutes on hold. We never receive pulse oximetry results. Orders we send over get "lost" all the time, (i'm convinced they just get shredded.) The local reps rarely stop in the office to see if we need anything and if you get one on the phone, they're unhelpful. Our patients complain about them to us as well. Do yourself a favor and go with a different DME
Recommendation: Go elsewhere. Trust me.
