1 star. Would give zero if I could. Ordered a medical overlay for my mama and MedShopDirect sent me the wrong dang product. Not “sorta wrong” — completely different from what I ordered. I even sent them photos proving it. Instead of fixing their mistake, they kept stalling: “Send us more pictures.” “Send us the label.” “No refund till we decide.” Buddy…...
