1 star. Would give zero if I could.
Ordered a medical overlay for my mama and MedShopDirect sent me the wrong dang product. Not “sorta wrong” — completely different from what I ordered. I even sent them photos proving it.
Instead of fixing their mistake, they kept stalling:
“Send us more pictures.”
“Send us the label.”
“No refund till we decide.”
Buddy… I’ve seen gas-station corn dogs with better customer service.
They hide behind “policy” even though they shipped the wrong item. They drag their feet, argue, and try to wear you down hoping you’ll give up. If you enjoy running in circles, this is your store. If not, run the other way.
I take care of my mama 24/7 — I don’t have time for a company that can’t read their own product list.
Save yourself the headache. Buy from someone who actually knows left from right.
