I went to here and got approved by a doctor and everything and got sent a letter afterwards that only stated I was eligible for the marijuana card. I emailed customer service since I cannot purchase anything from the dispensary still and they claimed to let my doctor know and they will send another document so I can purchase in dispensaries. STILL NOTHING. Pretty sure this is some sort of scam. Really sucks spending all of that money for nothing.
Desired outcome: I’d like to be able to get my actual card so I can make purchases
Marijuana Medical Card
I completed the appointment with the doctor, which he then told me he was approving me after asking some questions about my medical history. I didn’t have my MCA number at the time, and emailed it to the email address provided as soon as I did. I heard back from you guys days ago saying that you had sent it to the doctor and that he would do his part within 24 hours. I still haven’t heard anything or had anything uploaded to my account.

Desired outcome: The doctor to finish my approval, or a full refund
I have yet to have gotten the doctor to send over my recommendation to the Maryland organization, preventing me from getting a medical cannabis card or purchasing any. Days have gone by since I emailed them my MCA ID and cannot get ahold of anyone since their initial email back.
Sent MCA ID to you via e-mail days ago, received an initial email back but since then the doctor nor you have responded or reached out to let me know why I haven’t been certified yet. Doctor hasn’t sent over my recommendation, meaning I can’t purchase any cannabis or obtain my card.
Medical card renewal in Maryland
I had my appointment to renew my certification on April 3 and as of May 13, the doctor still hadn’t renewed my info. My card is good through May 2025, but because the doctor didn’t do his job, I was not able to go into the dispensary. I called Veriheal and was on the phone for an hour while they tried contacting the doctor who couldn’t be reached.
So disappointed and appalled
Desired outcome: Doctor to do his job or be replaced by someone who can

So I heard about this companys service to help get a medical card but they service is completely fake
So I heard about this companys service to help get a medical card but they service is completely fake. They say refund is not approved but fun fact EVERYONE GETS APPROVED. You do a 3-5 minute text chat with a doctor but its all a front for scamming people out of their money. Long story short all the emails/texts/phone calls are to run you around and around while some of the people promise the refund is being processed while others repeat like a broken record approved approved cant be refunded. Iv learnt my *** but I just want my $199 back so I can never think of this company again. They need to be stopped. The picture iv uploaded is just one of the people whove said the refund was in motion but it was just to get me off the phone. I wont let them win. Even if they would provide me with legitimate information I do NOT want it to have anything to do with them. I want my hard earned money back, nothing more nothing less

On August 22nd 2022 I had a video chat with a cannabis doctor. I was approved for a medical marijuana cannabis card on August 22nd. I was told it would be 7 to 10 business days before I would receive my authorization. That time passed, still nothing so I emailed them. I was told that it would take 3 weeks of business days at this point. That time passed. Still nothing in the mail, no medical authorization form. I then called them, and was informed oh it's going to take 4 weeks of business days. They keep kicking the can down the road it has been 35 days since my doctor consultation and still nothing. That is unacceptable and I would like a refund.
Made an appointment, was stood up by the doctor and I request a partial refund for the inconvenience.
I made an online appointment with a Veriheal Doctor and missed it. *** would not allow me to reschedule and said I had made the appointment but I absolutely had not. THe doctor sent me an email with one sentence of advice and I paid $100.00. They would not refulnd.
First I had an appointment with a doctor at Veriheal. I was told to logon 10 minutes prior and I the video appointment which I did. 30 minutes later I was calling customer service to see how long I was expected I wait. They were going to cancel my appointment and charge me $50 if I was late or no showed but obviously that didnt also apply to them. The. I was told 48 hours at the latest to get my certificate. 4 days later still nothing. I want a refund and I want $50 for not providing the service you claimed to provide.
I contacted Veriheal to obtain a medical marijuana license
I contacted Veriheal to obtain a medical marijuana license. I paid $199. If I was not qualified to get the license the money would be refunded. I had a virtual doctor *** and I qualified. I was told within two weeks I would get an email from the ***.. I would pay $75 with proof of residency to the state. It said if I did not get the approval confirmation within two weeks to contact the *** health department. April 19 I qualified I called May 3 the *** and Veriheal to explain I did not get the required email to register. The *** sent me back to Veriheal as they had no record of me. Veriheal told me they would get the doctor to send another ticket. I did not receive the email again. May 13 called the state.. they still had no record of me .. I called Veriheal agsin being told the dr would submit another ticket to the state and the lady I spoke with Sreviz (I think) said she would keep me updated. Its now May 23. Ive heard nothing.

The issue involves trying to secure a medical cannibis card thru veriheal. However, after I plaid for their service and had a scheduled appointment for a vitual doctors visit. The assigned doctor was a no show. Money was not refunded nor was my calls answer.not rescheduled.
I paid them $159 for an appointment with a doctor. He never showed up. I called and they said to wait longer. I waited another 30 minutes and he still never showed. I was never able to get into contact with the company again.
I had my consult over a month ago and the provider isnt responding or issuing/mailing my renewal. I have called this company 3 times now and they still dont have an answer for me about where my authorization is after Ive already paid for the product. Growing cannabis in my state requires a card as its not a recreational process. I went through the renewal process with plenty of time before my old card would expire. Now, because of Veriheals incompetence and unnecessary delays, I am out of compliance. I do not recommend using this company to renew your Medical Cannabis card as you may never actually receive it.
I was emailed by veriheal to do my 7 month renewal appt for my marijuana medical card. I booked my appointment paid $79.00 only to find out at the appointment that the doctor was not able to practice in *** and it was a consultation appointment to teach me how to use marijuana. I dont need that appointment as I have had my card for two years. Now I cant pick up my medicine because orders werent approved and I need to pay for a local doc vs telehealth. I cant get ahold of anyone at veriheal and the doc said he doesnt think I can get my money back! This is fraud - classic bait and switch.

I paid for a medical marijuana appointment on April 2nd 2022 and got my medical card a couple weeks later only to find out that I was only granted a single month of access due to a doctor's *** on his notes. I have been calling trying to get this *** corrected several times and nothing has been sent to me at all about my card.
I payed my part had my appointment got approved and was told in 2 days my current card would be renewed with my prescription. Ive contacted veriheal via email and phone calls numerous times to get information on why my prescription isnt on my card making me an inactive patient Its been 2 weeks now Ive called and emailed about 100 times and nothing is giving I want my reference number or my money back I hate dealing with people like this
In Earlier July I applied for medical *** was approved . After not receiving link from state I contacted Veriheal , they referred me to the state to receive link . Called state was told to go back to company who approved me . After contacting by phone I was told someone would reach out . Never heard back . A week later I wrote on website chat & was told that the doctor would not issue a refund because he approved me . I never received my link & I spent $200 on something I cant use nor did I receive . If they would have just issued the refund for the trouble I have went through I would not be leaving a bad review because I have family who use this company & had a great outcome not sure what went wrong with my link . But I am very disappointed to have spent $200 & not have anything to show for it .

On 4/8, I made an appointment with Veriheal to get my Medical Marijuana Card Renewed, it was expiring 4/26/22. I made an appointment for 11:45 on 4/9, the doctor logged on the call and I told him about my glaucoma and PTSD, and major facial pain from a motor cycle accident. The doctor approved me or my renewal, my wife asked if he wanted my patient number, he said okay, and we gave it to him. Been checking the PA Medical Marijuana site to pay my ***, and it never came. I called PA MM on Friday 4/22, to find out my approval had not come to them. I called Veriheal also on 4/22, and got ***, who said I had to call after the appointment to give them my patient number, I told them we gave it to the doctor, she said she had sent the doctor a message about it.Now, 4/25, my card expires tomorrow, PA still has no record of my approval and I paid $180.00 to have nothing done. Please help me get Veriheal to process my approval with PA Medical Marijuana Renewal so I can pay the state my $*** renewal fee.

I paid $179 for medical marijuana card and I never received the card!
On 7/6/22, I called Veriheal to make an appointment for my daughter to speak with a provider regarding options for her diagnosis of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. I spoke with a telephone agent named ***. I paid $199.00 with a Mastercard at the time of scheduling the appointment. The appointment was scheduled for that day, 7/6/22 at 1:00pm ET via Zoom. My daughter logged in approximately 15 minutes before 1:00pm and then waited until approximately 1:20pm and the Provider never showed. The next day on 7/7/22, I called *** and left a voicemail message, however he never replied or returned my call. Consequently, I am requesting an immediate full refund to my MasterCard. Thank you very much for your prompt assistance with this matter.

05/20/2022 I paid $209 for an appt with *** scheduled for 05/23/2022 at 10am. The doctor never appeared for the appointment. I attempted to reach out to the customer service line only to be put on hold for 13 minutes and then the line was disconnected. I called back again and spoke with a person saying that the Doctor would arrive in *** minutes. I proceeded to wait for an additional 20 minutes when he still did not arrive. I then went to the customer service chat box. There the person speaking said the doctor was in a accident and requested to reschedule on May 31, 2022. I declined that and requested a refund. The person quickly replied and said ok and disconnected the chat. I opened another chat where the person said that there was no appointment booked and that I had to have completed the appointment for it to go away. I sent him a screen shot and he said that it was from a previous date. I again requested the confirmation that the appointment was canceled and my refund has been issued. At this time no services were completed and no refund has been provided.

Hello! My name is *** and Im asking for help regarding Veriheal.com. This is in regards to getting my husband a Medical Marijuana Card for pain relief from shoulder surgery and staph infection. I paid them *** back on March 16th, and my husband was supposed to have an appointment with the doctor, unfortunately the doctor just approved it and never talked to my husband about the use, amount, details so i and so forth m. We were then sent an email saying that the state of florida would send another email in regards to getting the actual license. That email never came and we waited over a month for it. And now that we have asked for the refund 5x and been promised that the funds would be available in *** days the first time, the 2nd time it would be *** hours, and then were promised refund same day. Unfortunately, my daughter is now out of diapers and wipes and that is what that money was supposed to be used for now. And we have been on the phone with them for over an hour trying to get it sorted out and they still refused to make sure to refund us today.

I paid 199$ to have a consultation with a DR via Veriheal
I paid 199$ to have a consultation with a DR via Veriheal. The Dr stated I was approved but he needed me to re-upload my state id because he couldn't read it. I immediately took a new picture of it and uploaded it. I received an email stating I was approved and would receive an activation email from the state in just a few moments. The email never came. So I got on the Veriheal chat and was referred to state, was given an email address to contact them. I email state, and they reply back saying there is no record for me and the Dr never added me to the registry. I get back on Veriheal chat and get told once again there is an issue with my id photo. So they have me send them a new one and give them my full name, date of birth, and liscence number and tell me they will send it to the *** day comes and still no email. I contact Veriheal again and get told I have to wait, still no email. Then the next person I spoke with said my id was an issue ***. I have now uploaded 6 different photos/scans of my id, 2 neck up selfies, and provided my full name, bday, and liscence number multiple times. I either want to Dr to do what he said he would do and add me to the registry or for veriheal to give me my money back. However I don't think either will happen because I'm pretty sure this is just a huge scam.

On July 11th I had an appointment with a doctor to receive and medical marijuana card in ***. The doctor was very nice and approved me. I then had to register with the state of *** to get a registration number. The doctor told me to text him with the registration number to complete my application. It was approved through *** 5 days later and I texted the doctor with the number, as he told me to. I got no response. I contacted Veriheal on 7/15 and they said they would contact the doctor and then there was no follow up from them. Today I contacted them again and chatted with Danikka. The only reason I know her name is because it was in the chat. She would no give me her full name even though it clearly states above to record who youve spoken to. Well thats kind of impossible. I asked to just have a refund but they said they will not issue a refund because Ive already seen the doctor. They did say if I dont hear anything by tonight they would reschedule with another doctor. Oh, and Veriheal will not contact me, I have to contact them. Anyway, I have a lawyer on retainer so I will contact him later if theres no follow up. The entire thing is highly unethical and annoying. I will say I used them a few years ago and it was seamless. Not sure if theyre under new management but the customer service and lack of follow up is extremely frustrating.

I had an appointment on June 25 with Veriheal and was approved for the medical Marijuana card (***) the patient
I had an appointment on June 25 with Veriheal and was approved for the medical Marijuana card (***) the patient. My aunt has Cancer and wanted me to become her care giver to purchase from the dispensary. I had to call Veriheal at the beginning of January because I could not find my aunts referral number for me to apply for being her care giver to use with the state to become her care giver to purchase products from the Dispensary for her. I was told they could not find her an appointment in the system and rescheduled my aunt for another appointment to be approved in February and still keeps rescheduling appointments for ***. She was approved on June 25 which it shows on the website and I have a copy. When I go to the Veriheal website they keep rescheduling for an appointment from February 2022 until now which is on the website. I dont understand why they cannot see that on the website it says I an not approved for medical Marijuana. I went to the dispensary today May 21, 2022 and was told that Veriheal has me schedule for an appointment June 19, 2022 to meet with a doctor but I am already approved with the state until August 2023 for *** (the patient) any myself *** (the caregiver). I have tried and tried to contact Veriheal to correct the problem and they put you on hold and I leave a message and no response.

On 04/13/2022 I had paid $199 for my appointment with " Dr. cannabis consultants " . My appointment was set for Friday, 04/15 at 2:00pm. I was able to login to the appointment and waited patiently for the doctor. As the Dr came on, he proceeded to inform me of the positive benefits that medical marijuana could bring me. After a short time talking with the doctor, he did approve me for the card. I almost immediately received an email from veriheal confirming the approval from the Dr. *** I didn't receive anything from the state. I realized that this date, was actually good Friday, and Florida state offices were more than likely closed till Monday the 18th. I waited patiently for the state to email, but didn't get anything. I called the state on 05/02 to find out whats going on. I was told by the state that the Doctor incorrectly inputted my email address and that I will have to get ahold of the doctor to change it. I attempted for MULTIPLE days to call veriheal customer service, each time, i would sit on hold for 15 to 20 minutes, before I was sent to a voicemail box, which I left multiple voicemails. After no returned phone calls, and at this point, this is getting ridiculous, I was finally able to get someone to answer the phone from veriheal on 05/06. I explained the whole situation to the guy, and he insured me that he has corrected my email address, and I should expect an email from the state soon. Today is now 05/11 and I have yet to receive anything from the state. I started this process on 4/13 and in 2 days, this will be a whole month of this ongoing issue.

On 3/15 this year I applied for a medical marijuana card, went thru the process paying $199 to talk to ***, payment was credited 3/15/22 to VERIHEAL.. I was approved and given the #QP76571009. I paid the *** for the medical cannabis app $51.13, credited on 3/17/22. I've purchased medical marijuana since at the dispensary ***. I didn't get a tangible card to present. I counted on the word of the *** state system that having the information on my phone, the provisional letter, would always suffice. I used that information just as I trusted. Yesterday, I was told my status was denied.I called 855-636=3688. First person said the picture submitted by my drivers license wasn't acceptable. She also said "there :was a list of acceptable documents", but could provide no assistance except to insist they sent a letter. Said so twice. There was no letter received. Then she changed her mind and said "they sent an email." So if they did, and I'd spent this much money to do this the legal and responsible way, and they didn't hear anything, they SHOULD HAVE SENT A LETTER. I went thru the application process step by step. I called to ask when using this for the photo required, is that acceptable and they said YES. I WAS APPROVED AND HAVE PURCHASED MEDICAL MAIJUANNA. The SECOND person I tried to get assistance about this from, today, 6/29/2022 said "they don't make the rules," I asked how to fix it, she said "you'll have to start the process over." I said, and pay again! And she said "yes". I am NOT going thru this and I would expect a FULL REFUND FOR BOTH CHARGES. The $199, and the $51.13. My name is

- My name is ***. On 4/23 I requested an appointment with my dr through Veriheal to increase my inhalation route for my medical cannabis card. I mistakenly booked a consult for the wrong thing. I called them (there are records and recordings of this) to make sure I signed up for the right thing, and they told me I did not. They billed me again for the right appointment, and told me I would be refunded for the consultation I mistakenly booked - They never refunded me, and I had to dispute the charge. They sent a screenshot of my patient profile showing where I had a consultation my Dr and someone named Monsell, this is a blatant lie and I was forced to dispute the charge with my bank. What veriheal did, was simply shared a screenshot from their platform showing where I spoke to TWO DOCTORS ON THE SAME DAY FOR THE SAME THING (Monsell and I did not speak, and they charged me for speaking to her which is illegal)- I have called their support number over a dozen times, spoken to their high school kids they put on chat, and no one has helped me. They all continue to say ' we are requesting a refund' - They have illegally had my money for the past 41 days, and I have had to fight tooth and nail to get it back, AND I STILL DONT HAVE IT BACK.- Veriheal is ILLEGALLY practicing telehealth in the state of *** to certify patients for medical cannabis even though our state has made that practice illegal - this should tell you something about their business 'ethics' - If the Complaintsboard.com can't help, my next step is to *** them in court and subpoena everyone I have spoken to along with those call recordings which clearly document them 'requesting my refund' but hey, its 41 days later and I have no refund, so what does that tell you (that they are doing NOTHING!)- Please help me
