Lincare Holdings – Lincare is a crooked fraudulent company

I was a customer of Lincare for 15+ years and paid my bills with no problems with them until recently. I had a larger bill I could not pay in full like a few other times so I paid monthly on them. I paid $ 50 in Nov. Dec 2024 and $50 in Jan 2025 and I guess that wasn't good enough for them, they decided without any notice to fraudulently take the balance out of my HSA acct. When I called them out on it they gave me an excuse of a recurring payment letter signed. I have all correspondence from them and nothing about it so I don't know where that came from I don't do that sort of thing ever. They would not refund my money so I could continue with payments. I looked online and if you go to BBB you will see they are doing the exact same thing to other customers. They need to be shut down for there scrupulous practices. Shady business at best.
