Preferred Homecare, a Lincare company, sent me the wrong CPAP supplies on 4/16/2026. It was not my fault - they packed the wrong supplies into the box they sent. I have not opened them. I have requested an RMA to return them, which they will not send me. Instead they made me spend 2 1/2 hours on the phone, bouncing around from rep to rep (6 of them), who tell me they can't help. They said I need to talk to a supervisor who will call me back, but nobody called back. TODAY - Preferred Homecare billed me for the wrong supplies that I cannot use and they won't let me send back. Billing won't adjust my bill - they told me I have to play the game bouncing around the supply chain and hung up on me. This feels like fraud!
Recommendation: Don't use this company for your CPAP supplies.
Preferred Homecare packed the wrong supplies into the box when they sent my order. I have tried repeatedly to get an RMA to return them to no avail. Today, I was billed for them. This was not my mistake - I have asked repeatedly to return the supplies! I spent 2.5 hours on the phone trying to find someone to help to no avail - bounced to 6 different reps to be told a supervisor will call back. No call back today...I JUST WANT TO RETURN THE SUPPLIES THAT WERE SENT INCORRECTLY and HAVE THE CHARGE FOR THEM REMOVED FROM MY BILL! Why is this so hard!
