I am a lic policy holder (policy no: 39197ssss) registered at the vaikom branch, kottayam (dist), kerala. I have paid the premium for the period of nov 2005 to jan 2006.

I am currently working in bangalore and I have informed lic office (branch office-1, bangalore) to have my premium deductions through my monthly salary (I have given this request at the time of obtaining this policy), but no steps have been taken in this regard till now.

I have send a mail regarding this to mm. [protected]@licindia.com, but didn? t get any replies since 2 months.

I feel very bad about the way in which such organizations are handling the customers.

Rude behaviour and not receive the phone . Not helpful, I transferred my loan from LicHFL, but till date do not get my original documents from Lic Hfl, They have no any process not management, but only harrassing the customer .

I was a loan holder of lichfl . My loan account no [protected]. I paid all my dues in 08/08/2019. After a month till now no one of lichfl staff (Durgapur w.b ) tell that when I get my documents. Please return my documents as early as possible .
N.B. the behavior of lichfl staff of Durgapur is vary pathetic.

I have sent several mail and reminder to LIC regarding my property, I am not giving emi form last 3 years but this property has not been sealed yet.

LIC pitampura team is demanding for money to proceed and giving my Mentally harassment.

I am transferring (takeover) my home loan from central bank of india to lichfl through an lic approved agent. Loan processing delayed around 10 months. The agent asking 18,000/- for loan amount Rs 30,00,000/-as processing fee and around rs 10,000/- as log in fee . Are these necessary for the loan takeover ?
