On June 28, 2017 our 55" flat screen went black...still a sound, but no ability
to bring up a picture. We called Spectrum to see if they could help with
this situation. After about 40 minutes of great effort of the Customer Service Rep, we had no success. She said the back light was burnt out.
At the time of purchase Oct 31, 2014, we bought a 5 yr warranty.
Model # is LE55F32800 and the other number is FPWT4-5.
The Invoice # is [protected]. The Total cost of this invoice is $688.78.
We were advised that this is a typical problem of this make and model,
so we are requesting a replacement at the earliest date possible.
