LG India — poor service!
Today is Aug 6th and there is nobody willing to answer anything about this.
My wife Sangita Jain has made a complaint # A2300058 on 23 Aug 07 for
Fully Automatic LG Washing Machine Front Loading Model WD-10160F.
She has been repeatedly calling every day at the LG Service Center # [protected] since 23rd and every time they say they have lodged an email request to the concerned service center. On requesting to talk to a senior, they put the call on hold everytime and then disconnected.
On 26th a service personnel visited and inspected the machine and advised that some parts needs replacement. He advised that he will return the next day with the parts. Nothing happened thereafter.
The service center employees express their helplessness and tell us that other than making an email request, they cannot do anything. It is almost a week and I don't have any answer from LG and neither is LG caring to answer. I have a lot of LG applianaces in our house - 6 AC/s , 3 Refrigerators, Washing Machine etc. etc. and this is really no way to treat a loyal customer.
I do expect service and will not tolerate this anymore. If LG does not care to take care of this complaint immediately, I will be forced to take steps which may not in the interest of LG. I hope somebody in LG wakes up and learns how to provide some customer service.
