Furbo Virginia Marks

I’ve used this Furbo camera for about 20 hours. It stopped working. I’m told my warranty is out. I paid $150 for it and now I have to pay $70 just to get a replacement? The customer service agents gave me the runaround until it was time to clock out, which was about six minutes ago. I have stocks in the companies will be withdrawing them and post multiple complaints online.

Desired outcome: New furbo of the same value

I orderd a kit in Septembar 2022. I payd for it in full. I nevr got the kit. I emaled the company lots of times but no respons. I cant find a phone numbr to call. I want my money back.

Furbo I didn't wanna renew my subscription but they still charged me

I didn't wanna renew my subscription but they still charged me. I've messaged their customer service six times in three weeks. Only one person replied and asked why I didn't like their service, not even acknowledging my request for a refund. They ain't replying to my messages now.

Furbo I bought a Furbo in November 2022

I bought a Furbo in November 2022. The website said it would ship in *** days, but I haven't gotten any shipping info yet. I tried tracking my package, but all it says is that my order was received with no date for when it will ship. I can't find a phone number to call, so I filled out the form 4 times over the past few days, but I haven't heard back about when my order will ship.

Furbo my subscription

Furbo is a dog camera that allows you to monitor your furry friend while you're away from home. It's a great product, but their subscription cancellation process is a real pain in the neck. It's easy to sign up for the subscription, but when you want to cancel it, it's a whole different story. You have to go to their website, log in, and then find the hidden buttons to cancel the account. After that, you're redirected to customer service, where you have to provide your information all over again. It took me a whopping 15 minutes to finally get the customer service person to agree to cancel my account. They even tried to convince me to change my mind and made it difficult to cancel. It's a real shame that they use such dark design tactics to make it frustrating to cancel.

Furbo Got a Fubo as a gift, but it's busted and won't work

Got a Fubo as a gift, but it's busted and won't work. Tried emailing the company, but they don't have a phone or customer service. They just send out robot replies. I've tried everything to fix it, but it's still a dud. Seems like this is a common problem with their stuff. They want me to make a video of the issue, but I live alone and don't have another device. The app on my phone is supposed to make it work, but it's a no-go. This company is shady and selling broken junk. Can't even talk to a real person about it.

Furbo Got a Furbo last year in July and it was all good until it stopped working in November

Got a Furbo last year in July and it was all good until it stopped working in November . We tried to fix it online but no luck. The worst part is that there's no phone number to call and talk to a real person. Now we can't even set it up on the app, it's useless. We didn't change anything with our WiFi and hard resets don't work. We think a firmware update messed it up and we can't fix it ourselves. They want us to pay at least $60 to replace or refurbish it, but we already spent $180 on it just over a year ago. It's not fair that we have to pay more for something that's not our fault.

Moved my furbo (which was workin fine previously) to a new spot and tried to set it up with the new wifi. The light (which apparently needs to be green to do anything, even change the wifi) won't change to green no matter what I do. I've been goin back and forth with customer service for about a week, with them advisin me to try a different power cord, sayin there's nothin they can do on their end, and that there was an update or somethin causin it to not work. All of these are problems on their end, not mine, but they for some reason can't fix it so they are askin me to buy a new one. It hasn't been used very much and the lack of effort and resources on their end is extremely frustratin, as none of this is my fault and a $200 pet camera should still work with as little use as it's had.

I got an email on 1/18/22 that said I could get a discount on the new Furbo 360 thing. When I tried to buy it, the price was $30 more than what the email said. I talked to the people who sell it and they said they would give me the $30 back after I bought it. They said it was like a fee or something. On 1/23/22 I bought the Furbo but I didn't get the $30 back like they said I would. Instead, they sent me an email saying they sent me the wrong Furbo and I had to send it back. They said I would get my money back and the right Furbo when they got the wrong one back. But I haven't heard from them since Feb 15th and they won't answer my emails asking what's going on.

Furbo Got this cat camera from Amazon in July and it was pretty good

Got this cat camera from Amazon in July and it was pretty good. Used it a few times to check on our sick cat when I was out. But then, a firmware update messed it up and it stopped connecting to the internet. I didn't bother to fix it since I wasn't traveling for more than a day. But when I finally tried to reset it, the hardware reset button didn't work. I called support for over an hour and they finally admitted that the firmware upgrade bricked my device. They're selling a $150 product and just randomly turning it off permanently. It feels like a scam. They wanted me to pay $100 for a refurbished unit to replace the one they bricked remotely or force me to pay $69/yr for a new unit. It's disgusting. Shame on them for taking advantage of people.

Furbo I got a Furbo Nanny Cam bundle

I got a Furbo Nanny Cam bundle. I got it last week. It worked for 10 minutes, then stopped working. It wouldn't connect to my phone. I talked to customer support for over 2 hours. They told me to disconnect and reconnect everything, but it didn't work. They said their engineering team had to fix it and moved it to email. The email told me to do the same thing again. I said I already did it, but they said the Furbo was broken. They said I could get a new one, but I don't want to after spending so much time on it. They won't refund my subscription even though it didn't work the whole time.

Furbo I got a Furbo on June 27th and it came on July 1st

I got a Furbo on June 27th and it came on July 1st. They say you can return it within 30 days if you don't like it. I complained about it on July 26th (Ticket ID: ***) because it didn't work good. I talked to someone on chat and they gave me some ideas to fix it, but none of them worked. The Furbo doesn't give treats right, takes too long to show what's happening on the app, doesn't pick up sound to talk to my dog (which is supposed to be a cool thing), and the video is always behind what's really happening. I asked to return it and get my money back a lot of times, but they just gave me more Ticket IDs: ***, ***. I sent a lot of emails, but they keep giving me the runaround. It feels like they're just trying to waste time until it's too late to return it.

I bought a Furbo dog camera from Furbo on November 20, 2022 for $51.94 (Receipt #***-3209). They offered me a trial for the dog nanny app for $6.99 a month, but the app didn't work right, so I tried to cancel it. The app wouldn't let me cancel and sent me to an automated chat that didn't have a cancel option. I emailed support and got an automated response with a form to fill out for cancellation. I sent the form, but Furbo doesn't have live support, and they haven't responded to any of my emails. On January 7, 2022, Furbo charged me $136.74 for a two-year subscription (receipt #***-2502). I've tried to contact them to get my money back or change to the monthly rate, but they haven't responded. I'm really mad because they don't let you cancel and don't answer emails. It seems like they trick you into thinking you have a trial, but then you can't cancel it.

Furbo I got a Furbo on April 11th and sent it to my friend as a gift for her new dog

I got a Furbo on April 11th and sent it to my friend as a gift for her new dog. I also bought a one year subscription to their nanny cam services (100$ with the camera too). My friend set up an account with their app to use the camera remotely. Last week on April 11th, 2022, I got a bank notice that I was rebilled 100$ for the annual renewal. They didn't tell me they were gonna do that and I didn't sign up for auto renew. But that's not my main problem, cuz I know some companies do that. So I contacted customer support and asked them to remove my billing info from their system. They said they couldn't do that cuz I'm not the account holder and I need to contact the person I sent the gift to. But I'm not in touch with that person anymore and I don't want to be billed again next year. I should have the right to change the billing plan, NOT the person who got the camera as a gift and never paid them anything. I don't want my money back, I just want them to tell the person with the camera to update their payment info. It's not cool that they keep my payment info and bill me after I asked them to cancel.
