I got an item from Panasonic Factory Outlet Store and it wasn't refurbished like they said it would be. The accessories that came with it were the wrong ones for the item too. I tried to return it but they said I had to pay for restocking even though it wasn't my fault. It's not fair that they make money off of restocking when the item is unusable for anyone.

I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with the Panasonic Factory Outlet Store. I went ahead and ordered a phone from them without doing my research first, and boy was that a mistake.
