Panasonic Factory Outlet Store Terrible Customer Service and Wrong Product Sent by Panasonic Factory Outlet Store

So, I had a bit of a problem with Panasonic Factory Outlet Store. I ordered a microwave from them, but they sent me the wrong one. It was really frustrating because I had been looking forward to using my new microwave, but instead I got stuck with this old one that wasn't as good.

When I contacted the company to try to get the issue resolved, they just kept playing games with me. They asked for pictures of the microwave, then more pictures, and then even pictures of the box it came in. It was like they were just trying to waste my time and make it difficult for me to get what I wanted.

After all of that, they put me on hold for 20 minutes and then just hung up on me. It was really frustrating and made me feel like the company didn't care about me or my business.

I wish I had read some of the other reviews before I ordered from Panasonic Factory Outlet Store. It seems like a lot of other people have had similar issues with them. It's really too bad because I was excited to get a good deal on a microwave, but now I just feel like I wasted my time and money.

Panasonic Factory Outlet Store Warning: Terrible Experience with Panasonic Factory Outlet Store - Faulty Product and Poor Return Policy

I recently bought a phone set from Panasonic Factory Outlet Store and unfortunately, it didn't work at all. I had to go through the process of requesting a return, which was a bit of a hassle. They gave me an address to send it back to, but it cost me $13.95 to do so. When I finally received my refund, it was only $45.54, even though I had paid $63.55 for the phone set. According to their return policy, if the product was damaged, I should have received a refund for the shipping cost. However, that wasn't the case for me and now I'm out $31.96 for a phone that didn't even work.

I would strongly advise against buying from this company. It's frustrating to receive a faulty product and then have to deal with the hassle of returning it, only to end up losing money in the end. It's a shame because I was really excited about this purchase, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment. I hope others can learn from my experience and avoid making the same mistake.

I really needed this item and the Panasonic Factory Outlet Store seemed like the perfect place to get it. The website said it was "in stock" when I made my purchase and it still says that now. I even paid extra for immediate shipping, but after three days, the online status message still said "awaiting tracking information." I tried emailing them on day three, but didn't get a response.

Feeling frustrated, I decided to call their customer service number (***802) on day four. Unfortunately, the representative told me that the item was actually not in stock and "should" be available in 7 to 10 days. I was really disappointed and felt like I had wasted my time and money.

Overall, I was not impressed with my experience at the Panasonic Factory Outlet Store. It's frustrating to see that the website still says the item is in stock when it's not. I hope they can improve their inventory management and customer service in the future.

Panasonic Factory Outlet Store Panasonic Factory Outlet Store: A Scam for Rebates and Faulty Equipment

I bought some phone equipment from Panasonic Factory Outlet Store and they offered me a rebate. They said they would send me emails with all the details and a link to receive the rebate or cancel the service. But I never got any email from them and they started charging me monthly on my credit card. When I called them, they gave me some fake phone numbers and refused to transfer me to the "rebate" department. I think Panasonic Corporation should sue these guys for using their name brand. Luckily, AmEx will stop and reverse the transactions for me. On top of that, I had some trouble with the phone equipment they sent me. It was a big mistake to buy from them.

I've been a regular customer of Panasonic Factory Outlet Store for quite some time now, and I've always been satisfied with my purchases. However, my recent experience with the store has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.

I ordered two sets of phone batteries, and it's been over four days since I started charging the first set, but they still haven't charged fully. I've been avoiding the kitchen as much as possible because I can't stand the constant "beep beep-beep" sound of the charger. I'm not sure what to do at this point. Panasonic Factory Outlet Store Disappointing Experience with Panasonic Factory Outlet Store: Poor Customer Service and Delayed Refund

We recently purchased a Panasonic 3 phone set for hearing impaired from the Panasonic Factory Outlet Store. It was a long wait of 3-4 months before the set finally arrived. However, upon receiving the set, we noticed that one of the headphones had poor sound quality. We decided to keep the two headphones and return the problematic one, which was valued at $90. We were informed that we would receive a full refund, so we went ahead and spent over $20 to return it.

Unfortunately, when we checked our credit, we noticed that we were refunded $17 less than what we were told. We immediately contacted the store and were told that we would receive the rest of the refund. However, we never received it. This was quite frustrating as we ended up spending $40 more than we would have if we had purchased from a legitimate organization.

To make matters worse, the store also tried to change our order midstream. This was quite confusing and we had to spend a lot of time on the phone trying to sort things out. Overall, our experience with the Panasonic Factory Outlet Store was not a pleasant one. We hope that they can improve their customer service and delivery times in the future.

Panasonic Factory Outlet Store Misleading Policies and Subpar Products: My Experience with Panasonic Factory Outlet Store

I recently made a purchase from the Panasonic Factory Outlet Store and I must say, I was not impressed. They claim to offer a 30 day return policy, but what they don't tell you is that the refund will only be partial. I was quite disappointed to find this out after I had already made my purchase.

Furthermore, they advertise their products as "Refurbished", but the unit I received was in terrible condition. It was scratched and marred, and looked like it had been refurbished by a baboon. I was quite surprised that they would let a beat up unit like that go out as refurbished. It was obvious that it was a used unit, and not refurbished at all.

To make matters worse, they advertise "free" shipping, but it's not really free. If you decide to return the item, you will be back-charged for the "free" shipping. This means that you will end up paying for the shipping both ways.

Overall, I would advise Panasonic to reconsider their partnership with this outlet store. They are tarnishing the Panasonic name and reputation by selling subpar products and offering misleading policies. I hope that they will take action to improve their services and products in the future.

I recently made a purchase from the Panasonic Factory Outlet Store website on April 7th. I was in need of two replacement batteries for my house phones. The website informed me that the batteries would be shipped within seven to ten days. However, as time passed, I noticed that my batteries had not arrived.

After waiting for two weeks, I decided to give the store a call to inquire about my order. The customer service representative informed me that the batteries were on back order and apologized for the inconvenience. They assured me that the batteries would arrive within seven to ten days.

I waited patiently for another two weeks and called again. Unfortunately, I received the same message from the customer service representative. They apologized once again and informed me that the batteries were still on back order. They assured me that the batteries would arrive within seven to ten days.

Today is May 18th, and I have yet to receive my batteries. I called the store for the third time, and I was given the same message. I was told that the batteries would arrive within seven to ten days. I had enough of waiting and decided to cancel my order.

I was extremely disappointed with the service I received from the Panasonic Factory Outlet Store. I understand that back orders can happen, but waiting for forty-two days without any updates or progress is unacceptable. I will never use this site again and will not recommend it to anyone.

I recently purchased a Panasonic microwave oven from the Factory Outlet Store and I must say, I was not too thrilled about it. I was kind of forced into buying it, but was promised that I could return it within 30 days with no questions asked and receive a full refund.

However, when I received the microwave, I was not satisfied with how it worked. So, I immediately called to return it and asked for a return label. The agent on the phone told me that I didn't need a return label and that I could simply bring it to any shipping center.

But, when I printed out the so-called return label, I was shocked to see that the return was at my own cost and there would be a 15% charge on my credit card. I couldn't believe what I was seeing!

I felt like I had been misled and I wanted to share my experience with others. It's not fair that they don't disclose all of this information when they sell their products.

Overall, I would say that my experience with the Panasonic Factory Outlet Store was not a good one. I would caution others to be aware of the return policy and the hidden fees before making a purchase.

I recently made a purchase from Panasonic Factory Outlet Store and it was a complete disaster. I ordered a Panasonic phone system with four phones, but to my dismay, they sent me the wrong item. This was a huge mistake on their part and it caused a lot of inconvenience for me.

To add to my frustration, the company sold me a two-year extended warranty and I paid for it. However, during the first year of use, one of the phone handsets started giving me trouble. I contacted the company and after several back and forths, they gave me the contact information of another company to deal with the issue. I contacted the other company and they informed me that the product had been registered by the seller for more than a year and was not covered under warranty.

I called Panasonic Factory Outlet Store again and they promised to send me a new unit and asked me to send back the faulty one. However, they never sent anything and did not respond to my messages. It was only after several attempts that I was able to talk to someone from customer service. They told me that the two-year extended warranty did not cover the handset, which was completely wrong. The salesperson had sold me the two-year warranty for the complete phone system package and not just for one item.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Panasonic Factory Outlet Store and I will never buy from them again. I urge others to avoid dealing with this company as well. It was a complete waste of my time and money.

I got an item from Panasonic Factory Outlet Store and it wasn't refurbished like they said it would be. The accessories that came with it were the wrong ones for the item too. I tried to return it but they said I had to pay for restocking even though it wasn't my fault. It's not fair that they make money off of restocking when the item is unusable for anyone.

I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with the Panasonic Factory Outlet Store. I went ahead and ordered a phone from them without doing my research first, and boy was that a mistake. I've been trying to figure out the status of my order for days now, but it seems like nobody over there speaks English. It's been a real headache, and I'm starting to think I might have been ripped off.

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience at the Panasonic Factory Outlet Store. I was looking to get my husband a Panasonic electric razor and found the Panasonic Factory Outlet Store online. The website said the razor was $89.99, which was a good price. But when I went to buy it, the price was actually $99.99! I was pretty upset about this, so I started a chat with someone named Ashley. I showed her a screenshot of the lower price, but she didn't seem to care and just kept telling me the razor was $99.99. I think it's important for companies to be honest about their prices, so I wouldn't recommend dealing with them.

I immediately chatted online with an expert who told me to take photos of the

item and the box (which I did), and send them to:

This is obviously a warehouse mistake. Please make it right.
