To whom it may concern:

I purchased LG appliance package products on 4-25-18 and it had a $700.00 worth of rebates: one from NECO and one from LG of which never arrived.
My appliances arrived at my house 5-25-18, I wrote the serial number on the rebate form and rushed it to the post office because it had to be post marked by 4-25 of which it was. I unfortunately did not make a copy of the rebate form. there was no time and I had no resource to make copies. I did NOT have access to a computer. After several months I called LG and asked about my rebate. after many, many attempts I still get the run around. some people say it was sent, others say give it a few more weeks. So now a year later and I am still awaiting my rebate of $300.00! as of last phone call to LG I was told they never received my rebate! What can I do to get my rebate back!

Sprint store. Want you to tell store to give me a loaner phone at your expense. Your Phillipine based customer service has no discretion. Someone in your organization should Have the authority to use judgement.

We purchased the LG front loading washing machine 11/27/17 and have had nothing but problems since we bought it. First, the washing machine wasn't balanced and would "walk" into the middle of my laundry room. After spending 3 months trying to get a repair company to come out under warranty, from the LG website, someone finally found that the weight that keeps the drub balanced wasn't attached at all and was at the bottom of the unit. Now, after less than 2 years of owning the washing machine, it won't drain water. There is no clogs in the hoses or pump, so the pump now needs to be replaced. I am shocked that the pump would not last even 2 years. We would NEVER purchase another LG product. Our old Front loading washing machine lasted 10+ years with little to no repairs. This is ridiculous and the customer service is horrible.

I sent in my soundbar for repair in Jan 2019 it is now June and I haven't got it back or been reimbursed for it as I was promised I paid $140.00 for this and all I have is the receipt they have stole the soundbar and subwoofer. I talked to a manager or supervisor in april she told me it had been so long they were going to reimburse me for the product to send a copy of receipt. I sent it in through email lazyman1369 to Victoriah. she responded and I was told to send in the subwoofer and I would be paid. Now it is middle of June and all I have is a 140.00 dollar receipt. I feel like the soundbar and subwoofer has been stole! When I Called High Teck they didn't even know they were scheduled to come. Waiting for the parts..Finally after a week the part came in and the thechnition came over took the tv apart...and said there was something non repairable with this TV...and agreed it was a lemon from the beginning...
I can't even begin to tell you how I felt...
No one was going to help me..I can't afford wasting money this way...
So, I was so frustrated that I dragged the TV on the curbside for the garbage to pick it up...and tell everyone how you treat your customers

The dishwasher was not operating efficiently as before. The service centre sent a technician to check appliance. After checking he decided to change some spare part. The same problem with dishwasher was existing. After following with customer support. They took the dishwasher to service centre for 5 full days and returned it in bad conditions, the screws were not tightened after they disassembled it. Currently, the dishwasher is not efficient enough and costed 850 LE for spare part and service.

We tried to followup with customer service but no support was provided yet form their side to identify problem.

Purchased product from Home Depot. It has not been 3 years and the compressor is gone on the frig.Contacted Home Depot on 5/30/20019. The service was out sourced to A& E Factory Repair 800-905-9505. On 5/31/2019, refrigirator was NOT fixed parts were needed. Contacted about when the parts were to come and the service date as the repair guy was not clear on that upon leaving. After another appointment and several calls, tracking down how may boxes I was waiting for to assure everthing was avaliable for the appoint ment. I had a confirmed service 6/7/2019, this apointment was late; not within the window by far just as the first appointment; however the services guy this time was informative and made me aware of 6/17/2019 servcie dates with parts to arrive within 6/10-6/14 as more parts were needed. Locked in service date 6/17/2019, A&E canceled and moved to 6/24/2019 with unknown time. I called beacause I was contacted on my home phone thinking the young lady miss spoke. NO, service date was switched.

Issues:
A&E does not come when they are scheduled to, does not make calls to estabilish running late etc.
It will be 6 days short of a month given they can repair on 6/24/2019.
I have spoken to several representatives from A&E Repair and have either been hung up on or they have just been down right rude. I requested they locate another service provider nothing.
My contact numbers that I called from so the calls can be pulled and listen to are [protected] and [protected] perdominatly.
NO FRIG for 6 days short a month if they really come on 6/24/2019 when my appointment was 6/7/2019.

I am really fed up of services of LG in Pakistan. My washing machine has sensing error and I am complaining LG since May 28, 2019 but they are not even registering my complaint of service request. I even contacted country manager of Pakistan - Mr Wajid Bashir and he assured me that a reporter would visit me on Monday, June 10. But still nobody has even approached me. Bought new 5/28/2019/ Noticed right away that screen was defective with a blue line down the middle. LG tech came to house and ordered replacement part direct from LG # EAJ64790701 Over 3 weeks now and part is lost in transit. LG has done nothing to help Returning set and buying a Sony otherwise I lose $3800 Bought frm Amazon I would like a new set

This is really embarrassing and harrasing a customer when it comes to poor after sale service. I bought an LG AC on 8th of June and also got an appointment ( RNP190609050040) for installation of AC on 9th of June in Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh but it's been 4 days that no representative bothered to come and install AC inspite of so many calls made to them. I have already called at service centre (Harpal) in Mandi and the person assigned to my task (Sanjeev). Representatives are making nonsense excuses on daily basis. Sanjeev one of your representative is giving a excuse that we also have family and I will come when I will get time. Thank for letting us know that how you treat your customers and you are lest bothered to provide better services. I have already been suggested by my friend not to buy AC from LG due to poor services but it's my hard luck that believed in LG. Now onwards I wouldn't be suggesting anyone to buy products from LG.

Purchased my LG in June 2016, after the Rowlett tornado in December 2015. I purchased it new from Nebraska Furniture Mart in Texas. It Suddenly went out. I have contacted several repairmen in my area and they have All told me that LG compressors have a known issue and many repairmen don't even mess with LG anymore. I researched further and found there are multiple class action lawsuits for the same thing. LG should not be allowed to treat consumers with such disregard. I have now submitted a BBB complaint and a consumer advocate complaint. A compressor should NEVER go out after 3 years. This is a Sub Standard quality product and I want it replace or REPAIRED. I will be posting on every outlet that I can find. IF I have to suffer from no refrigerator because of poor quality, after spending thousands, then I will Hopefully cause LG to lose business because of telling others not to purchase. I want a working refrigerator Timely!

I purchased a lg tv model lg-49ub850t, it broke down on april 2019, your agent top express came to collect the tv for repair on 15/4/2019. We follow up few times with them for the repair status, however, they told me that lg had given them wrong power board for two times. Till now 31/5/2019 (after 1.5 months), they still havent start repair my tv and no feedback or follow up given. I personally call up to lg office on 17/5/2019 to tell the situation, the lg customer service told me she will direct call to top express. However, according to top express, they never receive any call from lg officer. I wonder what is the solution now? How long should I wait again? Lg dont have any after sales service? This is a replacement French door LG and it is doing the exact same thing as the previous refrigerator. The interior gasket ices up and my freezer items get a layer of frost and then freezer burn. My produce inside the refrigerator does not stay fresh. I have had a repairman out and he indicated at that they are skimping on the insulation on the exterior walls of the refrigerator and that it's not keeping the outside air out of the interior of the refrigerate causing a condensation build-up. He said there is nothing they can do. I have no small children and my husband and I work all day long so the refrigerator Barely is opened during the day.What an expensive $3000 worth of garbage. I had to fight for nearly a year for LG to replace the refrigerator after numerous repair calls which it was still under a warranty And still doing the same thing. I can't wait until it dies and I can get another fridge

I recently had problems with my oven . I called Premi um Appliance Repair service. The service man installed a new ignition bake. This cost me $298.00.The service man left after setting the oven to 350 degrees. Within 1 hour the oven door sealed and stated on the board high heat. The service wants a additional $300.00 for a new brain. I am very upset . This stove is about 4 to 5 yrs old. There is only my husband and my self . I cannot think we did excessive use or misuse. My husband shut off the gas supply as we were concerned about fire as the got hotter and hotter.I put more trust in LG then a stove that last a few years . I bought a brand new LG 49 inch TV a couple years ago. It does not, , , and never has...shown a full picture. I've tried all the settings...16:9...4:9...zoom...cinema zoom 1... none of them fill out the picture as it is shown by the station. It's as if yous put 60 inch screen parts with a 49 inch screen. i have an 8 year old l g refrigerator that needs a compressor, it would think that after spending $1500.00 dollars it would last at least 10 to 15 years, unfortunately i purchased an lg, a mistake i will no longer make, your products are not very good, Now i am out $300 dollars worth of food and $75.00 for someone to tell me i need to spend another $700.00 dollars to repair it. Less than 6 yrs old (& just out of extended warranty) after a brief power outage last evening, it would not restart; no power, dead...

And, LG Customer Service (can't really call it Customer Service) was NO HELP. NO English; no comprehende...I was simply TRYING to find an LG Service Technician to HELP! Assuming its an electronic component...

I have purchased new refrigerator from LG main branch in Dammam Saudi Arabia at the Dammam-Khobar highway

The driver brought the refrigerator and due to the need to remove a door inside the house, the driver left the refrigerator in the street. He did not come back

He was upset and stated he is fasting and has to go for food. I did not even receive or signed any papers for delivery.

The Egyptian receptionist in the main branch fid not help and stated with harsh language to go and complain as LG is not listening to anybody.

Very disappointed with LG.

I have a Frenchdoor refrigerator. it is 2 years old and completely shut down. It took 3 weeks to get it fixed. Needed a new compressor. I have to wait another week before I can use the frezzer, just incase this one doesn, t work. That did not made me feel good about the product.

The water and ice smell and taste bad. Can this be fixed. I know I am not the only one

I should have better quality for what I paid for this.
