Les Schwab Tire Center review: Not honoring warranty

Bought a new truck in March 2020 with a brand new battery. Battery died so I tried to exchange it locally in February 2022. Associate Aaron would not honor the warranty and charged me full price for a new one because I was not the original purchaser. Returned battery next day and collected the core. Manager David did not offer either of two easy fixes I could think of so I won't be back to spend money here.

It will be the last time I have issues here. Just left an honest review on Yelp and I'll be telling everyone I know about my experience here.

Their batteries are weak garbage. Buy interstate from a reputable dealer. Other places that honor their warranty regardless of original purchaser sell affordable garbage batteries. Go anywhere else.
