I sent my documents on sept 5, 2019 LBC San Pablo BRANCH, told us to wait after 3 to 4 days on ward

I always checking the tracking number stated written on my receipt, and I been waiting for 6 days .
My sister received a text message on sept 11 stated that my documents is on hold due to incomplete address first of all why it is to late for you to inform us about this. I've been waiting for so long . You should responsible for checking if the address was correct the only missing was just the postal code, that you Didn't even ask if it is needed in the first place . AND now I have to wait again for another 3 days, what was that?? is that a joke ?
I really need my docs asap...
Please do something about your poor service and old system .
