LBC Expressdid not receive my package, package gone/lost

To whom it may concern,

Good day!

Hi, I was expecting a package under the tracking number [protected] last May, 20. 2019. However, upon checking Melanie Pia Gutmann (who is me) already received the Package (according to the package tracker) but I haven't received any package on that day!!! May I request a receipt and the signature who exactly received my package? May I also know the name of the deliverer? I am very disappointed with your service. I have been writing an email to the costumer care services but until now I haven't received any reply! I also tried to call but no one picks up the phone. Please do help me trace where my package went or if you lost my package could I have a refund? Thank you

    Hanggang ngaun hindi ko pa narereceive padala sakin. May 23 pa pinadala pero hanggang ngayon ala pa anung klaseng serbisyo meron kau ngbabayad kmi ng tama. Pki gawan nman ng action plss kailangang kailangan n yung pdala na un.paki ayos nman po serbisyo nio.😞😡
