Dear sir/madam,
I would like to bring to your attention a matter thats been dragging on for almost 4 weeks now.
On the 27th August I went to your lbc office in potenciano building in basak lapu lapu to return two items to lazada, one a mixer bound for a seller called Yida shop in the Philippines the other a gimbal camera to be sent to Island mall in China.
The lady who dealt with my returns was named Jenny I first gave her the mixer as this was a fairly big box together with the tracking number followed by the camera which was a tiny box together with the tracking number provided by lazada, this items were quite hard to mix up as each box was printed with a picture of the item inside.
Anyway they were indeed mixed up and the camera arrived at Yida shop in the Philippines and not Island mall in China.
I was informed of the mistake via message from Yida shop I immediately reported the matter to lazada, and 3 days later again I contacted lazada and again and yet again yesterday as nothing seems to be getting done.
At my own expense I once again visited your shop in basak whereby I spoke to a lady called April she telephoned Yida shop and confirmed the mistake and she told me the Mixer was still in your warehouse and that they would deliver the mixer to Yida shop, pick up the camera and return that to its rightful owner Island mall in China.
That was 10 days ago Yida shop still have no mixer they still have my camera.
Can you tell me when this situation will be rectified please im about 11000 peso out of pocket my son has no birthday gift and nothing seems to be happening.
