Have been waiting for almost a week for the package to arrive. Based on the tracking the item wasnt delivered due to unknown recipient. How could they tagged it as that without calling me first during the delivery? And now they want me to claim at Cabuyao warehouse when I'm living at Binan? What about the shipping fee that I paid which is supposed to be a door to door delivery? Bakit kailangan ko pa gumastos ulit ng pamasahe at bumayahe ng malayo na dapat kayo naman talaga ang dapat mag deliver nung item kaso ganun ang binayaran ko. Lagi naman ako ngpapa deliver. Bakit naman dati nadadala yung ibang courier nga kino contact pa ako before magdeliver para i-sure na nasa bahay ako. Hindi kaya katamaran lang yang ginagawa nyo? Pinapahirapan nyo ang customer. Buti sana kung wala akong baby na inaalagan. Pero kahit pa wala hindi tama na customer pa ang kailangan lumapit sainyo. Yung email nyo din sa customer service automated lagi sagot. Wala naman nasagot sa mga tanong ko at wala din malinaw na sagot. Hay naku.
