I am expecting a package sent last February 13, 2019 from Bacolod to Davao under waybill number [protected] and up to today it was not yet delivered!
I tried to call your different branches in Davao city but the phones are just ringing but no one answered. The contact numbers and cellphone numbers reflected on your website directory cannot be reach or no one is answering.
delivered a wet passport
When the package arrived at our house in p4. Brgy. San juan, surigao city, it was inside a plastic lbc pack. The moment i opened it, i was surprised to see the top portion of the passport is wet. Now the pages are all wrinkled at the top portion. I Payed 950 php to get this passport and now it looks like [censored] the first time i handle it.
How can this be solved? Please bear with me and cooperate with this problem of you delivery LBC.

We follow uo many times regarding the lost package we are about to receive. According to the tract and trace up Lipa City Branch had received it but now it was no where to find. Hello po tanong ko lang po sana if ever lang po kung madedeliver pa po sa info ko yung parcel na dapat sana nadeliver last january 21 2019 po.. Sabi po kase sa tracking hindi ma trace yung address na binigay ko.. Nagtataka lang po kase ako sabi hintay ko tapos wala naman po ako mahintay that day.. Pick up branch: dinalupihan (btn01) ive been to pasong tamo branch where I sent the items and all they can say is they also don't have an update and will try to email the north luzon exchange. Hi! I just wanna raise a concern regarding sa items I ordered through Shopee. I was already given the tracking number. Upon checking, na-receive na daw sya by February 05, 2019 (which is a holiday) by someone named Jose Martin Galang which is not an authorized recipient, nor not the one to receive.
Ako yung nakapangalan as the one to receive but someone has already received it. Also, since it was a holiday, so normally walang pasok sa office kaya why would they deliver it on a holiday?

My name is Fernanda Rice from West Monroe LA, USA. I sent two boxes September 29, 2018. Tracking number [protected] and [protected]. My family received the box on January 31, 2019. When they opened the box [protected] they found out that we lost all the Victoria Secret, more than 10 new t.shirts, 3 Nike shoes, children's t.shirts, and shorts too. I even put names on some of the things because it was suppose to be a Christmas gift for my family. I also had a comforter that was packed with things and I even suctioned the comforter to lessen its capacity. When the packages arrived to my family the comforter was not suctioned at all which means that someone had opened it up and took everything that was in it. I am very disappointed and have so much fear in sending my packages through LBC now. I hope that the managers will take action and initiative to solve this problem becasue I know in not the only one. I worked so hard for so I am able to send things to my family.

Im with my friend (Theresa Chupungco) who just came back from UAE. We went to SM Lucena to get the money, her friend sent her. She went inside LBC and asked the agent (lady) to give her remittance form the agent asked her "how much?" she replied "php 21, 115" then the agent told her she cant get it now because they dont have enough fund. So my friend left and she was so upset and told me what happened.. So I went inside and asked again why cant we get the money its not a big amount to consider. The agent told me (guy) that they dont have enough fund today and I need to book and reserve a slot so I can get it tommorrow. I asked him if its their normal transaction and he said "YES". So I was very disappointed I told him what if its urgent and we need the money badly? how can a remittance center doesnt have enough fund? 20k is not a million that they run out of fund. We need to book to get OUR OWN MONEY THAT WE WORKED HARD FOR? LBC is the only remittance center that I know which the client need to reserve a slot for you to be able to get money. LBC I hope you read this and please do something about it.

On February 1, 2019 my client was expecting a parcel from me which I shipped last January 29, 2019 and expected to arrive on January 30, 2019 at San Gabriel, Tuguegarao, Cagayan. The package as per my client, reported that he received it tampered, opened and resealed without the units that I have sent to my client in which it contained units of used iphone 7 plus, iphone 8 and an iphone x, when it arrived last February 1, 2019 at the above destination. The parcel was reported by my client to be tampered, opened and was resealed and the parcel empty, missing of its contents. On february 3, 2019 around 11:00am I received notifications from my find my iphone app that my missing package was located at PNP AVIATION SECURITY GROUP.
In leiu of the said incident, we are requesting for an immediate action on the matter in terms of refund since our parcel was received without the said units that is under your care. We are demanding a full refund and delivery charge fee with the total amount of 60, 903PHP. Attached is the receipt of the transaction. Hoping for your positive and fast response on the matter. The amount that has been lost to us is substantial to our end.

I sent a parcel containing very important documents with tracking # [protected] last Thursday, Jan 30, 2019 from Gaisano Kalibo LBC Branch to Quezon City. On Saturday, Feb 2, 2019 I received a notification through sms that the parcel was received. I reached out to my receiver but she said she didnt get it. Dear lbc,
I would like to file a complaint for not delivering my documents that was sent last january 28, 2019 and accepted by your lbc branch in metro colon. With tracking number [protected]. I track my documents through lbc tracking system it was indicated that " we tried to deliver your shipment but office was closed. Lbc will deliver the next business day. (january 29, 2019 12:10:00). Our guard on duty confirmed that their is a delivery from lbc but for other person.
Assuming the message you indicated above it should be deliver on january 30, 2019 the next business day. Until now february 02, 2019 I was not able to received the documents (4 days delayed).
I ask the assistance through lbc recto branch and lbc customer service I talk to ms. Reeza I demand that the documents to be re deliver today february 02, 2019. I will lost my position as program head of aircraft maintenance if documents will not received today our legal team is preparing to file a formal complaint within a week if the problem will not be resolve.

I ordered mx3 capsule a week ago, ang problema yung lbc dito sa naga city bicol, panay lang ang txt! Nag seset ng time na pupunta pero wala naman na punta! I have save messages na mga txt nya using cephone no. [protected], at nag seset ng time na mag dedeliver pero dinaman na dating hangang ngayun tatlong araw na wala na. Yung order ko wala na rin dumating.. Very bad experience in my part.. At napaka irisponsableng courier kayo.. Why do you maintain such ignorant and irrisponsible person or employee? It was sent to me on jan 28, 2019. Expecting the package the next day. Based on trackin, it only arrived pulilan warehouse jan 29 pm. Expecting it jan 30. When I checked on it jan 31, delivery issues were noted on tracking. We have received a package from lbc on the same day when u noted that there was a delivery issue on this parcel.

I ordered a product but they did not deliver, instead they returned it to the seller. I even received an email stating that the product was not delivered that it's why it was cancelled. When my brother went in the LBC office, Romblon, Romblon branch, they said that the product was already returned and they did not even attempt to deliver it. FYI I specifically chose COD when I purchased the product.

I junel imperial, renew my passport at dfa central robinson galleria on december 4, 2018 and send the released via lbc going to my province address. As I checked my tracking delivery it was delivered to my house on dec. 27 2x attempt. They said no one on my house thats why they send it back to origin. I didnt recieve any txt on my mobile contact #. For the last two weeks I contct the dfa, lbc branch but still no trace on my package until now.

Isang buong araw akong nagantay for my shipment to arrived today .But very disappointed Wala akong na received na item. I would like to complain the
delay in the delivery of my documents forwarded last January 12, 2019 thru your Floridablanca branch with tracking number [protected]. Had it not been with our personal visit with your branch, we will not learn that document was not successfully delivered due to recipient has moved out (please note that I have written 2 recipients for whomever is available to receive the said docs from our HR department in Makati City, the 1st recipient was confirmed to have moved out but the 2nd recipient is still with the same address), upon learning that docs were undelivered, I have emailed your customer care regarding the status and re-delivery request to other alternative recipients, still from our HR department and received nothing but an electronic reply only. From there, I have checked through your portal the status of my docs via tracking number daily, however, status would only, if not: 1. Ready for delivery. Please expect delivery within the day or 2. Your shipment is ready for claiming at Makati Delivery Team 1. Please inform your recipient.
I have entrusted important documents to your company, instead of me going to Makati personally since I am not yet capable due to the recent operation I underwent, I just hope that you do your job, don't just move it, satisfy your customers!
