LBC Express money claiming payout

LBC Brannch at sm harrison plaza and vito cruz. They've been saying that their system is offline or they have sysstem error it's been a few days and I still can't get the money. It's like they are making me like a fool already I've been going back and forth to these branches aand all that they can say are they are offline or have system error but if I had an id they can try to transact it. But even if I avail an id right now I can't still claim it today and had to go back again. If those people had told me about that on the first they then I DON'T NEED TO [censored]ING WASTE MY TIME, MONEY, AND EFFORT TO JUST GO THERE AND LET THEM SAY " AY WALA OFFLINE KAMI" "WALA KAMING CASH OUT". Like Hello lbc do something the sender just want a refund. It's been 4 days already instant peso padala? Seriously?. Tracking no. [protected] Baka pati ito matagal din response.

LBC Express cod

I am writing to officially file a complaint. I am Mary Grace Po, a business owner of Get Spotted Shop (getspottedshop.com).
We've been using LBC as our official courier for online orders most especially if our customers would request for COD. And for the past few months that we've been using your cod service, everything was smooth and we have nothing to complain about. Not until for the month of December. As of this writing we've received 3 returned packages that are supposed to be subject for COD. These are all repeat clients and when I contacted these clients, they told me that lbc never called/informed them that the package was arriving. Checked the status of these packages it says

"We tried to deliver your shipment but recipient refused to accept. Please get in touch with us through our official customer care channels."

ARE YOU REALLY SURE YOU TRIED TO DELIVER AND GOT IN TOUCH WITH THE RECIPIENT? Because these 3 clients told me otherwise.

What's more: i have one more package which will be returned AGAIN. What's funny about this is that the package for cod is supposed to be sent to my sister in law.

Lbc called my sister that it will be delivered on the 27th, but my sister told your delivery guy to deliver on the 28th instead because they will be out. I JUST DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED but your delivery guy never came back on the 28th and when we called lbc so my sister will personally pick it up from your hub instead, LBC SAID THAT IT'S ALREADY IN YOUR HUB FOR RTS AND THERE IS NO OTHER WAY MY SISTER COULD GET IT.

OMG.

Please enlighten us.

You were supposed to help us, your business partners. I'm not sure why this has become so stressful already.

LBC Express damaged inside the box

CLIENT # [protected]. LBC picked up our box on 10/27/18 in Los Angeles, California. My sister received it on 12/27/18. When she opened the box it was full of maggots because of the damages of the contents. Please find enclosed pictures of the damages items. Please advise me of how you will compensate with the damages items.

LBC Express delay delivery

We had the package for delivery in LBC Munoz on Dec. 20 to our customer in Subic, Nidec Company. They should have received it by Dec. 21 but our customer had not received it still as of today, Dec. 28. Our customer called LBC Subic and said that they have it on hold and will deliver it on Jan. 3, 2019.

Please help us with the deliver before Jan 2019.
The package is urgently needed by customer.

LBC Express express money service claim requires claimant to be lbc member id

LBC branch in Nelly Garden E Lopez st Jaro Iloilo City forcefully requires claimant to fillup lbc id member form. Tracking num [protected] presented a valid id but Rhea and Lei forced her to sign and when submitted told her it was offline and go back next day. Is this a new requirement? Forceful membership? DTI worthy complain if not checked. Correct this please

LBC Express customer service/delivery service

I sent a package dated last dec 10, 2018 and im so confident that if there would be a problem you would contact me. Yesterday Dec 26, 2018 I called the hotline and to my surprise they returned the item without even noticing or informing me. It was supposed to be a christmas gift and you ruined it. If they contacted me earlier i would make some adjustments but then NO ONE INFORMED ME that the package was returned. I called again today Dec 27, 2018 talk to a representative, shw ask the details and then when im starting to complain she could not hear me anymore. Wow what a service you guys have.

LBC Express international shipping delay

20 days have past and based on the tracking aftership info my package it is still in the Philippines?
I was just asking what's the real status of my package and where it is because I spent enough money on that package and I deserved to know. But no one would reply to my emails and messages no one would tell me what is going on and where exactly my package is . I just wanna know the real status of my package so I'll know what to do next. I
paid for the shipping fee more that I should have costing me 2, 800 pesos and the weight did not even exceed 2 kilos. But I still paid for it hoping that in return they will provide me with a good and faster service. But so far LBC EXPRESS customer care SERVICE failed to do their job. They read my messages and literally just read it but did not reply.
I was totally ignored which really pissed me off.
That money I spent on that package and it's shipping fee was not just some money I got for free.
I worked hard for it and hoping I will receive it before Christmas as a gift for someone and for myself... coz we deserved it. But it's been 20 days and based on the tracking info... lBc kept forwarding it to lbc... what kind of courrier does that?

LBC Express money claiming payout

LBC At Alabang Town Center always have a problem at their connections. Everytime I go there and try to claim or receive money, the system is always offline or slow connection and their staff are also Slow. They waste people's time. They can also tell or put some notice that they were offline. Not just telling us when our number are called! Hello? People's have there own obligations also. I also been late to my work just to receive money at LBC.. so I hope you may give a prompt attention to this matter..

LBC Express delay delivery

I had it picked up earlier by 21. And since its air cargo so it would arrived before christmas. And those goods are for the christmas, leas fortunate people. Now you just ruin everything. I will never trust lbc ever again. I paid thousands for the boxes but then it wasnt. Imagine? It was picked up early and didnt arrived before christmas? What a shame LBC! This is lesson learned and never trusting your carrier ever again! Merry Christmas!

Good day! I already called the customer service to request for an expedite action on my shipped item. It is badly needed tomorrow for the baptismal event!. Please take action of this it should be delivered in Brookes Point Palawan now!

LBC Express delivery tracking

I ordered a lazada product last december 12, 2018 & supposed to be shipped today Dec 21 as I trace the tracking record. But record says that the recipient is not present at the time of delivery. Usually they will call me before the delivery pr kung my my problem sa address given. This time i did not receive any calls from lbc. My point is don't write any report sana na hindi naman tama just to say na nag-attempt silang ideliver yung product. We understand na maraming deliveries & we're willing to wait. Pero ung mga reports sa mga tracking nyo mukhang hindi nmn makatotohanan. referring to LBC cauayan hub. I hope you can do some action regarding this matter. Thank you.

LBC Express opened parcel, theft in the system!

Good day!

I wrote this letter as an appeal to your good office to seek for your help to look into the issue about theft within the company. I was robbed! Not only my cargo bit 15 other v cargoes were forcefully opened and gone were the items inside those v cargoes! I am a reseller of gold jewelries, started just Oct of this year. Never did I expect that I would experience such!

I was saddened when my partner told me that my v cargo was already opened, out of 10 items, only the 3 rings were inside the ripped parcel!

Wtf? I am earning an honest living, where every peso counts and this is what i experienced? Wtf! Lbc, you should clean up the mess and look into this matter of thefts within your company! Please explain what the heck happened?

We put our trust in your company, whatever the amount is, it's the TRUST that we gave you that matters most... ano na an tag line... HARI NG PADALA? HARI NG PADALA NA NAGKAWAWALA? 16 V Cargoes? In a duffle bag, all were ripped, jewelries were stolen? Paki EXPLAIN!

Please, i beg your agency! Help us small time resellers to get back what has been stolen from us! We spent thousands of pesos in paying those stolen items! Oh my God!

Please... look into this matter with utmost concern! I don't what a refund, all i want is your company to explain and look into this mess! I know this issue is not your first time...so please, help us put an end to this very alarming issue!

LBC Express lazada online delivery

I had my order in Lazada last December 12, 2018. I had tracked my order in LBC EXPRESS, and it said that my ordered arrived last December 18, 2018. But the LBC EXPRESS PASSI BRANCH IN ILOILO PHILIPPINES didn't contacted me that the item was already out for delivery. When I went the office they jist told me that they returned the item without informing me. What will i do because i already paid through debit card? How can i get back my money? Is the LBC personnel will responsible for not informing me that my order was arrived and i need to get the package before it will returned? I know there is my contact number on the package, why they didn't informed me? And why they just suggested that i will order it again and pay it again? Is it my fault if my shipping address there is no delivery in that area? Why is it ok to the lazada?

Can you please explain, why you cannot locate our address while Lazada and Shopee doesn't have any problem locating it? You didn't even try to contact me. You have a very poor service.

Also, if the delivery man himself is so lazy to find the address, he should at least try to text or call me, if google map doesn't exist in his vocabulary.

LBC Express parcel from shopee

Nag order ako sa shopee, apat na parcel, naka lagay sa shopee dec 12 darating or ma rerecieve ko pero hanggang ngayun wala paring lbc na nag txt sa akin na dumating na parcel ko, pinuntahan ko sa lbc don carlos bukidnon branch baka sakali kasi minsan natatabunan ang ibang parcel kaya hindi naededeliver, pag punta ko doon pinakita ko ang xpost tracking number at order id, ang sabi ng teller hindi yun ang kailangan nila kasi gusto nila lbc tracking number talaga, mag papasko at bagong taon na wala pa ang parcel ko, bukod jan bayad na yun at remittance din ng lbc ako nag bayad, receiver name ng parcel alben robles contact no.[protected]..Na track ko sa shopee ang sabi dec 7, dec 9 papunta na ng lbc malayabalay bukidnon ang parcel ko pero hanggang ngayun wala pa, mas nauna pa nga dumating yung overseas na parcel ko, nakaka inis..

LBC Express lbc delivery & customer service

I would like to file a formal complaint to LBC San Fernando La Union for believing the receiver's neighbor that the receiver of the package does not live there anymore (change address) and not trying to send it back again and just decided to send back the package to the place where i sent the package (LBC harbor Point Subic)

I would like also to file a formal complaint to the person i talked to last Dec 05 on customer service telling me that they will try to send back the package to the receiver where in fact the package was already back in Olongapo... for giving misinformation.

I would like to file a complain to the person who handled my call Dec 19 for letting me wait for the line for a long time and dropped the call...

I would like to file a complaint to LBC for not doing anything to this matter! Now you are telling me to pay again the shipping fee and go to LBC Harbor Point for the package to be sent again!

Poor service, didnt even try calling the receiver's contact number if it's true that she changed her address! 1 month already, 1 month!

LBC Express delivery service

Good evening! I just want to complain about LBC Maramag unproffesional delivery service. I have a package that was suposed to be delivered yesterday but unfortunately they were close but the delivery guy told me that I should just pick up my order in their branch. That's totally fine for me if I was just living within the area but I'm not, I'm still 2 town away from Maramag. I choose COD for a purpose so that my package will be delivered on the said billed address not for me to pick it up. I complain to them again today but the delivery guy just told me that he already turn over my package on their office and I just should just pick it up instead. I dont understand why my package cant be delivered to me when it wasnt my fault that they didnt deliver it yesterday. I ask for a feedback from them before this day ends but still I didnt recieve one. I hope you have a better service about this matter LBC because some of your employes just treat us customer as if nothing.

LBC Express delivery rider

Hi! I just want to report this incident because for me it was so rude. I've been ordering online countless times and I've been also receiving my orders from different couriers such as: Ninjavan, JRS, BlackArrow, and LBC Express (also from different branches: Cabanatuan City, Baguio City and most recently, here in Dagupan). The rider texted me that he'll be delivering my order yesterday and of course I was expecting that he will deliver it to my address I placed on my order which is in my exact room number and floor (third floor of an apartment) and he was calling saying "Mam bumaba na lang po kayo madami pa po kasi akong idedeliver". Wala pang isang minuto, tumatawag sya ulit then, pagalit na tono nya sabi pakibilisan daw at nagmamadali sya. I let it pass kasi baka kako pagod na si kuya (4:30pm na kasi non). Pero nagulat ako ksi I've tried Ninjavan, and the rider was so polite and he even went upstairs para sa order ko. Samantalang si Kuyang LBC, ako pa magaadjust na bumaba at bilisan kasi nagmamadali sya. Then kanina, may delivery ulit ako. Nasa school ako so i replied to him (you can see the conversation below). And ang rude lang ng way nya. Tapos magbabayad na ko. 357 pesos ung order ko then im lending him 400 muna kasi kumukuha pa ko ng 7 pesos para 50 na lang isukli nya sakin kasi wala akong exact na 357 pesos. Nung kumukuha pa lang ako ng barya nagkamot na sya ng ulo sabi "Mam barya na lang" na parang iritado sya. Kumakalma na lng ako kasi kahapon pa sya ganon. Nakakabastos na kasi talaga siya seryoso. Kung di sya masaya sa trabaho nya, wag niyang idamay customers nya. I hope LBC would do something about this. Talk to your riders or your employees to treat customers with respect. We are all busy. Di lang siya, di lang ako. Good communication and a little of politeness will do.
