Yung staff nyo sa abuyog leyte branch LBC baka di tatagal mamatay yan sila o dikaya mabugbug berna yan sila, walang kwenta, nag a update ng item yung ibabalik na nila yung item mismo. maraming nag complain kada ko punta sa LBC laging may nag co complain regarding sa mga package nila o lazada, hinde sila nag a update kung dumating naba yung putang inang lazada na yan o hinde pa, more in 15 days kami nag hihitany sa package na yan wala manlang dumating na update kung asan na, malalaman nalang namin pag follow up sa kanila na binalik na pala yung orders namin, hinde lang once nangyari at lalong hinde lang twice kundi rappidly nangyayari hinde lang sa akin kundi sa mga netizin dito sa leyte. mga tamad mag delever ng COD ampota. we hope you take some action regarding sa mga staff ng LBC sa abuyog leyte.

Would like to make a complaint for one of our deliveries with tracking number [protected].
Our client complaint to us due to her parcel was not delivered dispite she received text messages from LBC that her parcel is "out for delivery today" for 3-5 times but during those days she didn't received the parcel or didn't even call her for the delivery.
When she was just at the house that time whole day waiting for it to arrive but nothing arrived or delivered and as per tracking in your site it say's "house close"
We would like to request for the parcel to be return to our office (the sender/origin) and refund us the shipping fee since our client has no longer interested for it. We wish you could attend on our concerns for this matter as it not really happen's once to us but so many time.

this was my 2nd attempt to report this same phenomena so ill make it short...this transgender tomboy did not accept my collecting of money 500 peso only and told me to go to other branches...i asked her that im willing to wait for other transactions so she could give me the sum of money i require and she replied "no more money magpapadala" ive gone to other branch and they told me that employee was [censored]ing you off and they even told me...this is puregold branch araneta avenue quezon city march 28, 2019..must be given sanction in order not do it again to other unaware customers...for LBC's own good..
i also reported to the police currently on duty in puregold araneta avenue quezon city and immediately came with me and obliged to accused to show some ID and she isnt showing any..really? going to work and no ID? proof enough

my box to be delivered in coron palawan
Im from noveleta cavite last march 7 I sent a small kb box containing 10bottles of body spray, a shoes and towels thru you lbc going to coron palawan with a tracking no.[protected], the tracking update says it was on puerto princesa the next day and expect the deliver within the day, how can I expect my box to be delivered within that day when it was sea-away from my delivery address! Puerto is ocean away from coron for god sake, your delievery is wrong! And then it shows! Tracking update says shipment issue, and to cantact your customer service hotline chuchu! Until now march 28 my sister from coron palawan did not recieve any box from you yet!.. Customer service called me to inform that my box will be sent back to manila before sending it to coron! So I decided to take back nalang my box and refund my frieght fee! I went to the branch where I sent my parcel last tuesday march 26 and my box were not there yet!? And the agent doesnt know when it will arrive to the branch! So can somebody tell me what happened to my box?.. And where is it?! When will I have it?! Its been 3 weeks already for crying out loud!.. If you cant give me my box today! Pay my declared valaue and refund my fee! You have been caused me so much inconvenience and I cant wait for the box any longer, the shoes has been paid already 3 weeks ago by our customer because that box are our little business! failure to deliver a very important legal document
This refers to my previous request to expedite the delivery of my client's legal document which has been pending in your Cabanatuan Branch since March 22, 2019. For your reference, below is the complete details:
March 21, 2019 Accepted at Amberland (12:49pm)
March 22, 2019 Arrived at Cabanatuan Delivery Team (9:22am).
Today, the document remains undelivered.
With due respect, you are already in breach of your contract of delivery. Your customer service is unhelpful and keep us on hold via phone for almost an hour. Worst, the document that is supposed for immediate delivery is a very important document, hence we thought that LBC can provide such service, but unfortunately, you are grossly negligent. The document remains in Cabanatuan branch without any valid reason. We are even unsure if the document is indeed in Cabanatuan.
In this regard, let this letter serves as our FINAL DEMAND to deliver the document until today. Otherwise, we will instruct our recipient to pick-up the document in the Cabanatuan Branch by tomorrow. By reason of your dereliction of duty, we will be constrained to file a case against you, claim for refund of the delivery fees we paid, with damages.

Undelivered package/missing package but declared as delivered
Last march 22, 2019 I received an email from contact@sephora. Sg informing that the parcel was completely delivered thru aramex international last march 21. I immediately contact aramex to verify the email from sephora. Then upon verifying from their system from one of aramex representatives, the said parcel was already delivered. I informed her that I did not received any parcel from lbc last march 21, I asked her who received the package, and she told me that I received the package, she also informed me that the package was received around 2 in the afternoon. Honestly, this is the first time that I encountered this kind of issue with lbc.

March 14 nagpadala kami sabi sa tracking ng lbc nasa laguna delivery team na nung March 16. Hanggang ngayon d pa narerecieve ng customer namin. Sabi sa report no payment. Hi I am not really satisfied with the service I am a online seller I do sell Canada and philippines my sister was the one who was doing the delivery transaction and it was our first time for COD transactions and we didnt know that they supposed to ask details about the bank account none of your agents ask for our bank account so I called LBC customer service here in canada to ask why it take so long for the payment to process its been 2weeks now and still waiting for that code that they keep on telling my sister went there to verify or check it again for the 4th time and still nothing so instead of easy and hassle free transactions please do something with this and plus the income and profit that we supposed to have we spent it to go back and fort in LBC

I am from oton iloilo and was expecting a package from usana last saturday/ sunday march 16/17 2019. But I was surprised to recieve a call from usana cebu last tuesday march 19 that my package was returned to them. And the reason was "unknown address." I understand that, but atleast the delivery man could have had called me to ask about my location or atleast ask me to meet him in the main road of oton iloilo or meet him at oton lbc.. What happen to your vision and mission about commiment to moving lives, businesses, and communities and delivering smiles around the world? First, I would like to commend the employee named Boni/Bonnie for assisting me when I went to one of your office branches here in Koronadal today.
I was turned down by the first employee I approached to assist me with my package. It was raining outside, my kids are in the car waiting for me while it's parked outside and his only response was, he doesn't know where my package is, that I should wait for the delivery man to bring it to me, or to just come back at a later time when they've (delivery men) arrived without even asking me for the tracking number. Then the guy named Boni/Bonnie approached me after overhearing my conversation with the first employee. He proactively asked for my tracking number then asked another lady employee to pull up my account. The lady employee's remark was, "istorbo!" Then Boni/Bonnie responded, "Customer ito, (sasabihin mong) istorbo?!" Then the lady annoyingly checked my package info in her computer while saying "May natanggap ba siyang text? blah! blah! blah!" After Boni/Bonnie got the information, he asked for my house sketch so he could give it to the delivery man as soon as he arrived to make sure that my package will be delivered.
I am hoping for feedback confirming that the employee named Boni/Bonnie will be given a commendation that he deserves for the very good customer service he provided. You should hire more people like him. With regard to the other two employees, maybe the company should reconsider keeping them or maybe send them to a retraining program to improve their work ethics.

Hi Lbc, would like to complaain having a very long line ng very long time waiting.. could you have seperate lines for those customers who have so many items (online sellers) and for those who only have single document or item. I only have one docent to sent but it took me more than an hour to waut because the first one in the line had so many items to sent. It sich a waste of time to wait just because the first one have many utems to ships in one transaction. Can you please fix it. Thanks
the parcel I received isn't mine
So we received our parcel with ²weeks delayed. And the ²nd packed item is not ours. I would like to question the delivery boy who got from the seller i bought this. Instead of clothes of a baby boy. We received bag and the seller said that he didnt provide bag like we received. I am hoping for your response and immediate investigation about this or else we will sue YOU!

In line with this, I request that an immediate action and follow-up regarding this complaint be made since this was not the first time I have encountered incident of late deliveries.
