Lazada Malaysiacancelled booking after 11 days the booking confirmed


My order # [protected] has been placed on Monday October 16, 2017 but after 11 days I received another email from Lazada saying that my order has been cancelled due to limited stock. My question is:

1) If limited stock why Lazada allowed the vendor to post their product?
2) If limited stock why they need more than 10 days to confirm that, I'm expecting to receive the goods and not to get the answer that my goods is not able to deliver after 11 days
3) How can you simply cancel the booking and without taking any resolution to it? I ordered this for a special occasion purpose and last minute you cancelled my booking, I deserve a good explanation on this matter.
