The below letter might not come through as readable...but I just got finished sending to my local YORK PA store‼️

I Just had and am still dealing with, the most unexpected and worse experience with such a trusted name in furniture‼️ and I don't say that lightly! purchased recliner in good faith, tried it out at the store, but after it was delivered...I could get a better feel for the comfort and size...
First... it doesn’t feel anything like the one I sat in at the store, the floor model I guess, which they don’t allow you to take... there is nothing comfortable about the recliner that was delivered, and immediately contacted the York local store to Return and get full refund in the allowed three day period after sale! none of this happened of course, and I am basically stuck with a chair I find uncomfortable and I’m asked to pay a 30% restocking fee...unheard of...unbelievable and unacceptable‼️ plus whoever heard of having to pay extra for the protective arm covers on a recliner‼️ once again unbelievable‼️
I never imagined La-Z-Boy was in the furniture business for ONLY the profit... and cares nothing about the quality of their product anymore or indeed their customers‼️
This once a happy customer, is now a very angry and upset customer... I can’t believe any business being run like this‼️
Hope you can read some of the very long text I sent to my local La-Z-Boy store to express my strong feelings of being just another customer to be scammed‼️
I am waiting for my call back from the York store to get this La-Z-Boy out of my house because of the bitter memories it holds... at this writing I still have one more day for that refund... and miracles do happen so let’s get one of those miracles from La-Z-Boy... restore your name..restore your respect... restore your customers faith‼️
