Bought a sofa and loveseat from La-Z-Boy last year. From the beginning the mechanisms have made a lot of noise and the cushions are already flattening. I complained to the company and they forwarded by complaint to the store I purchased the furniture from. They sent out a furniture technician who sprayed something on the mechanisms and said there was nothing he could do about the cushions but that he would forward his report to the company. Never heard anything after that. La-Z-Boy should be ashamed to put out such inferior products. This is a disgrace.
