Kroger rjv electronic kit

August 1, 2019 I brought an electronic Vibe kit for $19.99 at Kroger 3039 Breckinridge Lane in Louisville Kentucky. Five days later it stop working. With my receipt I try to return for another one 6 days later, they refuse to exchange or return my money saying they don't take back tobacco product. I was not returning a pack of cigarettes this is an electronic machine if you'll are not going to stand by product the product you sell you should not sell them. Mangers told me to contact manufacturer. This is not right I spent time and money to buy the product from Krogers thinking that you would stand behind all product you sell.

What wrong with my behavior unless you are a Kroger employee. I have the right to file a complaint, I did not curse or acted disrespectful. I have every right to file a complaint. Your remarks wasn't call for. If you haven't an answer for me I don't understand your concerns. Have a blessed day or night.

Kroger the manager and employee

My wife and I are loyal and very frequent shoppers at your store here in Byram, Mississippi And so are the rest of my family. My wife and I spend anywhere between 200 to $500 a week in your store Every week. The 1st incident was a couple of months ago when my wife was Buying groceries and this time she was short of money and had to put a few things back and the manager told her that if she comes in the store again and gets in line and has to put things back that he would call the law on Her I thought that maybe she was exaggerating a little bit, but tonight at 10:30 she was in the store again and the same woman at self checkout cussed called my wife a lieer and publically humiliated my wife in public to the point my wife was squalin her eyes out when she came out the store my wife scanned every single item you can check the footage on camera the same woman belatedly told my wife she was a damn lie in public .I myself was in ther a few weeks ago and the same woman was there and all the registers was full she came to mine and my wifes register and started going three out bags and stayed we didn't ring all of the drinks up and we did we had words and I left to keep conflict down and tonite was last straw my wife nor I have ever stole or not played for anything in this store in our life I don't know what this woman and manager have against us but it has just become a league matter as far as I'm concerned we pay for everything we get never caused trouble I want something done right now and I will be contacting a lawyer within 24 hours of I have not heard back thank you for your time.

Kroger kroger boneless skinless chicken breast frozen

Metal ring frozen to my chicken! I purchased frozen chicken breast about a week ago, and just opened it. I took a frozen chicken breast out of the bag to cook and there was a metal ring frozen to the chicken. I'm lucky I even saw it before I cooked it! I had to let the chicken thaw to get the ring off. I'm so disgusted, I threw the whole bag away. I will never buy kroger frozen chicken again, and maybe not anything frozen by kroger again.

Kroger customer service desk

I have been a regular customer of Kroger for 6 years. I have had numerous issues with the staff, problems with digital coupons not coming off my receipts, rude employees, incompetent managers, etc. Today, I am writing to you about a very unpleasant experience I had with an employee at the Customer Service desk yesterday evening. My husband came home from shopping and realized that an item (juice) that he paid for was not put in his cart. The store policy is when that happens to call the store so they can make a note with your name on it so it has been recorded when you come back to get the item with your receipt. I followed the normal protocol and called the Kroger customer desk around 7:30 p.m. I told him the juice had not been put in our cart and asked him to make a note about it with our name on it and we would stop by the following day to pick it up. I also mentioned that they were to put a raincheck for private selection cheesecake (4.99) in the grocery bag but after checking all bags, it was not there-I asked him to notate that as well because it was the last day of the sale and to make sure he noted this as well because they don't give rainchecks once the sale is over. The boy I spoke with was extremely rude, argumentative and sarcastic and refused to make note of the juice and raincheck. Before he hung up on me, I asked for his name and he said it was "George". I immediately called back to speak to a manager about how this employee treated me and I was very upset and felt very disrespected. The phone rang over 25-30 times before a young lady answered and I asked to speak to a manager; she stated there were no managers or assistant managers in the store and they leave around 5 p.m. I told her what just happened during my phone call with "George" and asked if he was still at the customer service desk. She was being very evasive, unhelpful and avoided giving me straight answers. I asked again if there was an employee answering the phones by the name of George and there was a long pause, so long that I asked her why she couldn't answer a simple question. She said she was sorry but she didn't usually answer phones; again I asked if there was an employee named "George" and she reluctantly said yes, there is an employee by that name that is answering phones at the customer service desk. She said I could call back the next day when a manager is in the store and talk to him about my upsetting experience with one of your employees. As it turns out when my husband went in today, with his receipt, to get the juice that had not been placed in the cart (this happens on a regular basis, purchased items not being placed in cart by employees), - the employee that was working at customer service (Laura, who is a very unpleasant employee to deal with!) asked for the receipt to prove the juice had been paid for and asked if we had called last night to notify customer service it had not been placed in the cart and who we spoke with. My husband said yes, my wife called and the person's name is on the back of the receipt. She rudely said we have no employees by the name of "George" inferring we were lying about calling. Apparently, the employee I spoke with last night gave me a false name, which doesn't surprise me considering the negative history of this particular Kroger. She finally agreed to give him the juice as if she was doing us some great favor. I will tell you that if there were any other grocery store in our little town, I would shop there instead in a heartbeat! There is always some kind of problem when we shop there, whether it's a problem with our receipt, items are routinely out of stock or "their store doesn't carry an item", rude employees, difficulty in finding someone when you need help... This particular store location is one of the worst places I have ever shopped and if I had any other choices, again, I would not give Kroger my business ever again! I believe the employees and the managers need to be retrained to better serve your customers or hire better staff members.

Kroger manager

He is a very rude manager. I am/was a customer until I noticed him being rude to his employees. Always talking down on them. They all were working, so I am not sure of the problem..also asked him a few times where a certain item was and he said he was to busy to help and to find someone else who could help me. I stood there speechless. I thought customers come first in a store but I guess wrong. I know I would not want to be an employee that had [protected] for a manager. I hope I am complaining in the right spot because something needs to be done about him. I have never complained about a store in my life until now. Not store, just manager. The store itself is great. But the manager is just very unfriendly and very unprofessional.

Kroger service.

I live in Michigan and my local Kroger's is stocked by your employees and 3 times in the last 8 months I went to this store on the weekend in Lambertville Mi. and there were no cases of Budweiser. The most recent time I went on Saturday and on Sunday and I went again today and still there were no cases of Budweiser . Maybe their territory is too big but this market is big also and I think should be visited more frequently. I can buy my Bud at other locations but I buy my groceries here also plus I thought that you'd appreciate this information. John Klem a Bud man. [protected]@gmail.com 419/343/2003. 7316 Crabb Rd. Kroger wic items and poor customer service from a “supervisor”

On Sunday, July 28, 2019 I was at the store located at 799 Truse Parkway in Memphis, TN, I attempted to purchase 2 bags of Mexican style shredded cheese as I always do just at a different Kroger. So when I got to the register and swiped my WIC card the cashier told me it wasn't taking off for the cheese. So she called the shift supervisor Mrs. Ann for assistance. Well she came with THE WORST ATTITUDE EVER! Short black heavy lady. She yelled "WELL I DONT KNOW WHAT TO TELL YOU CAUSE IT AINT NOTHING FOR US TO DO". I looked around as if I'm looking for the person she's yelling at cause I'm grown just like her. I said "Well the other Kroger's honor it due to the signs being posted" she yells again "WELL LIKE I SAID IT AINT NOTHING WE CAN DO. DO YOU WANT IT OR NOT" I then instructed the cashier to just take it off and asked for a Mgr. He wasn't in. I went to the back to take pictures of the sign and packaging because I told them I would be filing a compliant Ann states "NO NEED FOR THAT BECAUSE THEY AINT GONNA DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT EITHER". Below are the pictures that were taken which clearly states that the Mexican style cheese is a WIC item.

Kroger payment type

On Saturday, July 27, 2019 around 10:30 @ 31300 Michigan avenue, Westland, Mi 48186, I attempted to pay a $28.80 food charge by check, check # 1612. I presented the check to the "self check-out" cashier along with my "enhanced" Michigan driver's license. My name was printed on the check. My address was not printed on the check. The bank, whose name is printed on the check, Chase, allows its customers to have checks printed without the customer's address for "security" reasons. This is a common practice. The cashier and store manager denied acceptance of the check because the check did not have my address on the check. The cashier, nor store manager, made no attempt to pass the check through the "check" machine attached to the register. The store manager on duty added that "The store does not accept starter checks". This check was not a starter check, as indicated by a check number listed in the 1600s. I patronize that store on a regular basis and do believe I have paid by there before.I charged the $28.80, which I did not inted to do & left disgruntled. bob franczak @ [protected]@wowway.com

Kroger long lines and deli closing early

On July 26, 2019, at 9:15 pm, I visited the deli looking to purchase a loaf of Italian bread. There was none. Went there again on July 27 at 8:15 pm- still no Italian bread in the deli.
On July 27, 2019 @ 8:00 pm CST, I visited the above store. The posted deli hours state the deli is open until 9:00 pm. At 8:23 pm, the lights were off. I asked the attendant if I could purchase deli meat and was advised "No, I have already started spraying chemical" Please :stay open until the posted hours OR change the sign.

In addition the seafood counter was closed.

The same night at 8:35 pm, there was only one cashier with people waiting in line four people deep and the self check area was "standing room only with all registers occupied with customer's waiting" The manager walked up front, saw the lines and walked away toward the deli.

Please help this store! We, your customers deserve better.

Kroger bakery

How can you run a bakery without a proper staff? Delhi Kroger tries. I went there on a Friday at 5pm and there was no staff. I waited and after 5 minutes asked the deli if they could help. No such luck. The bakery person was on break and would be back in 10 minutes. I stupidly waited and a worker showed up. He didn't work in the bakery, he also needed the bakery staff, but politely told me the bakery staff would be back in 10 minutes. So after waiting 25 minutes for the staff. They were finally back. When I asked her to help me find something. I was pointed to the freezer and told to look myself. And when I asked them to personalize the cake they couldn't GREAT! Definitely worth the wait, NOT.

I went to the check out to talk to the manager to explain my frustration with no staff in the bakery and I was told "I can only schedule so many hours'...basically kroger wants your business without having to staff the job.

Unfortunately I waited while the other 4 people who needed help just walked away.

Don't shop Kroger especially the bakery in Delhi, Cincinnati, Ohio

Kroger the service department

Went to 3 different Krogers, They all 3 use different polices concerning coupons.Need to train cashier to understand the policy before insulting the customer. When you follow all instructions in coupon and still says its wrong that you can only use 1 coupon on 1 side of paper is wrong .if there are different codes they can be used with whatever number it states that can be used. There is these booklet with different items and different coupons and cashier says 1 coupon to a page .Really ! I have all receipts to these stores, no wonder no one can balance on these sells of 5 off 5 cause thats the way they do it and to top it off your management are not in accordance, its all so crazy. First 2 Krogers were in League city, Tx, other 1 was in Rosenburg, Tx

Kroger poor service, rats & leaks.

I do our weekly shop here every Friday morning hitting the one and only open check out around 8.15am, the cart is about half full, about $200+. Increasingly of late there is never anyone to pack the bags, and everything gets thrown into a random pile and is eventually packed randomly, even though I put everything thru in order, frozen & chilled, fruit & veg, dry goods, bottles & jars etc etc. Today, as usual, no one to pack the bags, I asked 3 times for someone to come and help me pack the bags without any success. The goods were put through the checkout in a random pile. I walked away leaving my shopping and went to another Kroger were this did not happen. FYI I've seen big rats on various occasions running around and underneath the open waist high freezers, and the roof leaks into buckets when raining. I gave em 3 years of my custom, but I ain't going back there no more. The Management need to deploy their staff to help pack at the checkouts, or just replace all the check outs to self serve/self pack, then their customers know what to expect and can make informed choices if they continue to shop there again.

Kroger free friday

I stopped at Smith's Grocery (4016 Louisiana Blvd NE 87110) on the way home to pick up a few items and the Free Fridays' Think Bar.

1. I didn't see a display, so I asked an employee where the Free Friday stuff was. "I have no idea, " was the response.

2. I asked a cashier where the Free Friday display was. She had no idea what that meant. I explained it was a free candy bar. She sent me to an aisle that had only chips and other snacks--no bars.

3. I asked customer service where the Free Friday display was. She acted confused. Eventually I asked her, "You don't have any what I'm talking about, do you?" She agreed.

4. I asked another checker where the Free Friday was. The response was another "I don't know."

By then it was obvious no Smith's employee knows what Free Fridays is, so I walked out, leaving my basket.

What good is it having such a promotional deal if none of your employees know anything about it?

Kroger unable to obtain the bag of tilapia fish left out of bag

I went into Kroger did some shopping on 7/10/19. We had to switch buggies due to unable to purchase all my items. There was a cashier and bagger. My daughter and I were shopping. When we finished, my daughter noticed our case of soda was not in our cart. She went back to retrieve the case.

When we arrive home and unpacked we noticed other items were missing: case of water, vegetable oil and a Family Size bag of Tilapia. We went in told customer service agent. She informed me to retrieve the missing items. When I went back to the counter the manager called our cashier "Preston" to confirm our missing items. Preston reports we took out bag of fish because he packed it. This is not true because we had a bagger to assist. And how can he remember what he packed via each customer.

The manager took our bag of fish and did not allow me to replace this missing item. I felt this was unfair treatment to loyal customers.

Kroger checkout

the mentioned krogers self checkout is horrible. the attendants spend too much time socializing with other employees or friends. i shop at the location 5-6 days a week and buy cigarettes and sometimes beer and when i have to wait anywhere from 5-10 mins for an attendant it is extremely frustrating. the express lane/tobacco lane is right next to self checkout but NEVER open and hasnt been so in years. it would be EXTREMELY convenient to open that lane. with only 1 attendant and only 4 self checkout stands it can hold up ALOT of people when someone needs the atendant to scan 20 coupons for them or have some other issue and then 3 other people need tobacco or alchohol id approval. thank you

Kroger service at streator il krogers

Good Mornin,
I live in Streator IL and a couple weeks ago they had some Bubly (carbonated water) on sale for $1.99 when you buy 5 cases, They happen to be out of the flavors I wanted, So I ended up going to Ottawa Il for some other items and stopped by the South side Krogers on McKinley Road, They had a few cases so I picked them up and asked if I could get a rain check for certain flavors, The Office assistant (Melissa) said sure, asked how many I wanted & what Flavors, I told her Mango, Peach & Orange 10 cases of each. I asked If I could use this rain check in Streator if they get the flavors in I was wanting, She said sure, Fast forward a week, The Streator Krogers had gotten in 10 cases of the flavors I wanted, So I went up to the office and made sure the rain check was good for the Streator Krogers since I had gotten the raincheck in Ottawa IL. (Sandy) the office clerk in Streator's Krogers confirmed they would except it, I went home emptied my truck and came back, Filled my cart up with 20 cases of the bubly went up to the office and showed them my rain check and got the response from a different office clerk (Nichole I believe was her name) I can't use that for the that many cases, I can only use it for a total of 5, I stated that The raincheck has Mango, Peach & Orange 10 cases of each hand written on it by Melissa from the Ottawa Krogers, I told her I was just here 20 minutes ago and talked to Sandy and she said it would be fine, I got the response "WE DON'T DO THAT HERE" I was Pissed to say the least but went & put all the Bubly away and left. I called the Ottawa Krogers the following Tuesday and before I drove 34 miles round trip I wanted to make sure they had the flavors I wanted, Once again I talked to Melissa (by phone this time) She said They dont have the flavors I wanted but, the Pepsi driver was there & she would put in the order for 30 cases and would call when they come in, Awesome...
She had called me 3 days later (Friday) & said my Bubly was in and she would save it in the back till I could make it back there. Today (Monday) I just got back from Ottawa's Krogers with my 30 cases of Bubly, I told her the story about Streators Krogers rejecting the raincheck and her response was "Well we Like to make our customers happy" She apologized for the hassle I had at My Streator Krogers and wished me a great day. This is not the 1st incident I have had with my Home town Streator Krogers, I'm not happy at all .. Its a shame that Our Streator Krogers is at least twice the size as the Ottawa Krogers on McKinly Road, and the Ottawa Krogers Were willing to bend over backwards. as Melissa put it "We Like to make our customers happy. Well I'm am happy With Ottawa's Krogers its just a shame that I live 17 miles away from them when I have a Krogers here in Streator that does not try and make the customer happy.
If you would like to discus this further, Feel free [protected] Timothy Novak.
Thanks.

Kroger gas bought at kroger

I filled my car up at a Kroger gas station, June 26 on Poplar and Kirby. This is a typical trip for me every week with no problems.
My car started sputtering on June 28 to where it would not start and I had to have the car towed to the Infiniti Car Center.
After 4 different test on the gas, it was determined that I received bad gas in the car. The cost to completely flush my car was 1451.51. The spark plugs had to be replaced also due to corrosion.
I have pictures of the gas test and a complete itemize invoice from the service center.
I'm letting you know this in case other customers have experience the same and hoping you can help me with the cost to clean my car. I'm considering not to buy gas again from Kroger due to this issue and the risk I might have in the future.
I hope I will hear from you about next steps.

Kroger bakery item

July 6th 2019 - cake had an expiration date of July 13th - cake was dry & stale. Not the first time I've had issues with products I buy from Kroger but this is my first complaint. Cost me almost that much in gas to take it back. So I'll suffer the loss. Just won't die Kroger cakes anymore. Kroger used to be a grocer of quality, I bought potatoes beginning to rotten on the inside, ground beef - red on the outside and brown in the middle or and in 3 / 5-pound rolls (when they was selling them) slimy or full fat.

Kroger bakery and garden center

I shop at the Fred Meyers in tumwater.
The Garden Center carries the same repetitious plants every year. They don't add any new plants.
I have done my research when planting adn there are so many plants that grow will in the Northwest and in the shade and they carry very very few ie certain varieties of Bagonias, New Guinea inpatients, regular Impatient's and Pansies.
Can't you get more varieties of plants in the store?
I had to return 6 plants because they weren't growing or flowering.
Now the Bakery.
I live alone and you have very little variety in the bakery for one or two people. You have LARGE packaging. The individual items you have are mostly chocolate cakes. No yellow cake with chocolate frosting, no carrot cake with Philadelphia Cream cheese. You have no fancy deserts like Tiramisu and things like that.
I'd like to see some changes made please.
Thank you
