Kroger review: Autorefills no longer work at Kroger. We always have to wait to pick Rx's

Up until September 2022 my prescriptions were filled by autofill and I never had to wait. Now that no longer works, including the prescriptions for another household member. Online it shows that a prescription that was to be filled October 31, has yet to be refilled. Fortunately until now I have had enough on hand. Now, myself and another family member have to go to the pharmacy and ask for a refill which is never ready, and we are always forced to wait for 20+ minutes or more. Also, some prescriptions called in by doctors are also not ready on time. There are not enough pharmacists at the Emmet Street store in Charlottesville. One, day there were no pharmacists except one who was called in from Richmond, Va to be there. If Kroger were to pay pharmacists more, maybe there would be more. I get that there is a shortage, but this can be fixed if Kroger decides to put resources into it.
