I purchase for my mom at the end of April in the location of 12350 sw 8 st, miami, fl a pair of earrings and a chain . According to the sales person was 14 k gold. I was clearly instructed to the sales person that if is not real 14 k gold, my mom will change the color immediately. Well the sales person indicated that dont worried about it, in one month if something happend I can return . As I ask 20 days after I have to return with my mom. The sales associate denied everything that we spoke. Thanks God I have write word by word in the recipe. Now is not one year yet . My mom chain 14k that we have to change and pay the difference broke for two different parts. And the pair of earrings fell one side in each one . I will like to know the opportunity that I have to return this items or replace. Or contact my credit card to indicated what happens. If I am covered by Sear/Kmart warranty or my credit card. Please awaiting for your answer

    I'm guessing English is not your 1st language. If you purchased a Smart Plan it will be on your receipt, or you would have registered it at If main elements of the jewelry now missing your smart plan will not cover it. For now your main obstacle is to find your original receipt.
