Kiwi.com flight tickets not received

I had made a booking on airindia flight 569 on 25th may departing at 6.20 am from chennai to reach bombay at 8.20am through skypickers.com
I have not received my e-ticket yet. Could you please check why I have not received it so far.

I booked my flight in skypicker online from kuala lumpur to dubai! Once the booking was made, they wrote me back to add additional payment cause the price online is higher and the flight is not available! They ask me for additional 86€, so that they will find another flight for me. I refused cause that's not actually my fault because that's is the price...
