I booked my flight in skypicker online from kuala lumpur to dubai! Once the booking was made, they wrote me back to add additional payment cause the price online is higher and the flight is not available! They ask me for additional 86€, so that they will find another flight for me. I refused cause that's not actually my fault because that's is the price online and the option was not accurate in my time availability. They told me to refund my money back and they said I will be able claim it 7 to 10days! I waited for 11days! Still I haven't receive the refund till now! They said that the refund money was voided by their financial office and now they ask me for so many questions and many things to make the refund? Where do I have to go for this matter?

Help me, 2 years, didn't get my refund. So what's is the solution?
Long story short, I made 2 booking changes in less then 24 hrs and lost got NO tickets. I was scammed for over 3, 000 US dollars. kiwi .com. Gave me the impression that they were going to resolve the dispute and only returned me 500.00 a month and a half later.

My flight 03.07.2019 at 15.45 from Bucharest to Warsaw was delayed to 02.55 and i lose connection to Keflavik.
So i try to move to another flight but i have no suport from wizz air because they say the tickets was counted separatley even i pay together.

I bought tickets via the app ant payment was taken. I didn't receive any emails, texts (spam checked). It's impossible to contact the company without booking number
i booked flight with them , the airline cancelled the flight , and i been trying to get refund through Kiwi , as my booking done through them ... 2 years later and still no answer or any communication .
Kiwi canceled my flight which supposed to be on 29/08. I requested for refund on 16/08. till now i did not get any refund. Help center keep answering same thing. airline still processing my refund. how could it be. they canceled my flight to Baku not me.
I cancelled a flight 1 1/2 yrs ago due to COVID and still have not received a refund. They claim that they have been trying to work with the carrier (United) but I haven't received any updates unless I contact them. And then they just respond with the same answer: "we're continuing to try and work with the carrier."
My flight was delayed for one day due to weather. The airline tried transfer the ticket to the next days flight. Kiwi.com has blocked this. The online ticket provider blocked the airline from adjusting the time of ticket for free in an attempt to force me to buy an alternative ticket through their service.

I was searching a ticket and paid my mistake. I contacted kiwi.com and they refused to refund me fully.
I have another ticket now. I tried to contact and explain but they never listen. It’s like a scam. They never help you. I need to get my refund booking no:[protected]

And same ticket not gerlnrate PNR no. And they deduct money from me now they not refund back to me
The airline company gives refund for my canceled flight to Kiwi. Kiwi puts it in my credit and refuses to refund the money to my account. Now the credit will expire, and Kiwi will actually have stolen my money.
