Your email message does not make any sense, How could you determine from a single picture that this is impact damage?, the crack is definitely a Thermal Heat damage, I paid for this coverage and deserve that you send a technician to inspect the crack, It's very Criminal for you to take my money for appliance coverage and deny me when there is damage, I want to you send a technician to inspect this, that is the only stove I have at home, I have 4 kids that want to eat.

I will wait to hear from you.
