Purchased extended warranty on LG washer and dryer through the Brick which they farm out to King and State - the dryer crapped out literally right before the warranty expired. they sent a technician who couldnt repair it but said they had and closed the ticket. the appointment was after the warranty expired and they refused to send someone else. i fought with them then they sent the same tech back who couldnt fix it. then they said its not fixable and offered to replace. so I said ok sure replace. replace ended up being a $300 credit to the brick. how do you buy a dryer for $300. I hired a tech who repaired it and now dont need a new $1500 dryer and asked to use the credit for something else since I am out of pocket on the repair to which they refused, and cant get me a manager to discuss it with. they said i am out of warranty and I accepted the credit. useless piece of garbage company.
