Sandals
Order No 947606 paid £36.20 on 28 May. Sandals arrived and unacceptable - bad fitting. No information inside package so no means of return. Have tried multiple times emailing (ignored) and phoning (refusing to answer). This company boasts great customer service but they are completely uncontactable and I need to return the unwanted product and have a refund asap as is my right in law. How do I go about this now? Please help.

Bought some smart led lights which in the description were supposed to be cone shaped tree with led lights. So totally misled straight away. When lights eventually arrived weeks later even though I paid for fast delivery, they were shocking. 2 tiny cheap boxes with these little string lights in them. They were barely worth £20 never mind £50. Then noticed in my bank they had taken £7.80 out without my consent. Was told it was for insurance. I didn't opt for this. Was advised to sent products back which I had to pay. Went to post office and was almost £23 to send back to China. Was advised that a lot of the time address doesn't exist. I chose not to send back and take the risk of loosing more money to this scam of a site. Will never buy again and will be advising everyone I know and social media not to neither. Disgusting

Mis-advertising of lights suggesting you are purchasing a tree not a set of lights
The imagery on the webpage, strongly suggests that you are purchasing an outside pinnacle tree with lights.
There are 11 of images of a pinnacle tree with lights and 1 image of a reel of lights as the LAST image on the webpage.
The lights are advertised as reduced from £49.99 to £24.99. Also indicating a purchase of some substance.
What I received was a tiny box of flimsy lights. I could buy a better item for less than £5 in the UK.
I was informed I had to pay for return postage to get a refund and although the item was posted from Leeds, I had to return it to C costing £11.35. I was told the postage is not refundable.

Incorrected sizing of thermal vests purchased. Lack of communication ("busy"!), inspite of e mailing five times. Need I say more. Shame I had to give one star - minus 10 would be more appropriate.
