Purchase Warranty and lost our Fridge, We called in on Friday evening and it was closed for the weekend. We called back on Monday afternoon since they didn't call us back and they set up a tech. The tech came out on Wednesday and he said you should hear back in a day or two but again they didn't call and I had to reach out to them the following Monday. They said the called but they didn't, I checked my phone records and nothing. We gave them a receipt but since we purchased the other fridge before they called us back then they would only give us credit for a fridge which we don't need anymore. They are very rude on the phone and they lie. Never buy warranty from the Brick or Leons
Claimed loss: We had to purchase another Fridge because they didn't get back to us in time.
Desired outcome: Store Credit for the amount and not just a fridge since we do not need fridge anymore.
