Make an appointment to have 2021 Telluride air conditioner repaired. 3900 mi on SUV air goes out. I call 2 weeks in advance to make sure they have a loaner car available. The service lady after three times assures me a vehicle will be available. As I work 6 days a week and Saturday is the only day I can take off at a cost of 400 dollars pay. I get three emails verifying the appointment. The third one I scrolled down and saw they schedule a shuttle. I call them 3 days before the appointment and tell them you screwed up and gave me a shuttle I have to have a car. The lady remembers me and says oh I'm sorry I got confused, I said fine get me a car as I took this day off in advance at a cost to me. I'll get back to you in an hour. A couple of hours go by no call. Finally, I call again oh yeah let me connect you with the manager. Ooops he's out to lunch I'll have him call you as soon as he gets in he's out to lunch. Few more hours go by different lady does the same thing put me on hold no answer will call you soon. The next day Donna tells me in an amazon voice no cars go out. I called to weeks ago and specifically made sure you had a car or I would wait until another day. No problem. She then offered to let me talk to GM I said no thanks last time I talked to him he lied to me. ( I caught finance officer in a lie to sell me insurance for windshield GM was oh my we don't like that I'm sorry I warned him next time he's fired I'll email you 3 yrs of free oil changes coupons I said that's okay but he insisted there on the way never sent them called him 3 times wouldn't take my call.) I said I want KIA HQ phone number she laughed and unknowingly to me she gave me Hyundai HQ phone number. What a bunch of clowns, liars, and thieves they got over there. I'm driving a 40, 000 SUV and no air. WOW! Boy, they took my 2500 extended warranty money in a flash. As my anger builds, I'm hoping just maybe Corporate can get my SUV fixed and wipe their little snotty grin off their face. I expect to hear something very soon. As I am very creative and will do a video on YouTube about the Telluride {To Hell You Ride was the original name of the city in Co.) now we might just know why Kia picked it. I will send a copy of the video to my pal Scotty he has over 1.4 billion views on his automotive channel and hates jerks like Gerald.

Desired outcome: I want my Air fixed and loaner car while it's being fixed.
