I call first on the phone for appointment for Aug 3, 2019 to have my KIa sorenno serviced for air condition, oil change, etc. When i got thier the service tech tell me that he doesnot have enough staff to work on air conditioning. So reschudule my appointment for Aug 13, 2019 . when i got thier same Tech name Bob tell me it his fault, he never call me, but the air collant machine is not working and he only have a KIA solo to give as a loaner vehicle. I work double shift 5 days a week and I am now nervous to trust this dealership to touch my vehicle. So He claim he call me when the machine is working again. This the worst customer service and i am very disappointed. Feel free to call me [protected] I want action.
