I wish to complaint about irrespective service of KFC in Eastham.I went to buy food i asked for eating in and she harshly told me we dont have tray to give and food was cold and the representative name is Farzana.No smile in service there are only two member on till. In lobby they need extra person for work so no one was there to clean lobby properly and keep tidy the plates so always they will talk rudely with customers.They must required 2 more member to work but irresponsive answers. Im kindly requesting here that please let them know that do proper and kind service for customer so that they can worth for spend money there.
Plz take further action and tell the Manager to guide workers in good way and give good respect to customers im really sorry about the incident.If they will continue with same attitudes no one will go to KFC they may loose hope n it.
