My first complaint goes back to

I ordered 2 ordered 2 Dunked all star lunch box buddy, and I was given 2 streetwise 3, which were oddly very cold, I ordered it via uber eats I couldn’t return it cause we were far away, I called the driver, he said I should call in at the store, so I did, called 3 times they don’t answer. I then gave up and forgot about it, now I bought a KFC voucher and it was not rectified, I fought for my food and literally returned with nothing, spoke to the manager Nishal, promised to get back to me yesterday evening and never did, it has been 4 days already and nobody has gotten back to me. Is this the type of service KFC gives out to their customers, I will be escalating this higher up if nobody gets back to me by tuesday.
