We don't know much about how KFC handles customer complaints outside ComplaintsBoard, but what we see here, on our website, is quite disappointing. We think there might be reasons for the company's actions (like not knowing about the complaints), and we would be happy to see them among customer-focused businesses that easily solve customer problems. KFC customer service/product usually not available

I once heard a man say that he ran his business with this simple maxim: People, Product, Profit. In that order.
I live just down the street from the KFC on Tanque Verde Rd. in Tucson and I’m sorry to report to you that I’ve had nothing but bad experiences at this particular location. This store is truly one of the most unreliable for delivering the product that KFC is so famous for. I've submitted a complaint about this location about 2 months ago, but this same thing is some form or another has occurred at least 10 times or more at this particular franchise. Basically you can never count on getting a piece of KFC chicken here!
On this particular evening I arrived 20 minutes before closing to find one of the staff taking the trash bags out of the containers at the entrance. The chairs in the lobby were already stacked on the tables. The young man who was taking out the trash returned to the counter to 'wait on me', but I could see behind him that the entire store was ready to close. There were a few pieces of chicken but you could tell that these folks were ready to leave. When the young man told me they were out of chicken, which to be honest I was almost sure was going to be the case, I asked to speak to the manager. The manager told me that they had only a certain amount of chicken allotted for each evening and they were out. This is unacceptable to me and I hope to you as well. I simply wanted the unique product that you at KFC promise and that I’ve always gotten at every KFC on the planet. But at this location I encountered people who seemed not to care whether or not I get your product or not. What they seem most to care about is leaving. So I’ve resigned myself never return to this location again. People are what you lack here. Could it be that the pay is so poor that you cannot people of quality to deliver your product? Whatever the case, this will cost KFC more money, & time than it will save in the end. Thank you.

KFC buffet procedures, customer service

On Sunday 7/2/2017 around 7:00 pm went in to have buffet for 3 and there wasn't hardly anything on the buffet, so when I asked the lady at counter if she was going to put more food out she said she would try but there was only 2 of them working and that they was short handed. I understand all about being short handed but their was already people eating off the bar and it was empty. About 10 minutes later three girls came in being loud and one of them was the counter employees daughter wanting free food she told her daughter that she could not do anything until 9:45 come back then, she told her daughter that it was 7:30 and no more food would be put on the buffet. Now she just sold 3 or more buffets since we came in with probably no knowledge of this, since when do you stop serving food an hour and a half before you close, and not let customers know, my husband is disabled and eats slower so needless to say we left hungry, not satisfied at all. Just one more thing another customer came from ladies bathroom and said that the floor was wet and yes no wet floor sign out, she told the same lady about it and she said oh I know its bleach some one peed on the floor, I didn't need to hear that while we were eating, not to mention that ladies shoes and pants are ruined from walking in bleach. This needs to be resolved we love eating there customer service needs work.

KFC chicken pot pie

I was eating my chicken pot pie and got poke in the mouth with a sharp object and it was a piece of bone. It hurt my mouth. If a elderly person or a young child was eating this could have caused a major problem. A cut in the mouth or it could have gotten stuck in the throat and a person could choke on.Please be aware of the bones in your product. Thank goodness I did not swallow this. I will be thinking twice on buying anything from KFC again.

KFC sw feast - 8pc

I was extremely disappointed after I bought a KFC - SW Feast - 8 Pc at the Zambezi branch. This is the second time that a similar event occur. I am a regular customer of KFC and I find the food good, but this was unappropriate.
I had to feed 4 people with 2Pc each and when I opened my order at home, I was given a KFC - SW Feast - 6Pc. If it wasn't for the distance traveled I would have gone back and complain.

What am I about to do and how do I take this further ?

KFC canada day feast

We celebrated Canada day july 1st, we see advertising on saskatoon television that the feast would be on for thirty dollars that day. So we decided to have chicken for our celebration. But when we went to to Kentucky in humboldt Sask canada, they said we couldn't have the deal . Said they were not doing it and didn't know nothing about this. We were really disappointed, why would some do it and not others . Shouldn't this be at all Kentuckys when advertised and this is not the first time this has happened to us in humboldt . Would appreciate your explanation for this, thank you .

KFC meal charges

I am writing to complain about an issue with fast food restaurants.

I have already raised my issue within your organisation, but I feel that my issue is still unresolved, hence my need to involve you in helping to resolve this problem.

Here is what happened: on thursday 04/05/2017 at about 18:25pm the evening my niece that's currently under my care went to kfc in maitland to go buy food. She got charged for the meal twice, the machine said declined but it went off on her phone banking app. The manager on duty named priscilla then told her it will appear back in her account in a few hours, and if it doesn't she can come back with a statement and they will immediately reimburse her. She then again paid for the meal and it was approved. When she got home there was no sauce, salt or serviettes with the meal. Today 06/05/2017 my niece walked from kensington to canal walk in this freezing cold weather and went to go get a bank statement. When she got back home she again walked to kfc. When she got there the manager that was on duty the thursday night wasn't there, there was a other manager and she then explained what happened to her and the manager took the statement and went to the back. She waited nearly 15minutes and then eventually told the cashier to go call the manager. The manager then came out and told her she is keeping the bank statement she has to send it too head office, and she must come back again on monday 08/05/2017. My niece got home and was very upset, she invited two friends over and they wanted too use the money to buy a meal. I then phoned kfc and a lady named andiswa answered the phone. I asked andiswa too please take my details and ask the manager on duty to give me a call as I am very upset with the service. Andiswa told me to hold on, I then said no I can't she must please take my details. Andiswa's response to me was that she doesnt have a pen, and the phone got dropped...!
The call was about 40seconds. I then tried phoning back from my phone as well as my niece's phone. They simply didn't answer!
I took screenshots from both my and my niece's phones to prove this. On top of everything on thursday the food came without sauce and any salt. My niece is in matric and works at ratanga junction over weekends so that she can have spending money, also she is built very small and looks quite young, so i'm assuming because of this they are messing her around. My niece is quite upset and practically in tears, she now has to give

Really upset with kfc maitland there service is just simply unacceptable...!. This happened on may 4th, 2017. Today is the 02 july 2017 and i'm still waiting on kfc maitland branch to contact my niece.

I would like for them to refund my niece in cash by no later then monday08/05/2017, and I would also like for them to give her the same order for free like she purchased on thursday 04/05/2017 and delivered, the poor child have walked up and down enough - very, very dissapointed in kfc...!

KFC restaurant out of chicken/ poor customer service

We went to KFC 4707 N Peoria Ave, Tulsa, OK 74126 on Wednesday June 28 2017 at 8:30 pm. The drive-through line was 9 cars deep so we went in. The 8 people inside said they had been there 45 min. to over an hour. The manager said the lobby was closed lobby hours close at 9:00pm. Approx. 15 other people came in but the manager kept saying she would not serve anyone in the lobby and everyone should go through the drive-through which had backed up even more. She opened the tray and counted 9 pieces of chicken and said they were for the drive-through only. When asked if they were cooking more she said they did not have any more chicken in the entire restaurant even though they didn't close until 10:00pm. The employees kept apologizing but the manager was completely rude and kept yelling at upset customers. We had to drive 10 miles to the net closest KFC to get cold food that had obviously sat in warmer for some time but we couldn't complain about it because it was 9:50 and they closed at 10:00.

KFC service

Went to KFC, supposed to open at 10:30am. 2 hungover employees finally arrived at 10:35 but of course, no food was ready, had to sit in the parking lot and wait for them to open the store and drive thru which wasn't until 10:45. Service was incredibly poor and food was barely hot. This location needs a major overhaul, nothing but problems at this restaurant. Maybe a few new, non-hungover employees.

KFC poor customer service

Very long time sitting in drive through with no cars ahead of us. Had to repeat our order 7 times for them to get it correct. Then once we got up to the window it took another 5 minutes for her to come and accept payment, on top of that another 10 minutes for our food to be brought to us. Our order was given to us wrong, food was missing. When handed the drinks she did not pay attention to whether or not I had it in my hand and let it go and it spilled all over the inside of my car. Overall horrible customer service. Was not pleased at all.

I went to the Kentucky Fried Chicken store on Northwest 39th in Oklahoma City Oklahoma last night it was 12 minutes before 11 the store hours marked on the store set 11 closing when I pulled up to the drive-thru I got a recording saying that they were already closed I pulled up to the window a woman standing inside and looked at me and turned her back to me

KFC sexual harassment

That assistant manager at KFC in Sandsprings Oklahoma, was listening to what an employee said and they responded with "I can teach you how to ride, and ride a motorcycle." And laughed as if was a joke to him, but she didn't look at as a joke, because that's weird, and plus she's only 17 and you shouldn't talk like that to another employer. So with that said the empoylee is a minor and she feels very uncomfortable at work now. Yesterday (June 29th, 2017) the assistant manager touched her face. She isn't liking what he does around the store either. She has told her mother and other co-workers, now it's time for her to tell you guys about the environment she has to be in while working. She will be leaving the company as soon as possible

KFC derby ct kfc

I went to derby Ct KFC on 6/29/17 at about 8:30 PM spent 13$ on dinner. I got
Home and started eating my spicy chicken sandwhich and potato wedges. About four bites into my sandwhich I realized that my bread was moldy. I am absolutely disgusted that I ate moldy bread. Employees should know better to pay attention. I could get very sick. It's a waste of
Money to spend there. And KFC will never have my money again. I Am disgusted with the service, lack of attention and just plain disregard for what they are serving paying customers. I couldn't be more upset.

KFC management

Restaurant is operated poorly:

-Not upkept up to standard quality; Cleanliness is subpar, Fryers & fryer areas are barely cleaned, Floors are disgusting

- Potential food contamination hazards via serving methods, some faulty equipment, and malpractice of procedure in preparing & chicken and storing chicken

-Corrupt management; Workers unaccounted for (Regularly occurring SEXual harassment, physical harassment, laziness, often breaks & idling, inconsistency in interacting & accounting for workers - all happening on a regular occurrence with no Management intervention)

**Worked here for 8-9 months and busted my [censor] every single shift, Never got credit for the hard work I put in to the job, got lied to by management several times, got occasionally harassed by co-workers whom I've always cooperated with & been considerate towards, never took breaks - took maybe 2-3 breaks in my entire 9 month span of KFC including working through forced breaks**

Terrible Management at the Pottsville KFC. The place needs regular inspections & an entire crew overhaul.

KFC food

At "The Big Chicken" Sunday, June 25th...greasy chicken. Not at all like the "original."
I have no available documents because I never expected to be writing a complaint for the $9.00 three piece meal. Also, I didnt order or want a Pepsi but they included it in my order and I didn't think to give it back.
I guess you have to check the food before you bring it home. I just peeled off the greasy coating and gave the chicken to my dog.

KFC service and food

On June 28th 2017 at 9:47 PM, ticket #2216, I ordered a 2 piece meal, a breast and a leg, original. I was told that there was only one breast that was original. So I said fine. I was asked to wait to the side of the restaurant. I waited about 5 minutes and a server brought me my meal. She said fresh biscuits would be ready in 6 minutes. When I opened my meal both pieces of chicken were extra crispy and there were no napkins.. I waited for another 10 minutes for the biscuits which had no butter or honey, just stuffed into a small box and crumbled. One would think that for $8.49 a meal, service and timing would be much better.

KFC service from the staff and manager

This is what I face yesterday in 28 JUN 2017 at the 1utama shopping mall, one of the fast food shop 'KFC' in the LG floor.In something like 2 pm, i was same like other people take Que to ordering the food, quiet a lot people yesterday.so after i wait about half and hour, finally i get order food, so i order a snack plate with 2 fried chicken, 2 potato bowl actually one is salad but i change to potato bowl with a bun and drink, after i order from the staff call 'Shah' look like is a Malay girl, she took me to wait 10 mins for the 2 spicy fried chic so i juz pay RM13.70 i was juz OK for waiting the food even i was very hungry.so i was waiting from 2.31 to 2.55 but my meal also not came to me yet when i was saw alot people already having food with came lately then me.so i go to kaunter to ask my food but they still want me to wait and after 15 mins again i was go kaunter requested my food but they are busy for the ordering customer so finally my 2 fried chic coming but the staff was not careful to take the plate cause the chic drop on the floor when i was angry to the manager ‘Rina’ like dun care the customer only i hear she say loudly to the staff "who make the chic drop then who will be handle the customer!" so and i miss understanding she is the one who manage and maintain the shop how come she can say like this, is very irresponsibility. After that is a other manager 'Muhan' come to me and apologize to me ask me to wait another 15 mins for fried spicy chic because the chic drop and the less already give to other customer so the other way is i receive the money refund from the manager 'Mohan' because i wait almost 1 hour also can't get my food. The last I was not taking any lunch at KFC because i already wait one and half hour, not mood for me to having lunch again also at the other restaurant because i miss my lunch time.I was not satisfy with your staff 'shah' and manager 'Rina' because of their attitude, they are forgotten my food also i know quiet a lot people but at least apologize and give a explanation to me is not ignore me straight a way.
Because i'm a KFC fans often to having meal with my family and friends but now i will think properly what i want to eat and not always KFC so i juz hope that this message will be take action by your KFC SDN.BHD. management team.

KFC service

I put in a order for a 9 piece chicken tender and a 5 piece bucket for some employees on there lunch break. They were not able to recieve their order because the manager christina who took our order forgot to bring out the food after the 7 minutes my wife was supposed to wait we then after 25 minutes of waiting proceded back through the drive through all to talk to the manager to find out they had forgotten. We then waited 5 more minutes for them to get the order ready and asked to be compensated for our time asked was told from the manager christina said "she couldnt go in the system". I asked for a coorporate number and was told id find it on the receipt which only contains their branch phone number. This place is need of major restructuring, when i asked her myself shortly after she said "ummm" and had no reply' so i then asked her again theres nothing you can do, she replies no have a good night! WILL NOT RETURN.

KFC unethical behavior

At 1501 South Nevada, Colorado Springs CO at 5:30pm we walked in and waited about 8 minutes looking to place our order. There was your manager behind the counter as well as her sister ( I found out later) behind the counter wiping clean water off some trays. So I waited said nothing. No service. Now I'm feeling that I had waited long enough and feeling I'm more important then trays and wiping off counters. I have been here 10 minutes I looked behind me and then said " I'm ready to place an order. Others have entered in line behind me as there is now three sets of people ready to order. I said "if I can't place an order I'm leaving ". Your manager proceeded to say without even turning around and said, " goodbye have a good night!) " Are you serious! I was like just standing there wondering if I had heard right for three more minutes, I walked out which sucked as we were really hungry.
After starting my truck I decided to walk back in with my phone on record and mentioned I heard her say for me to leave. Well she flew off the handle when I walked back in. She screamed at me and asked me to leave. When saying to her we were just wanting to place an order and that I thought we were more important then clean trays she yelled at me that, that was her sister and she could be as slow as she wants. I left. The other customers in line had still not been waited on as she still continued her phone conversation.
I am a business owner I would let go any employee who ever talked to one of my customers like that. My family built and opened up your most northern store in New England. I will not let this go! I am 52 years old and I have never been talked too as such. I am livid!
I will be looking for an apology or for her being fired. You do not want her!
If this does not happen then I will be in contact with my contacts at KFC.

KFC chicken tenders

On June 27th 2017 my husband I went to the KFC on Ross Street in Amarillo Texas 79106 for a bite to eat after we went to the movies for our anniversary we both got the $5 fill up box of chicken tenders we got our meal and was very dissatisfied the chicken tenders were cold hard and flat no meat they must have been sitting out all day because they were stale and not fresh it was 9:12 p.m. and it was close to closing time so they must have gave us the last of the chicken before they threw it away I did not enjoy my meal at all and neither did my husband he had to eat part of mine and he ate his with trouble beans that we both have very little teeth to eat with the only thing was fresh in the meal was the cookies and both had mashed potatoes which was hot the biscuits don't even seem like they were cooked enough either my husband heard one employee told the other employee they were not allowed to open another bag of chicken tenders to company would get mad so mean time as customers we are to put up with nasty old chicken that's probably been sitting since the morning not to be able to enjoy something to eat I know not to go there that late at night again means that they want to give you chicken that otherwise is ready for the garbage

KFC food and atmosphere

I ate at KFC on Cumberland rd in Bluefield WV and the condition of the restaurant and food bar were deplorable. I did not eat at the food bar due to the extreme uncleanlinessof the entire area. The food I did order was not fresh nor enjoyable. This was the unclean east returant I have been in in years. I have eaten at many KFC's in my lifetime, I will never eat at this one again.
