KFC personnel and their attitude problems

6 customers in line, 3 tables with people eating. 4 people behind counter, 2 females were talking about clothes, guy was talking MSU basketball and the 4th one just sitting there.
The lady first in line asked if anyone was taking orders? The lady behind the counter said, "we are busy back here" Doing what? First lady departed, 2 couples behind us departed and finally we departed. We are agreed how the service at KFC hit bottom. We went to Whites Chicken, 6 of us. Chicken may not be as good as KFC but your order is taken and you can eat.
I myself enjoyed KFC and I want to thank the lady behind the counter for, "curing" me of the urge for KFC. What do I think will be done to correct this situation, I say this from the info on your page showing close to 3, 000 complaints with 6 being resolved. We will miss KFC

KFC chicken pot pie with no chicken

I went to the kfc in troy al on oct 11 2019, before I went to work! I had my mouth set on this pot pie! I begin to break my pie crust to stir it and all it was, was the vegetable mixture and pie crust not one piece of chicken. I couldnt go back because I was at work and on top of that I didn't get a receipt because I gave correct changed. So no proof, of my purchase! Next, I complained to my mom she was like i'll get u another one. She did! Same problem. What will y'all do about this. Because this was not even fair to me, money just spent fir nothing!

KFC whole wings original.

I've gone to this location 3 times for them to tell me they have no wings. Once in the morning shortly after they opened, once in the afternoon and tonight at 7pm thru Grub Hub. Not only didn't they have the wings I was also given attitude as if it were my fault for requesting chicken wings from Kentucky Fried CHICKEN. Not to mention, waiting at the counter for service and being ignored and when I'm finally waited on I'm told they have NO WINGS. It was 7pm and they close at 10pm. Does that mean they refuse to cook any wings? This location needs to be checked out or run by different management. I will YELP this as well.

I got a wrong order. I contacted the call center to request modifications, they told me Madinaty restaurant will call me but no one did for more than 2 hours. Half of my guests only eat and I had to order from another restaurant for them. It was so Embarrassing and waste of time and money. I really hated the experience and I will never order KFC again. Really bad service.

I got a wrong order. I contacted the call center to request modifications, they told me Madinaty restaurant will call me but no one did for more than 2 hours. KFC ultimate box

i bought 2 ultimate boxes on the way home from sydney from the taree service centre, one box had the tiniest piece of chicken, I won't be buying KFC anymore.very disappointed with the quality of kfc, this shouldn't be happening, what has happened to the quality control of your products, even the burgers are too small these days, the amount of complaint that i'm seeing, its a definite loss of a customer

KFC crispy colonel big box

October 9th, I found a bloody bandaid, which I have pictures of, wrapped up in my crispy colonel sandwich. Luckily, it was the first thing I grabbed out of the contaminated bag. I called the store 6 times and the line was busy. The store is on greenbriar pkwy in Atlanta, Ga.

Then, today, October 10th, I went to the store in Stockbridge, Ga and first received the wrong order. Then, no one acknowledged that my order had been made wrong. I asked to speak to the manager and the associate that prepared my food said "I'm the night manager" because the manager refused to come and address all the customer issues. Other issues were some customers being told to come in cause the drive thru was down and kids running around in the kitchen area.

KFC very bad customer service in kfc

Total wast customer service in KFC, they response well with Philippines not with other customer.
KFC khalifa street Al Ain manager Allan A and cashier's name jochy and one more person who used to serve. Behaving like the owners of KFC the response from them is very bad.
The very worst service if any responsible person read this complaint please take action against them by visiting the branch

KFC service and the front of house cleanliness and friendliness (lack of it!)

This is the fith time I have visited this Kentucky restaurant..each time I have said it's the last ..but loving the chicken I have gone against my own
Common sense and now I think it's time for a complaint! Sad as it is😪
The service on every occasion has been very poor indeed, even when the place has hardly any customers in..so that can't be their excuse!
The staff could do with some charm and friendlyness the girl in there has a face that could make you wonder what her problem is, surely they should be warm and welcoming not making you want to turn around and go to MacDonalds !
The place was filthy chips and serviette all over the floor ...I took a picture on my phone.
The toilets had no soap in the hand wash dispense, although to be honest they were clean enough.
Food takes ages to come and sometimes it's been cold...which I have complained about and got new ones..which isn't the point, it should be checked before it's given to the customer. Do these people have any training? The sauce on the new bites are sparse to say the lease ..more sauce required!
I feel so angry that the only Kentucky has such a displeasing feel, which makes me go less often than I would like.
I hate having to complain but as the place never gets any better I feel it's time!

KFC spicy chicken combo?

I asked for a spicy chicken sandwhich with fries and a sweet, as well as teo famous bowls, the person at the drive through seemed to have an attitude due to not understanding what I had been ordering, and a kids meal. They did not give me the drink for the kids meal, the spicy chicken was hard ' and well I thought maybe its just a little crisp. No the chicken patty actually had that after burnt taste to it and wasn't able to eat it and gave me all my fries smoshed. I always go to this kfc close to home and always seem to do a good job I do not know what happend today but this is dissapointing. I dindnt want to go back after getting home to get my meal remade. Especially after long work hours and a rude customer service tonight, they wouldn't eat what they served me I am sure.

KFC wings

I have never written a review or complaint in my life, and I'm 27 years old. Goes to show how sadden i was by this...
I was a loyal customer until today when I went to KFC; I ordered HOT Wings and they told me it was discontinued. I was very sad. I ended up ordering something else and asked for it fresh and they still didn't bother giving it to me fresh. The picture speaks for itself. In addition, I would only go to KFC for the Hot Wings. Now there's nothing to go there for. Hope you guys bring it back soon. Thank you.

KFC service

I went threw the srive thru I ordered a mac n cheese bowl 5 fill up with sweet tea a chicken little a small gizzard and a side of mashed potatoes a side of gravy and a large mt dew.. After waiting 9 min they hand me the food.. I pulles out as my daughter checked it.. There was varely anything in the mac and cheese bowl ans the small gizzard had 5 gizzards in it.. So I go back with the food and just ask for a refund.. There was one employee standing there calling me a f'n liar that the food was good and I was just a dope fein wanting money.. It took all I had not to open mu mouth.. There was a young man he kept ap9ligizing and then another employee comea up grabs the bag and throws it across the floor.. I was just really speechless that these ppl even work there.. No gloves are used and ita just a bad time all the way round.. I doubt I will go back and I will inform everyone I know of my experience

KFC chicken

My husband ordered 2 $5 boxes with the 2 Pc chicken with coleslaw as the side. When he got home he had mashed potatoes and that's not the worst part. The worst part was that the chicken was so small that both pieces fit on top of the small side item container. Those had to be cornish hen pieces. I'm so disappointed! With chicken like that those boxes should be $2.50.

KFC a order that was incorrect and the service was not coordinated

Monday after 5 pm approx, , Hello, i order 3 orders 2 for 6 chicken fries drink. the person working the drive thru did not input my order correctly. I pulled up to the first window to pay and i realize the amount for the order did not add up. i immediately knew the order was input into the system correctly. therefore i inquired about the order once again at the second drive thru window and this was a different staff member and she was not aware that the order was incorrect. the first crew member said that they were not doing any add on . i was puzzled because my order was incorrect and no one was trying to fix it. im in line an my order is not complete . i had the chicken but no fries and drinks. the manager came over trying to figure out the situation so she did add the other two orders to my bill. in meantime the first crew member that initially took my order in the background cursing saying that i aint doing no add on and verbally threatening me and the next thing i see happening is the crew member leave the restaurant. im not sure if the manager had to tell her to go home or the crew member left. i was very upset because i was not accommodated for the poor customer service. the quality of the food was not pleasant and still had missing items. overall i was not satisfied with the experience. jamieubell.yahoo.com is my email

KFC service and rip off

ordered extra mash and mac & cheese, I asked the attendant if the extras were put in the bag. she replied yes, i get home and no extras. call store back ask to speak to general manager but was put on hold for about 15 minutes. phone got hung up tried calling back but it would ring busy tried many times but same thing. called another store to try to get the name and number of area manager, but they hesitated to give it to me. they finally did but same thing Rick Chavez did not answer left message for him to call me back. I doubt that he will. This store is located in 201 South 77 Sunshine Strip in Harlingen, TX 78550. They need a lot of work on customer service.

KFC no chicken an hour and a half before close

We went through the drive thru and tried ordering. There was no one in the restaurant and we could see the employees sitting at the tables and talking amongst each other. We were told to wait and a few minutes later tried ordering. We were cut off and told that they only had original chicken. Then we were told there weren't enough chicken legs to last them the rest of the night if they gave us our order. We had ordered a 3 piece chicken leg order. We asked what exactly we could order since they didn't have anything. It was an hour and a half before close. There was no response, so we left and will NOT be returning to this KFC. Every time we have been, the food has been cold, the chicken tastes like pure grease, and the customer service is terrible. 10/6/19.

KFC bucket, mashed potatoes, biscuits

I ordered an 8 piece 1/2 &1/2 with sides, mashed potatoes were runny and only enough for 1 adult. The biscuits were hard and looked old.
The chicken I got was not hot and I got 2 pierces of regular and the rest crispy. The pieces were so small . My family was disappointed and we love KFC. Not anymore, this is not the first time I got bad food but I was on my home from work and very tired did not want to cook, so I stopped to get a good hot meal for my family. Boy was that a mistake. This is 2 times this has happened to me, so I'm doneeing made a fool of. I will put my pic I took on social media and explain about the pics. Terrible

KFC service

Went into local to is KFC at 530 pm (45 min drive one way) order a $20 fill up and 2 12 piece tender meals as feeding 12+people. Took over 10 mins to start getting my order ready and than was handed order and was looking over guy was very rude he was like it's all there...no it was not the mashed potato x2 were not neither was a mac and cheese. Took another 5 mins to get just those! And than I said we are missing our drink and a cookie he essentially was like yep and threw them at me. Very rude and very slow! Ih yeah and they were out of biscuits and had to wait. Spend 80 and should have never should have ordered somewhere else! If you dont have food ready at 530 at night...dinner time there is a issue along with a issue with your staffs attitude and customer service

KFC bad yelp reviews

I wish your manager would read the Yelp reviews and investigate the complaints...so many negative reviews by customers may have some merit. Is there no pride in your store? The workers are in a high stress environment, but that is no excuse for some of the many negative reviews and unfavorable experiences that have been reported by customers. I do believe that there is truth in the Yelp reviews, and that the attitudes by the customers are genuine.

KFC drive through service

After waiting over 30 minutes for my order, I got out of my vehicle, went back to the drive thru window and requested that my money be returned. After waiting another five minutes finally someone gave me my money back. I was told by one person that several employees were on break. I don't understand when you have long lines in the drive thru and lines inside the store that employees take breaks. It will be a cold day in hell before I use this restaurant again. I hat that because I love KFC chicken but the service at this location is totally unacceptable.

KFC product

Dear management,

I am disappointed with the service received from one of your stores as well as the functionality of the KFC application.

I made an order for a KFC chicken box with small drink, the chicken pieces were gonna be crispy and a Fanta orange cold drink as well as two mini loafs. I paid for the order online.

At the Esikhawini branch for collection I was told to check in so my order could reflect, after doing that I got a notification that the order number is invalid or the order has been collected. The cashier told me that I should pay cash again as the will be reversed, so I did so. To my surprise when opening the order it was just a normal streetwise 3 and two mini loafs and was not given as per order online.

I would like a refund please for the online payment, as well as my free streetwise 2.

Please find the attached confirmation of my order, bank statement with payment online as well as the cash payment at the store. I have also included the picture which has the notification I received after checking in.

I trust that my concern will be attended to promptly.
