KFC service

Went into local to is KFC at 530 pm (45 min drive one way) order a $20 fill up and 2 12 piece tender meals as feeding 12+people. Took over 10 mins to start getting my order ready and than was handed order and was looking over guy was very rude he was like it's all there...no it was not the mashed potato x2 were not neither was a mac and cheese. Took another 5 mins to get just those! And than I said we are missing our drink and a cookie he essentially was like yep and threw them at me. Very rude and very slow! Ih yeah and they were out of biscuits and had to wait. Spend 80 and should have never should have ordered somewhere else! If you dont have food ready at 530 at night...dinner time there is a issue along with a issue with your staffs attitude and customer service

I wish your manager would read the Yelp reviews and investigate the complaints...so many negative reviews by customers may have some merit. Is there no pride in your store? KFC drive through service

After waiting over 30 minutes for my order, I got out of my vehicle, went back to the drive thru window and requested that my money be returned. After waiting another five minutes finally someone gave me my money back. I was told by one person that several employees were on break. I don't understand when you have long lines in the drive thru and lines inside the store that employees take breaks. It will be a cold day in hell before I use this restaurant again. I hat that because I love KFC chicken but the service at this location is totally unacceptable.

KFC product

Dear management,

I am disappointed with the service received from one of your stores as well as the functionality of the KFC application.

I made an order for a KFC chicken box with small drink, the chicken pieces were gonna be crispy and a Fanta orange cold drink as well as two mini loafs. I paid for the order online.

At the Esikhawini branch for collection I was told to check in so my order could reflect, after doing that I got a notification that the order number is invalid or the order has been collected. The cashier told me that I should pay cash again as the will be reversed, so I did so. To my surprise when opening the order it was just a normal streetwise 3 and two mini loafs and was not given as per order online.

I would like a refund please for the online payment, as well as my free streetwise 2.

Please find the attached confirmation of my order, bank statement with payment online as well as the cash payment at the store. I have also included the picture which has the notification I received after checking in.

I trust that my concern will be attended to promptly.

KFC wrong orders

I received wrong order today. Went back to exchange it. I ordered original Mac cheese bowl. When I got order exchanged i went home to find they gave me a spicey one. So they messed up twice. I don't have gas to keep running back there. I can't eat spicey food due to stomach issues and don't like spicey Mac and cheese

KFC service/ out of multiple products

Tonight I stopped in to buy dinner to take my husband, the guys he works with and myself. I ordered the 12 piece chicken bucket with sides of, potatoes, mac and cheese and cole slaw. I then ordered a chicken liver dinner. That is when I was told that they were out of livers. I then ordered the 5 pc tender big box with potatoes and cole slaw and up sized my drink to a large. I went to fill my drink and there wasn't any sweet tea. I then went to get Pepsi and they were also out of Pepsi. So I paid extra for a drink that I didn't drink. Once I received our food I went to my vehicle and checked to make sure that I had everything that I ordered. That is when I noticed I was missing one of the sides in the tender big box. I went back in and waited for all the girls working to flirt with a man who was in there. Finally someone decided to help me. I then asked to ensure that the tender big box was in fact supposed to come with two sides. The girl said yes, I then let her know that I had only received potatoes. She then gave me the cole slaw. I then left and took the food to my husbands work. Not 3 minutes after leaving him, he called to let me know that we were given green beans ( My husband is allergic to onion) instead of the mac and cheese I had ordered. I guess that's on me since I only counted the sides and not ensure they were actually what I had ordered. My husbands work is almost 30 minutes from the KFC and it was already their lunch break or I would have gone back to my husbands work and taken the order back. Very disappointed!

My family and I went for dinner got the 16 piece bucket feast, it was very expensive but we go all the time and love the chicken so dont mind paying the price, but when we got home there was no fries, and the chicken was cold in the middle, not frozen but not warm by any means and we didnt get 16 pieces we got 12, I dont like complaining but its expensive...

KFC product and service

I stopped at a KFC in Chickasha, Oklahoma and ordered a 8 piece meal with Cole Slaw and Mac and Cheese as sides. When I got it to where I was staying, I found the sides I got were Mashed Potatoes and Gravy and Cole Slaw (I guess one out two isn't bad), the biscuits were so dry they fell apart and you were definitely not able to spread anything on them. Then there is the chicken, I ordered original, what I got I am not sure, kind of in between original and crispy, but it was so dry it was not edible. I ended up throwing it in the trash . I will not go to another KFC again.

KFC pricing

I went to KFC last night and thought I was ordering a $5 fill up (chicken breast ) but it cost me 5.49 + tax total of $5.98 when did you raise your prices BECAUSE on TV it is still advertised as a $5.00 fill up.

On sept 30, 2019 at approximately 10:40, I stopped at kfc at the above location... I and another car waited 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge the drive up speaker and no one responded... We both drove to the window... Noone was seen inside. The posted time of opening was 10:30. It is now 10:50 and 6 cars were behind us. We all left. I came back at 11:35...
