i walked into the store at around 6:00 in the evening to get chicken and placed a order and paid for it by credit card.when they went to fill my order the woman came up to me and said they were out of chickenbreasts and would i like something else and i asked why you out of chicken breasts this early she said that i should come in earlier to get what i want i asked are you kidding she said no then proceeded to tell me that they were out of mac n cheese and asked if i would like something else thats when she said that this should not be happening and i said thats right they did not ask if i would like to wait for chicken to be cooked or mac to be made im out of luck this is the third time this has happened to us i asked for my money back and the manager came out without saying anything and just put the money back on my card then walked off without saying a word, i still can, t believe it, the people behind me shook there heads and walked out to, i hope this is not the way you want your store to be run i won't be back again to that store. frank drew

An employee named NorFazziera was serving me as I ordered. As I walked in, she don't even give me a glance. She was already started packing up my order when I'm still ordering! She didn't even give a friendly smile or even an eye contact with the customers.
I hope the authorities can immediately take an action on this. You should provide them a training session so that they know how to serve customers.
2 piece meal
I just got home from kfc in West Helena, Ark. & am very angry. I ordered a 2 piece white meat meal
original deal. I also paid for it, however I received one breast & one leg. When I carried it to the cashier I was told they had no more wings. Here it is 5:00 & they ran out. I wasn't given the option to give more money & I would get another breast. Nor did I get my money back since I paid extra for the white meat. Very bad service if you ask me.

I feel sorry about most of the branch in kfc here in Qatar that has no more enough worker. One time I experience very dissapoinment when I buy in kfc montazah I feel very hot and I saw there staff sweating very much that their uniform becomes so wet because of sweat and only 3 staff working with a several customers. I visited old al ghanem brunch as walk in and i ordered twister and combo 4 pcs . I am living in the same street 2 mins away only, when i reached home i found the chicken in a disaster situation, the chicken looks very old , i guess made yesterday and heated in the microwave... I faced an issue with The Centre branch in Doha on 9/02/2022 via drive though and raise a complain by calling call centre at +974- [protected] and the person on line promises to send my complaints to concerns and they call me soon for further investigation and feed me back with action, 10 days later I called again to follow up on the issue and again they promised me that supervisor will contact me right away and no hope.
Is that the right respond, since that time I stop purchase KFC and did not allow my family and house maid to eat from your restaurant due to this experience. Worst online order service ever. Booked order online... got an email confirmation of order stating that the delivery will be within 1 hour... waited for 2.5 hour and then called the call center to know that they have some system issues at that my order can be seen online but it has not been submitted to any branch... My name is perry hitchcock I went into your store on golf links In Tucson. So my complaint is that I ordered the 3 pieace box meal all extra crispie all thighs at this time I was told that it would take 25 min to cook the chicken the cook just dropped the chicken to cook. I said ok thank you and left. 10 min later I came back and notice that then manager was serving extra crispy chicken there were 2 black people in the store ahead of me and they were servered extra crispy chicken. Then it was my turned to order and at that time I was told that it would take another 10 min. At this time I said well they got extra crispy ehy cant I? Ronny said I told you that it would that it 25 min to cook now I replyed if it took 25 min to cook then why did the people ahead of me get what they ordered and I cant. He then replied its another 10 min befor the extra crispy at this Time I left the store.

08/10/18-Went through the drive-thru of the KFC at the 13962 Lee Jackson Hwy, Chantilly, VA location to grab a quick $5 Fill Up Box. I clearly stated potato wedges instead of mashed potatoes with my order. When I finally get back to work & unpack the box there is mashed potatoes in there & no receipt. It wasn't like the place was busy. I was the only car in the drive-thru. That just reiterates why I don't frequent this place.
Look on the bright side- some people have real problems.

I went thru the drive thru at restaurant number J625027 in denton, tx around 3 pm and I ordered 2 $5 boxes and 3 of the to go cups paid with a credit card pulled up to window and got my order as we were passing the kids the food we realized we were short 1 of the go cups had to walk all the way around the store and went in the the guy who made my order told me he put all 3 to go cups n the bag and I tols him it wasn't in there and his exact words were "I PROMISE YOU I PUT THEM ALL IN THE BAG" the Hispanic lady at cash register told me "yes he put everything in the bag i saw him" i walked back around the building cuz out of 3 doors only 1 was open. I put everything back in the bag and went back into the store and the guy said "my bad i cud of sworn i put them all in the bag" first of him and his worker tried to make me out as if i was trying to steal from them when in fact i wanted what i paid for. I hurt my leg tripping over high chairs sitting n front of the side door and his choice of sayings is not professional at all.

i ordered a 6 piece golden georgia barbecue chicken strip with 2 sides,
1 mac and cheese, 1 cole slaw and a biscuit. plus an xtra side of mac and cheese and a fruit punch.
the chicken was plain, not what i ordered. they were out of mac and cheese, which was fine. i asked for a cole slaw, green beans and potatoes n gravy.

Bought same meal 3 nights in a row. Big box All Dark with Double Mac-n-Cheese and Fruit punch with No Ice.
Night one I got 3 legs, dbl mac, 2 mash potatoes, 4 biscuits, & Diet Pepsi extra ice. $8.27. Night #2, 5 Thighs, 4 Mac-n-Cheese, 0 Biscuits, Fruit Punch. $9.16.
Night #3, 4 Breasts, 3 Legs, 4 biscuits, Mash w/gravy, Slaw I AM ALLERGIC TO THE COLE SLAW IT'S NOT FUNNY & Orange Drink. $9.16.
They were very polite, but on the second night the girl at the window was complaining that she was tired of working the damn window and someone needed.
The third night the guy laughed about giving me the wrong food when I called to see if I could get it exchanged and when I stated I was allergic to the slaw all I got was laughing and "that sucks". Nice thing is I am a Paramedic and my calls are recorded so I have it to send to the proper people that KFC finds feeding people people foods they are allergic to FUNNY!

I went to KFC on freedom dr and ordered a famous bowl fill up with no corn and a fruit punch. I came back to the house my meal has corn in it also with no mash potatoes. I went back to fix order and employees were rude and non empathetic. Came back to the house and what do you know, my fruit punch is watered down. I was very upset and didnt have the energy to go back THE 2ND TIME.

Went to KFC in Newcastle Ok. Had done survey and had coupon code for
Free Go Cup. I order my drink and Free Go Cup and a GG Chicken Little.
She handed me to drink cups. I said I only ordered one drink and she said
you don't want your free go cup. I explained it was a snack cup not a drink.
She said NO its a free drink. I explained why would you get a free drink when
you purchase a drink? She needs to learn what a free go cup is when that

We went to the KFC here in Lancaster California 93535 we always go there and from the beginning they've always been really nice I never had wanted to complain but today I went to buy a 12 piece hot wings and I get home I serve them and my kids are eating them and then my kids left me six and there I open them up e they're not cooked enough they're still red and bloody and they look old they weren't even fried like crunchy I'm so very disappointed that I will never ever eat there again I'm so grossed out

We visited the KFC in Sandy Oregon on 07/27/18 at 12:43 PM. Our receipt number is E080040 2 131 2386. I submitted a complaint via the survey code # E0800400727182386. We have not received any communication from KFC regarding the complaint.
My wife purchased the Fill Up Meal and brought it home. We found hair in the 2 pieces that we bit into and in 3 of the other 6 we tore open. We tossed the entire meal away. I have never been so thoroughly disgusted with a meal in my life. It's not the first time we have had a hair in a fast food meal and it will not likely be the last. But 5 hairs in 5 pieces of chicken. That is totally unacceptable. When we tried to contact the Sandy OR KFC through the phone number on your website we found that both the local and 800 number were no longer in service.
Then to have our complaint ignored is absurd. Surely you care about your customer base, don't you?

All you can eat buffet. I order the all you can eat buffet for my wife and i. I pay for the buffet and grab a plate the time is seven twenty and the buffet closes at eight. At eight. As im making my plate they are tarring down the buffet and removing food from the buffet . This is not the firat time I've been to this kfc. I came here at en to eight one time and asked if it was too late to order the buffet they said the buffet cannot close as long as people where still eating. So why are they removing food as im making a plate . So what am i paying for exactly. I think the buffet should stay fully stocked untill closing time for the buffet .there is a sighn that says if were out of what you want just ask. My wife asked for gravy and they said tje buffet closes in twenty min. Ya twenty min so where is the gravy for my mashed potatoes.

I visited the KFC nest my home today. From my last visit there was was a survey I completed for a to go cup just purchasing any size drink. That is exactly what I did and the cashier by the name of Ana was the rudest person ever. She snatched my receipt with the code and I order a small drink and charge me for a medium. I paid her a she attempted to hand me my cup uncovered and not bagged. Through this she continued to mumble to another person making comments in Spanish. I asked for sauce and she was bothered then I ask for a bbq for the popcorn chicken again mumbled and closed her drive thru window. The saddest thing is that the other person that was Giggling I believe was a sup or manager due to her shirt being blue not like the cashier. This is why I would not complain to the store directly. Customers make establishments by frequenting them. No customers = no money if I am correct. Although KFC. Has been around since I can remember service like this tarnished the reputation in my opinion. The code I submitted for my cup was 21089 her info is on my receipt reads her name today's date and time of 11:53 am. Restaurant is C00001 ticket 1523 in Mission hills, ca. I will not be returning to your establishment after my experience.

The service is very poor. I waited an hour and a half in the drive thru. There was an excessive amount of car waiting. I order and still had to wait another 30 mins. Today, my wife and I visited the Copperas Cove, TX store. While several employees in the store we're in loud personal conversations, the counter was unmanned. We we're aknowledged by a distant employee who disappeared. We waited 10 minutes, still no service. Great, we left with intentions of never returning. KFC needs to be careful, once word gets out, oh well!

I have been to kfc 3 times since this special have been on air and not once could I get it, cashier always says they dont sell it the tuesdays I am there? The advert should then spesify that its only some tuesdays? Not once did I mention that they are out of stock for that day, and mind you I went in the morning at 11h00 and another time 17h00, I said they don't sell it the 3 Tuesdays I requested the special. I am aware of the terms and conditions, but thank you for refreshing my memory - it still baffles because its one thing to run out of stock, and another to not sell it at all. On july 31st, 2018... We placed a order to go...8 piece bucket.. Wanted potato wedges... But oh no.. Mashed and cole slaw only.. Who the hell wants mashed.. Especially in the middle of summer...? Now lets get to the chicken.. We received 4 chicken wings... Which consisted of... Bone and and the crispy coating...2 drum sticks...2 thighs.. I feel that we were totally ripped off... And this was'nt the first time we have been ripped off... The 2 other times consisted of...4 missing cookies... And no gravy for the mashed potatos that we had to get... Done with kfc... Thanks for not caring about the customer. I feel there should be some sort of compensation...
