J&T Express review: Wrong items received.
Dec. 22, I received my ordered and opened it the following day Dec. 23. I was surprised that I received a led cabinet light instead of multi. Purposed coconut cleaning. Made a called and explained to customer and told to wait for 2 to 3 weeks. The following day received a text message asking for my Gcash account, since I don't have a GCash , I used my brother account and sent to them 3 times I keep sending to them and up to now no solution.
Claimed loss: 899.00
Desired outcome: Full refund.
