I am urgently writing to inquire about a parcel with tracking number 693096324711 that was returned to your facility despite being addressed correctly. The tracking information shows that the delivery attempt failed after only two reminders, and the parcel was subsequently returned to you.

However, I successfully received another parcel from Temu on the same day as the delivery attempt for this parcel was marked as failed, and both parcels were sent to the same address. This inconsistency is concerning, and I need urgent clarification on why this specific delivery failed while others to the same address were successfully delivered.

I request prompt assistance in rescheduling the delivery or guidance on the next steps to receive my parcel. If there were any issues during the delivery attempt, please provide the necessary details so I can resolve them.
