I would like to lodge a complaint regarding a Cash on Delivery (COD) parcel. On [10/12/2025], I handed over RM56 in cash to the courier. The price of the item was RM25.90. Therefore, I should have received a balance of RM30.10. However, the courier only promised to transfer the balance, but as of this morning I have not received any response or payment. I kindly request your assistance to investigate this matter and help me recover my balance.
