The parcel has been delivered at the wrong house but I have not received the parcel and it's how's proof of shipment at the wrong house this has never happened before with poslaju it's always ridiculous J&T Labuan is the worst service ever, they always delay parcels or lost them, and always delivered at wrong house. And my other parcel has been stalling at J&T for very long, I want it soon, it was supposed to be delivered 10 days before

My parcel has stucked at j&t seremban since 23 june 2021 and it has been on hold for a week. I need the parcel urgent. I try to contact the seller but the seller has told me that she had try to contact j&t seremban too but unreachable. I try to contact j&t seremban but no one answering my call and sometime the number can't go through at all. Please deliver my parcel as soon as possible.

I have not received my package airwaybill: [protected] although it has been at J&T last point at cdc ampang jaya since 14/6/2021.

My delivery address is also in Ampang. Why must it be more than 2 weeks to be delivered? This is cannot understand.

Please extend your assistance to arrange for delivery of my package ASAP.

My item have been unsuccessful delivery for twice.
The reason is because they couldn't contact me. First never received phone calls from them.
Why you on hold my item? Is that supposed to be kasam ikan in your ware house?
I'm freaking pissed because the delivery should be successful. BUT ALWAYS UNSUCCESSFUL!
What are your workers doing? Never contact me or anything. Suddenly the tracking update saying "FAILED TO CONTACT THE RECIPIENT"

Im staying at seremban jaya, senawang negeri sembilan. my Parcel is from Jempol, Negeri Sembilan.They courier my parcel thought J&T service on 23/6/21. My parcel no is [protected].However, when i track my parcel it is in sungai petani.How come the parcel in sungai petani when its should delivered to seremban jaya. Track num [protected]... Suppose deliver at24/6/21 till now 25/6/21 not deliver... Even cal can't in the office num... Such ti's service... I pay more than triple price but more late than wat I pay for it... Or jnt going to pay my loss... Large volume, covid 19, stuck was not solution

Hello a guy from JNT delivered a parcel to me and I thought that parcel is from my mom and it cost 1, 499 cash on delivery. After I opened it and saw what is the object inside the parcel it turns out a scam. I never transact in Jnt unless it is from shopee. I hope you can help me because your hotline number is not online. This my first time getting scammed and the money that I payed is not a joke. My parents are looking for a way to fix this problem even the sender number is not online or I can't reach it. I'm not kidding, I'm stressed because of this.

I don't understand this. I ordered parcel at kuala Lumpur and it should arrived at batu pahat j&t office. And after that, it doesnt make sense. My addresses was in batu pahat and how it can be possible the item went to kluang, Johor? Its so annoying. For no reason, i need to wait much longer than i expected.

Outbound from transit pendang early in the morning (9am++) 21 June but only arrived at langkawi transit the next day 22 june at 6pm++ and the parcel has not moved since then. Should have proceed for the delivery since the destination is kuah only. But then still, nothing had been done except for giving away unreasonable excuses. Please do your work properly j&t. Counter service representative at J&T Express Rubber Road Kuching Sarawak on 24/6/2021 @ 1030am was really rude. I was really dissapointed by the way they explain things when asked about a late item delivery. Not only me, other customers came in asking about a packaging sizes was treated disrespectedly by them with a rude and angry voice. This is a really bad ethics for a paid service company. The delivery service is not free and yet they treat us like we owe them so much.

Did not received my parcel yet, waiting for a weeks still onhold..from 18/6 untill today 24/6 so disappointed with jnt service its too bad😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Parcel arrived kch and delivered since 19 June but till today which is 24 June haven't received it yet. It only displays 'On Hold - Out of drop points hour' and 'On Hold - Uncontrollable situation'?
