Barang adalah frame kaca, pecah dan rosak..sudah dibalut dengan baik, menggunakan plastic bubble wraping, fragile sticker. Sebelum ini servis semua ok, tiada pecah. Mohon ambil tindakan kepada pekerja.

Barang saya x samapi da hampir sebulan.. dari 11 jun sampai hari ini.

Barang tak sampai kat almat sepetutnye.sila antaq balik kat tuan dia..call jnt selngor xangkat..buat kerja mcmna ni..klau org xdak call la..harap sangat bila penerima xdak tolong call.

Kindly solve your issued regarding too late in delivery service. My parcel already at j&t kuala selangor hub about 2 weeks already. And other items also same problem. Please deliver my parcel as soon as possible. Please check tracking number as per attachment.

Tidak menjalan kan tunjuk ajar kepada staff baharu, dan tidak mesra..

I sent a parcel contained of liquid item from Tasik Puteri Rawang to Johor. However the parcel did not reached to the receiver instead back to Tasik Puteri due to the bottle was empty as per informed by the staff.

Check tracking dari 11June 2021 tetapi menunjukkan Status On hold due to Uncontrollable situation.

Tapi until now 7/7/2021 ( 8.31pm) barang masih belum diterima, tetapi status tracking sudah berubah - delivered.

Saya bayar mahal untuk pos dari semenanjung ke sarawak tapi barang kena self collect sendiri. What the fu** . Saya collect sendiri barang saya nak pertikaikan harga pos barang saya. Tak kisah la kalau tak depan pintu, letak kat jnt medan jaya pun dah ok kalau collect sendiri boleh cari alamat jnt. Ini sudah la ayah tak pandai bab pos barang. Saya tidak berpuas hati sangat.

What happened to J&T Lukut Hub? My order was expected to be delivered by 28/6/2021 but it had extend to 5/7/2021. Until that date the order never delivered to me. So I had to cancelled the order on 6/7/021. Another my order suppose to be received by 8/7/2021. Please checked about the order. What is mean uncontrolable situation?

Until today my item still stuck at J&T Air Labuan 501. Its already three days since the last date updated. The item that I ordered in a big box. I need my item immediately. Saya masih belum menerima barang sampai ke hari ini, barang dari Kuala Lumpur ke Samarahan.Barang sampai di kuching pada 26/6 dan sampai sekarang masih belum ada penghantaran.Lagi satu update dalam trace barang, barang ada dekat samarahan tapi saya cek lagi barang tersebut berubah tempat ke kuching semula.Jadi saya harap dapat membuat penghantaran segera.Kerana hampir 1 minggu lebih dan ingin 2 minggu barang masih belum saya terima.

Saya ingin membuat aduan bahwa parcel saya telah pun hilang. Pada jam 1.30PM saya mendapat panggilan daripada agent JNT bukit Raja, Klang bahawa parcel saya telah pun hilang dan yang tinggal hanya plastic tracking sahaja.

please take action for this problem. saya tahu walaupun barang berapa ringgit tetapi kami beli pakai duit, lagi pula kini area saya tengah PKPD kebetulan i urgent to use that USB sebab i WFH. so please if u in my please u will be angry about this. Nasib baik i recived call from agent JNT about this . If i recived barang kosong lagi lah i tak tahu nak cakap apa. I ada attach for you refrence

I dan inform saller and shoppe. please take action . walaupun dah ramai kena but if u in our place u know what our feeling when our item we buy from our money .

I complain about service courier. my parcel out for delivery on 5 july 2021 at 10:58 but when I checked status delivery at 18:07 already received by someone else that i dont know who they are. the dispatch sent at wrong house and no call from the dispatch. no responsibilities at their work. this issues look small but as a dispatcher your responsibilities is big to delivered parcel customer at right customer with safe condition.

We received plenty of complaints from our customer where the items received in damaged, lost items and etc. The service that your side provided was not carried out with in good way as due to the damaged parcel that our customer received, we had to send out back the new items to them. Hi my parcel has been post on 25nune and arrive at facility seremban on27june. But untill now 5july i still didn't get any news. My parcel stilll stuck there. But i order orther item morw than 4 item aftwr 1july and i already get the item. Jnt people didn't sorting fhe parcel according to the date. They just sent and where my parcel on 27june?please be responsible.

Saya order barang daripada Shopee pada 13 Jun 2021.
Mengikut rekod, parcel tersebt sampai ke Sarawak pada 18 Jun 2021.
Namun, sehingga hari ini (5 JULAI 2021) parcel tersebut masih terperap di J&T CDC SEMARIANG 306.
Dah 2 minggu terperap di Kuching, Sarawak.
Alamat penghantaran pun di daerah Kuching. Apa masalahnya?
