Complaint Regarding Rude Delivery Rider
To whom it may concern,
I received a call to go to my housing lobby to collect my parcel today (10/7/2021) around 3.30 pm from +[protected]. The riders were two females and the one who called was rude and unprofessional when delivering the product. She was very curt when she spoke to me. When I went down, she was standing there and merely pointed at the car for me to go and get my parcel. She just dumped the parcel in my hand and drove off.
I have received many calls and deliveries from other J&T riders and I only have good things to say, because they are always very respectful and kind whenever they deal with customers. I am truly disappointed at the service I got today. I hope that this can be rectified because as I mentioned earlier I am a huge fan of your service. But incidences like these, can greatly affect the image of your company because these people carry the name of J&T.

Delivery on hold due to bad weather the day before
I am currently monitoring this tracking number: [protected]. The status changed to go out for delivery after I launched the first complaint. This morning I saw the status was on hold due to bad weather until now (2:30 p.m) still on hold. Could you please scan and update the latest tracking status? I may consider opt out from using JnT service in Shopee.

Barang tu urgent nk guna, ada dokumen penting nk guna masa pkp!. Ni pergi simpan lama2 dah kenapa! Jgn menyusahkn org, please! Klau xdpt htr atau ada masalah call customer bukan main simpan brg org! Dua kali terkena dengan rider j&t .. First hantar barang letak macam tu je dekat luar rumah tanpa info apa-apa .. Kalini check status tracking DELIVERED tapi satu bungkusan pun tak ada ! Mula-mula bukak company je j&t punya service tiptop ... Makin lama makin teruk .. Tolong perbaiki service penghantaran ... Saya perlukan parcel saya ...

I sent a parcel contained of liquid item from Tasik Puteri Rawang to Johor. However the parcel did not reached to the receiver instead back to Tasik Puteri due to the bottle was empty as per informed by the staff.

Tak kisah la kalau tak depan pintu, letak kat jnt medan jaya pun dah ok kalau collect sendiri boleh cari alamat jnt. Ini sudah la ayah tak pandai bab pos barang. Saya tidak berpuas hati sangat.

What happened to J&T Lukut Hub? My order was expected to be delivered by 28/6/2021 but it had extend to 5/7/2021. Until that date the order never delivered to me. So I had to cancelled the order on 6/7/021. Another my order suppose to be received by 8/7/2021. Please checked about the order. What is mean uncontrolable situation?

Until today my item still stuck at J&T Air Labuan 501. Its already three days since the last date updated. The item that I ordered in a big box. I need my item immediately. Saya ingin membuat aduan bahwa parcel saya telah pun hilang. Pada jam 1.30PM saya mendapat panggilan daripada agent JNT bukit Raja, Klang bahawa parcel saya telah pun hilang dan yang tinggal hanya plastic tracking sahaja.
please take action for this problem. saya tahu walaupun barang berapa ringgit tetapi kami beli pakai duit, lagi pula kini area saya tengah PKPD kebetulan i urgent to use that USB sebab i WFH. so please if u in my please u will be angry about this. Nasib baik i recived call from agent JNT about this . If i recived barang kosong lagi lah i tak tahu nak cakap apa. I ada attach for you refrence
I dan inform saller and shoppe. please take action . walaupun dah ramai kena but if u in our place u know what our feeling when our item we buy from our money .
Service
I complain about service courier. my parcel out for delivery on 5 july 2021 at 10:58 but when I checked status delivery at 18:07 already received by someone else that i dont know who they are. the dispatch sent at wrong house and no call from the dispatch. no responsibilities at their work. this issues look small but as a dispatcher your responsibilities is big to delivered parcel customer at right customer with safe condition.
