parcel delay
My parcel delay almost above 2 weeks. Sender send from 8 Dec 2021 just from Kepong to putrajaya. This happen because wrongly write the postcode no at the parcel. The correct postcode for putrajaya is 62100 & the wrong postcode at the parcel is 42100. I urgently need my parcel. Today-23 December 2021 I checked in the tracking system my parcel already in transit Center PHG GATEWAY - KUANTAN.. I call customer service inform about this but no action taken. Very hard to contact J&T customer service. I already email also about this. My Parcel no is [protected]. Can somebody help me please. Can directly contact me at [protected]
I'm complaining about the irresponsibility of the j&t dispatch for the delivery service

Description :
I am hereby to lodge a complaint towards the irresponsible act of the dispatch from J&T, during the delivery. The delivery was at 19/12/21, 6.29pm, there is no answer to the phone call or reply to the WhatsApp, that means the receiver is busy for collection.
However, the dispatch just placed the parcel on the top shelf of the mailbox area and snap picture to show their delivery. This parcel is a very expensive goods, and if there is no answer from the receiver, it shouldn't be deliver, as there is no acknowledgement of goods received.
What if the recipient is not at home and if the goods is taken by others or lost? Who is going to take the responsibility of the lost?
I find this is an unacceptable irresponsibility of a dispatch and the company should enforce serious SOP for the delivery.
Otherwise, there should be a penalty charged on the dispatch or the company for such Huge mistake of the irresponsibility.
I hereby attached the proof of the irresponsibility from the WhatsApp from the dispatch.
Complaining about an order that isn't the right product
I ordered a fuji cam and j&t won't let me open it unless it is paid.. So i paid for it then in contain sandals two havainas sandals how can i report the sender it doesn't even have a name or contact number
On Hold - Out of shop/office's business hour?
Usually J&T at my area will send a message to pick-up my parcel at the office since J&T at my area doesn't provide door-step delivery. They'll put "delivery fail" but will ask me to pick it up straight from the office. But this time on 11/12/21 they put "delivery" on the tracking website BUT after that, no updates or messages came from J&T. I'm afraid they will return or label my item as "lost". It's been almost a week, my item is still "On Hold - Out of shop/office's business hour" After a week, I'm thinking about going staright to their office and ask for my item!

Irresponsible dispatcher.
I have been recieving a few items that has been torn out by irresponsible dispatcher. Jangan2 j&t ada ternakan2 teekoos mix manusia kot.
Last time was from China, aku faham la custom sana kot maybe suspicious barang terlarang ke barang terkawal.
But this time yang dari Melaka dari Johor pun parcel ada jugak ke kastam2 tak berdaftar?
Please solve this matter before your company got serious more issue than losing millions ringgit. Don't underestimate this small issue to your company.
Desired outcome: I can't suggest for any solution for this, but hopefully avoid these things to be happen to the worst situations to your company. Just soft reminder.

I want to make a complaint about J&T service Pengkalan Hulu, Perak branch for the parcel I have received on 23/11/2021. As stated on the Airbill, your courier need to send my parcel at my home address, but the item was just left at my work address which is at Klinik Kesihatan Pengkalan Hulu.
This is the second time, they did not followed the address given. I did not encounter the same problem with the other couriers though, they always send my parcel correctly not matter the size/weight of the parcel. Why this branch so lazy? They also did not give any call/message prior to delivering the parcel at the different place than what stated in the airbill either. I hope they do their work diligently, I paid for the parcel to be received at the address stated, not at someplace where they decide it is easier for them without considering the hassle of your costumer. Please take serious action to this matter so it is not repeating. Thank you.

Delivery too slow
Barang saya masih belum diterima sedangkan penghantaran hanya dari Seremban ke Kajang. Pick up dari penjual pada 10/12/2021, pada 14/12/2021 barang masing belum diterima lagi. Alasan yang biasa dicatatkan dalam tracking ialah berkaitan cuaca menyebabkan barang lambat untuk di hantar. Alasan ini dilihat tidak profesional langsung.

Pelanggan saya telah menerima bungkusan daripada jnt di alamat rumah beliau di kulim kedah, dan didapati bungkusan tersebut terkoyak. Dan barang-barang didalam bungkusan tersebut juga telah rosak. Disini saya lampirkan gambar-gambar untuk rujukan pihak jnt. The parcel was being slitted open before I received it. And given that when the seller sent the parcel, it was 1 kg worth of fertilisers. However, it was o ly 950g when I received it. I assume there must be some fertilisers that was being poured out before it was received by me.

Blocking Motorcyclist Way
Today 07/12/2021 at 3.39 pm one of your lorry driver parker the lorry at the motorcycle way under Blok B Flats Sri Sarawak Jalan Kenanga 55200. The deiver just parker the lorry with a double signal and went away. Most of the motorcyclist was having trouble to go in and out and more ever it is not even a parking place. This had happened many times and today i manage to click on the lorry photo. Please do advise to the lorry drivers to park in a better place and then go and deliver the items.
