Delivery too slow
Barang saya masih belum diterima sedangkan penghantaran hanya dari Seremban ke Kajang. Pick up dari penjual pada 10/12/2021, pada 14/12/2021 barang masing belum diterima lagi. Alasan yang biasa dicatatkan dalam tracking ialah berkaitan cuaca menyebabkan barang lambat untuk di hantar. Alasan ini dilihat tidak profesional langsung.

Barang-barang sampai kepada pelanggan dalam keadaan rosak
Pelanggan saya telah menerima bungkusan daripada jnt di alamat rumah beliau di kulim kedah, dan didapati bungkusan tersebut terkoyak. Dan barang-barang didalam bungkusan tersebut juga telah rosak. Disini saya lampirkan gambar-gambar untuk rujukan pihak jnt. Saya amat berharap jasa baik pihak jnt untuk menerima aduan ini, serta memberikan ganti rugi ke atas barang-barang saya yang telah rosak diatas kecuaian pihak syarikat jnt. Sekian terima kasih.
J&T Express
The parcel was being slitted open before I received it. And given that when the seller sent the parcel, it was 1 kg worth of fertilisers. However, it was o ly 950g when I received it. I assume there must be some fertilisers that was being poured out before it was received by me.

Blocking Motorcyclist Way
Today 07/12/2021 at 3.39 pm one of your lorry driver parker the lorry at the motorcycle way under Blok B Flats Sri Sarawak Jalan Kenanga 55200. The deiver just parker the lorry with a double signal and went away. Most of the motorcyclist was having trouble to go in and out and more ever it is not even a parking place. This had happened many times and today i manage to click on the lorry photo. Please do advise to the lorry drivers to park in a better place and then go and deliver the items.

My things sent damaged n the plastic has been cut and open. I would like to make a claim. All the things arrived in bad condition and the recipient not dare to eat. All are damaged badly. J&T has sent my parcel to the transit delivery at Bagan Datuk
My parcel has been sent to transit shop at digi shop bagan datuk town on 27th Nov 2021. When i got notification, i just straight to transit station at digi shop bagan datuk town. Unfortunately owner shop don't give cooperation to find the parcel and just deny the item received. I have go twice time to confirm the parcel received but very disappointed from service given. I have to request evidence from the sender on picture of shop and finally he find the parcel which just on the table.

Actions ive done :On the 16th they told me it will arrived destinations in 3 days,
On the 22cd, suddenly they told me its lost and they ask to claim for refund.
Ive been asking them frequantly regarding my parcel yet still they gave me the same answer, they havent help me a lot, instead they still refusing me to get refund.
They told me they called my number but i didnt received any incoming calls.
I really wish they seriously help and find my parcel.
Last i check in system my parcel are at J&T Express, Taman Perindustrian Bukit Raja 41050, Klang.I tried to call them but cant reach.
I have been begging for J&T staff to help find my parcel since it still have track and update me...Usually everything goes well with my parcel but since early Nov many parcel went lost, what happen in Klang?
I hope someone will investigate this matter, as your company will take the blame on someomes fault.Im not accusing them of stealling, just investigate this matter, then we as a customers feel safe to use your couries service, and we also pay for the services so that our parcel can reach us safe and sound.I hope u understand my situation.😔🙏

Complaint over unprofessional conduct of j&t courier delivery staff
To whom it may concern,
I'm writing this letter to express frustration and disappointment over the unacceptable conduct of one of your courier delivery staff.
This incident happened around 11 to 12pm plus in Taman Penampang, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. After picking her son back from school and reach home, she noticed that her parking space is block by a black colour vehicle SAB245J (picture attachment in this email). After waiting few minutes without any sign of vehicle owner, she proceeds with horn for at least few minutes, but still without trace of vehicle owner. Later when the vehicle owner comes down, he is identified as a J&T delivery staff from the security guard in this taman. From there on, he proceeds to curse my friend with foul words while her 10 years old son besides her, and left my friend with a terrifying experience. There were few witnesses nearby of neighbours and security guard which can authenticate the incident.
In such, my questions for your company is, since when your company starts to hire unprofessional staff to behave in gangster style and terrify woman and children with foul language? Where the rightful space belongs to the lady, and a simple apologise gesture from him is sufficient to resolve this matter. Yet, it leave the lady and her son with such unforgettable and awful experience from your company staff.
My friend won't rule out to lodge a police report by this afternoon when she has calm down. The abuse of foul language towards a lady and her son besides her is totally rubbish and unacceptable from your staff, and we will seek any legal action which is appropriate.
Before this letter, I have called your HQ in KL to lodge this complaint and afterwards, a staff named Ally from Kota Kinabalu, Sabah has reached me to follow up on this matter. Kudos on their actions, and i wish to have your feedback on this matter by this evening. Don't get me wrong, my intention is not to get this staff sacked as i don't believe pay back an eye with an eye. But at least he need to show he is truly sorry and regret for his unprofessional conducts, and at least hand written an apology note or letter to the victims who has suffer.
Eventually, i hope i have clarify this whole unpleasant experience to your company and I'm awaiting a swift investigation and satisfactory action by this evening. Should you need further info on this matter, you can reach me directly at [protected].

J&T delivery no call my handphone number even 1 ring. Just lie updated in J&T parcel tracker failed contact sender/receiption. Other courier services can send my parcel direct to my home address after contact me last week with sussessful delivery. Why J&T can't do it?
