Service of one of your Rider naming Emmanuel Francisco
I would like to complain this rider that you have naming Emmanuel Francisco, i think his route is Doña Josefa Village and Pilar Village in Las Piñas.
this person has the audacity to come inside our apartment complex and knocked on our door when it was a strict policy that he is prohibited to be inside their. i've already informed him about this because the one time i took the package from him he said to me in an angsty and full of himself voice that he would knock on my landlord's house bother them or even go inside our complex if someone will open the gate up and forget to close it. this person has unbearable character, he even stated that he called multiple times and texted multiple times when we just received one text from him and he just rang our number that's it. he rang it for 5 seconds and then hung up.
but what he did today really crossed the line for us. the first time knocked on our door was this week also, he stated that our neighbor has let him in. my brother was the one who open up and got the package from him. my brother was awaken by his knock it was 9 o'clock in the morning, he didnt say anything about it cause he was shock and with his situation just woke up so he was still processing the situation. so he wasnt able to say anything or address it, but mind you this person already know that he cannot come inside the complex. the second was today he knocked again on our door, my brother was already awake and my brother addressed the fact that he cannot be there and cannot come inside our complex he is only allowed outside the gate but this person has the audacity to reason out that he called him multiple times. this person, didnt even called him. he only sent a text message and that text message, he sent it the moment he got to our door. you cannot say it might've been the signal, the signal here is pretty incredible and whatever text or call it is we can received real time.
my brother explained that he cannot come inside our complex no matter what, the reason why it has a gate is for our safety and the safety of our neighbor. anyway, this person keep reasoning out that he called multiple times my brother asked him if he can see his call logs if he really did call him cause we only received a text from him which i said he only sent when he is already at our door. this person couldn't provide any proof that he called us, which mean he was lying the first place and could only provide the text message. my brother asked him who let him in he said our neighbor, my brother explained that even that's the case he still cannot be inside our complex and he stated that now the owner allowed him. which is a complete bluff cause the owner reiterated that no one, no delivery personnel, no one can come inside the premises except our guests. i already informed my landlord about it and they are taking care of the situation with our neighbors, but mind you this person was already informed he cannot be inside but he still let's himself. he was even condescending when my brother was speaking to him, he keeps reasoning out but his reason was all bull crap and lies.
i dont know why you keep hiring this type of people this is ridiculous and unacceptable. did you guys even trained them? and do they know the word limitations? also they know the situation with covid the heck they entering our premises are they trying to compromise everyone? this should be resolved

Desired outcome: we want a rider or a delivery personnel that can comprehend and know his limitations. we don't want this Emmanuel Francisco to be in our vacinity and also in j&t. he should get fired and rethink everything in his life.

Delivery
What's the point of becoming the largest postal service company in Malaysia when you're not even trying? My parcel has been stuck at one of their points since Dec 31 when it should have arrived on Jan 2. Up until now, no one has bothered to deliver; no truck showed up and they had the audacity to mark it as "delivery attempt unsuccessful" on the due date.

Parcel still on hold after few days
I have 2 parcels that has been on hold for a few days and everytime i checked the app for tracking, it kept saying on hold because out of office hour. I kept reminding them and filed a complain on their app but nothing happened. Parcels from China that i ordered way after that has already arrived but not from J&T. So annoying. Not just that but their courier sometimes send the parcels to wrong area and then it will take another 2 days at least to arrive at the right distribution centre.i know that recently the weather is bad but if i can get other stuff delivered on time why not them?
Desired outcome: I needed them to be delivered asap since they're very important stuff that i need.
why did my parcel been open?

Everyday broken clounds but i can see the big big big sun in the sky
Everyday broken clouds,already hold on at same place 1 week+ (port klang 311). Other delivery company can delivery normaly,I call the number also no respond. I also stay at klang but I can see the big nig big sun. Every day broken clounds so cannot delivery out ,but why your company no flood????
Late Delivery
It's almost a month and I havent received my parcel yet. The tracking number is [protected]. It has been stuck at Kota Bharu since 12/12. i assumed it was okay since it already at Kelantan so i'm being patient because of the current situation (flood, heavy rain). I try to remind my order every time i open the J&T app but nothing happens. Suddenly, the status of my parcel is unknown on 21/12. When i check the tracking, my parcel went to Seputeh which is far away than it should be. Why my parcel went there instead of my address? Please send it to me as soon as posibble!

I would like To complaint on 2 issues:-
1) Firstly, the Bercham Branch despatch had delivered the courier when nobody at home, he just left the item without communicating with receiver. What's the point of us leaving contact number there? Are they responsible if the item loss/damaged? I had to lodge complaint to J&T customer service and then only we received call from the Bercham Branch.
2) Secondly, Ms Diana (J&T Bercham-055416560), was very rude in handling the issue. She showed her anger to the receiver by asking why we lodge complaint to J&T when the product is delivered. Mistake was not at outside, the despatch should not just leave the item when no one at home, he should communicate properly not just snap photo of showing the parcel Infront of the gate and upload in shopee. Where is the signature received sign in the way bill? If he get consent to leave the parcel from the receiver, then it's fine. But in this case, the Bercham branch service was really disappointed. Not professional and person is charge was not well mannered at all. If this kind of people handling J&T, it's going to tarnish your company name. Hopefully action taken to improve the service, thank you.

Late delivery
My tracking number [protected] and its been on hold for 3 days. Not even sure if my parcel is damaged or not please resolve this quickly. If you cannot provide a better courier just quit and close the jnt. Always late and causing problems for so many people. You do not deserve any stars. Please resolve this as soon as possible as it involves urgent matter or my part. I dont wish to sue your company but please be more responsible!

My parcel on hold/delay in delivery
Sudah 7 hari saya tunggu..2 hari tiada update apa-apa.. Sudah 2 kali sy pergi ke cawangan.. Mula-mula ckp kalau tak sampai dlm masa 2 hari boleh datang ambil di cawangan, lepas dah 2 hari sy pergi ckp nak kena cari dulu, sampai sekarang tak call pun.. Itu barang customer punya,. Rude delivery guy
The delivery guy just toss my parcel over the gate. He could just put it properly at the side of the gate above the postbox properly as the place is stable to hold big items. So rude & no manners!
When I came out to take my parcel, he didnt even say sorry. Im very disappointed with the service!

Hi. I am here to lodge a complaint about my parcel that is kept being on hold. J&t already picked up the parcel on 20/12 and on 21/12, it was stated there that my parcel was being "ON HOLD" at CDC BD.TEKNOLOGI 301
HULU LANGAT. And I checked TODAY 29/12, that it is still "ON HOLD" at the same place? I supposed to received my parcel by now. What are you holding my parcel so long for?

parcel delay
My parcel delay almost above 2 weeks. Sender send from 8 Dec 2021 just from Kepong to putrajaya. This happen because wrongly write the postcode no at the parcel. The correct postcode for putrajaya is 62100 & the wrong postcode at the parcel is 42100. I urgently need my parcel. Today-23 December 2021 I checked in the tracking system my parcel already in transit Center PHG GATEWAY - KUANTAN.. I call customer service inform about this but no action taken.
