J&T Express Late delivery

My tracking number [protected] and its been on hold for 3 days. Not even sure if my parcel is damaged or not please resolve this quickly. If you cannot provide a better courier just quit and close the jnt. Always late and causing problems for so many people. You do not deserve any stars. Please resolve this as soon as possible as it involves urgent matter or my part. I dont wish to sue your company but please be more responsible!

Desired outcome: I want to make pickup but was not allowed from jnt ldc klangjaya 603

J&T Express My parcel on hold/delay in delivery

Sudah 7 hari saya tunggu..2 hari tiada update apa-apa.. Sudah 2 kali sy pergi ke cawangan.. Mula-mula ckp kalau tak sampai dlm masa 2 hari boleh datang ambil di cawangan, lepas dah 2 hari sy pergi ckp nak kena cari dulu, sampai sekarang tak call pun.. Itu barang customer punya,. Bayaran saya tu untuk sy tunggu berapa lama ye? Sy bagitau awal-awal esok sy nak pergi sekali ambil barang saya, kalau boleh sy tak nak kecoh-kecoh..[protected]

J&T Express Rude delivery guy

The delivery guy just toss my parcel over the gate. He could just put it properly at the side of the gate above the postbox properly as the place is stable to hold big items. So rude & no manners!

When I came out to take my parcel, he didnt even say sorry. Im very disappointed with the service!

it's almost 1 month to hold my parcels. I keep to make a call but no one answered. what's wrong with the service? we spending money and pay for the parcel but seems your company just look down at me

J&T Express Parcel on hold

Hi. I am here to lodge a complaint about my parcel that is kept being on hold. J&t already picked up the parcel on 20/12 and on 21/12, it was stated there that my parcel was being "ON HOLD" at CDC BD.TEKNOLOGI 301
HULU LANGAT. And I checked TODAY 29/12, that it is still "ON HOLD" at the same place? I supposed to received my parcel by now. What are you holding my parcel so long for?

Desired outcome: I hope my parcel is being delivered to me as soon as possible and to j&t, please be responsible!

J&T Express CDC301 Bandar Teknologi Kajang. I haven't received my parcel.

I haven't received my parcel.
Delivery status stated that the parcel is in transit for 1 week. I wonder why...?
Delivery attempt was made but failed. I'm at home all the time waiting for the parcel.
When I checked the status again, the parcel went back to CDC301 Bandar Teknologi Kajang stated that the parcel is in transit.

hi . saye ade poskan dokumen menggunakan j&t . ikutkan dokumen tu patut sampai dah ke tgn owner . lagipun ada maklumat peribadi saye di dalam tu . saya pos dari 20.12.21 tetapi sampai sekarang tak sampai ke tempat yg saye nk hntar . alasan kedai sana dah tutup . dah tahu tutup petang kenapa pergi htr lewat? saya track 22.12.21 alasan mcm tu . hari ini 23.12.21 pun alasan yg sama jgk . please tu dokumen penting ye .

J&T Express parcel delay

My parcel delay almost above 2 weeks. Sender send from 8 Dec 2021 just from Kepong to putrajaya. This happen because wrongly write the postcode no at the parcel. The correct postcode for putrajaya is 62100 & the wrong postcode at the parcel is 42100. I urgently need my parcel. Today-23 December 2021 I checked in the tracking system my parcel already in transit Center PHG GATEWAY - KUANTAN.. I call customer service inform about this but no action taken. Very hard to contact J&T customer service. I already email also about this. My Parcel no is [protected]. Can somebody help me please. Can directly contact me at [protected]

J&T Express I'm complaining about the irresponsibility of the j&t dispatch for the delivery service

Date of incident : 19.12.2021

Tracking Number : 640042006428
Description :
I am hereby to lodge a complaint towards the irresponsible act of the dispatch from J&T, during the delivery. The delivery was at 19/12/21, 6.29pm, there is no answer to the phone call or reply to the WhatsApp, that means the receiver is busy for collection.
However, the dispatch just placed the parcel on the top shelf of the mailbox area and snap picture to show their delivery. This parcel is a very expensive goods, and if there is no answer from the receiver, it shouldn't be deliver, as there is no acknowledgement of goods received.
What if the recipient is not at home and if the goods is taken by others or lost? Who is going to take the responsibility of the lost?

I find this is an unacceptable irresponsibility of a dispatch and the company should enforce serious SOP for the delivery.
Otherwise, there should be a penalty charged on the dispatch or the company for such Huge mistake of the irresponsibility.

I hereby attached the proof of the irresponsibility from the WhatsApp from the dispatch.

J&T Express On Hold - Out of shop/office's business hour?

Usually J&T at my area will send a message to pick-up my parcel at the office since J&T at my area doesn't provide door-step delivery. They'll put "delivery fail" but will ask me to pick it up straight from the office. But this time on 11/12/21 they put "delivery" on the tracking website BUT after that, no updates or messages came from J&T. I'm afraid they will return or label my item as "lost". It's been almost a week, my item is still "On Hold - Out of shop/office's business hour" After a week, I'm thinking about going staright to their office and ask for my item!

J&T Express Irresponsible dispatcher.

I have been recieving a few items that has been torn out by irresponsible dispatcher. Jangan2 j&t ada ternakan2 teekoos mix manusia kot.
Last time was from China, aku faham la custom sana kot maybe suspicious barang terlarang ke barang terkawal.
But this time yang dari Melaka dari Johor pun parcel ada jugak ke kastam2 tak berdaftar?
Please solve this matter before your company got serious more issue than losing millions ringgit. Don't underestimate this small issue to your company.

Desired outcome: I can't suggest for any solution for this, but hopefully avoid these things to be happen to the worst situations to your company. Just soft reminder.

J&T Express Poor Service of J&T Pengkalan Hulu Branch

Delivery by J&T partner : Viknes A/L Barathy

I want to make a complaint about J&T service Pengkalan Hulu, Perak branch for the parcel I have received on 23/11/2021. As stated on the Airbill, your courier need to send my parcel at my home address, but the item was just left at my work address which is at Klinik Kesihatan Pengkalan Hulu.

This is the second time, they did not followed the address given. I did not encounter the same problem with the other couriers though, they always send my parcel correctly not matter the size/weight of the parcel. Why this branch so lazy? They also did not give any call/message prior to delivering the parcel at the different place than what stated in the airbill either. I hope they do their work diligently, I paid for the parcel to be received at the address stated, not at someplace where they decide it is easier for them without considering the hassle of your costumer. Please take serious action to this matter so it is not repeating. Thank you.
