J&T Express review: #631960980378 - I am complaining about riders manipulating the shipment progress

texted me that the delivery is failed today and mentioned item will be sent tomorrow (6 Mar 2026) instead. When i question him why the delivery is to be made tomorrow. he states that he is on leave today.
Currently the status of my order is on hold and comment is stated "received mentioned to send on a different day", i did not request such thing!
Desired outcome: I need my item by today before 5.30PM to be delivered
